Lovely equipped, fully air-conditioned (surcharge applies) detached villa with private swimming pool and hottub (November - April) in Mazarron Country Club. For max 5 persons (min. 1 child).

It has a modern living room with Smart TV (you can watch your favorite movies and series with your own account at different streaming platforms) and a log burner which makes the villa perfect for long-term winter stays.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas cooking plate, oven, dishwasher, toaster, water kettle and Senseo coffee maker.

Ideal for an undisturbed family holiday. Beautiful location just 10 minutes to lovely sandy beaches in Puerto de Mazarron and Bolnuevo. Ideal for golf lovers: close to several golf courses. Long-term winter rent is possible for a reduced rate.

NOTE: The villa has card-operated air conditioning. The cards can be purchased on site. The system is very easy to use: you insert the card into the box and you have electricity. You can check on the display how much money is left on your card.

Great villa!

We were very happy with our stay. They keybox is very handy, you are flexibel with arrival time. Alena, the owner, was very friendly and answered all my questions within minutes. The villa is large enough for 4 persons and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The pool is enormous and well-maintained!

Excellent villa!

We booked this villa as a stopover on our way to Portugal. The villa is splendid!! Large garden and pool, fully equipped kitchen incl. kitchen utensils and a bottle of wine. We were sorry we had to continue our trip but I have already booked in September :) Definitely recommended!!

I arrived at 3pm gate locked, phoned lady She informed me I should not have arrived until 4 pm even though I had requested 3 pm, told Pool man had locked gate and could not get hold of him, finally got access at 5:30 pm, then although paid for 3 bedrooms , 3rd bedroom locked, We had to put fire on each night as AC only cold. Facilites poor, no chopping board. Only 3 tablets for dishwasher, towels poor quality, no shower mats, etc. would not recommend using again.

Lovely villa

My husband and I spent almost 2 months in Jan/Feb and had a thoroughly relaxing stay with our dog. The villa has a lovely pool, outside seating areas and a couple of suntraps, which is great for slightly cooler days! There's enough room inside for two guests or a small young family. The tower room is more of a feature than a practical bedroom, it's accessed from outside with no bathroom facilities. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook food. The bathrooms are modern and bright, with powerful showers and plenty of hot water! The only downside was no heating in the bathrooms, which wouldn't be a problem for most of the year, but it was a little chilly in January. The first night we arrived, the house was really cold. Other than the log burner, there wasn't any heating, but there wasn't any wood either. We ordered some from the garden centre just off the complex. The minimum order is 90, but it got the house toasty in no time. Alena gave us a fantastic rate for our extended stay, so we had no issues paying for the wood. You could probably source smaller quantities elsewhere, but it might be worth checking if you plan to go out of season for a short stay. The complex has a Spar, which is well stocked and competitively priced with the larger stores.You can walk miles with your dog on the many trails from the house. If you do have a dog, be watchful for processionary caterpillars, which were out as early as February this year. All in all, delightful!

Vacance au calme

Nous avons loués cette maison pour des vacances en famille, l'environnement est calme et paisible. La personne qui nous a remis les clefs est très agréable et disponible. La maison dispose d'une chambre au dessus avec un accès par l'extérieur (petit bémol car impossible de laisser les enfants y dormir) mais rien de grave les enfants ont préféré dormir ensemble dans le grand lit de la 2eme chambre. La piscine a fait la joie des grands et petits. Maison bien équipée avec tous le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Tout était parfait, dommage de ne pas avoir de commerce de proximité voiture obligatoire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Maison agréable, bien équipée. Le premier supermarché est à 5 minutes les plages à 15 minutes dont la magnifique plage de Bolnuevo et aussi la baie de la Azohia. Communication facile et agréable avec la propriétaire. Je recommande cette maison sans hésitation

Avis sur Bel-vIlla

AVIS POUR LA MAISON BEL-VILLA proposée par la propriétaire. Maison charmante. L'équipement est complet, rien ne manque : le wifi, l'électroménager, les ustensiles de cuisine, les couverts, le linge de maison (serviettes, draps).... La maison est très propre, fonctionnelle. La piscine est grande et idéale pour 4 personnes ; elle est à l'ombre en fin d'après midi ce qui permet d'en profiter pleinement sans craindre le soleil. L'environnement est très calme, reposant. Une voiture est indispensable pour aller à la plage et dans les magasins (facilement accessibles). Le barbecue est à gaz est un peu usagé (la grille est rouillée et le support semble fragile) : nous avons préféré ne pas nous en servir. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité de la propriétaire : le lendemain de notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que le lave vaisselle était en panne mais il a été réparé moins de 24h après. Restaurant Meson el saladillo à éviter ;-). Nous recommandons vivement cette location Bel-Villa, nous n'hésiterons pas une seconde à la louer encore si nous retournons dans la région.

We loved it!!

We enjoyed our 10 days in villa Ensueno very much. The house is large and comfortable furnished. The garden is lovely. We could not use the pool (the water was too cold) but it looked lovely. There are many well maintained golf courses around.

When I saw the villa, it was love at first sight. It has a large plot (almost 700 m2) where we placed the swimming pool and created several tilled patios and sundecks. The vicinity to the beach and large cities together with the nature makes it an ideal place for holiday.

Private hot tub (used only during the winter)
Extremely large garden with several patios and roofed dining area
Close to the beach and lovely restaurants
Excellent location near golf courses and a natural park if you feel like taking a walk
