This spacious, three-storey detached cottage is near the centre of Llanberis and sleeps ten people in five bedrooms.
Ty Coch is a spacious, three-storey detached cottage near the centre of Llanberis. The cottage sleeps ten people in five bedrooms which are a twin and a king-size double on the first floor and a king-size double with en-suite shower room, a double and a twin on the lower ground floor. There is also a kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with a balcony and a cloakroom on the ground floor and completing the lower ground floor is a bathroom, utility and games room. Outside is a lawned garden with a decked patio overlooking a stream and off road parking for four cars. Ty Coch is a fantastic base for families looking to explore the Snowdonia National Park.
Amenities: Gas central heating with gas living-flame effect fire. Electric range oven and hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Washer/dryer in utility. TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi - fast fibre broadband , selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lawned garden with decking and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. The ascent can be made either by train via the Snowdon Mountain Railway, or on foot along one of the many routes to the summit.
