Cette belle maison de trois chambres avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et les montagnes est une villa située au premier rang d'un petit lotissement située sur une colline, en haut de la plage, entre Esentepe et Bahceli.

Il dispose d'une grande piscine privée, de jardins florissants et de grandes terrasses avec mobilier de jardin et chaises longues, offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer et la montagne tout autour.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit double, d'une salle de bains privative et d'un grand balcon menant à un grand balcon donnant sur la vue imprenable. Chambre deux a un lit double et un balcon donnant sur la mer. La troisième chambre a deux lits simples et donne sur le jardin. Il y a une salle de bains familiale avec douche en bas et salle de bain à l'étage.

La cuisine moderne entièrement équipée possède toutes les caractéristiques essentielles que vous attendez d'une villa moderne. Le salon offre une vue panoramique et comprend une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD et vidéo ainsi qu'un stock de films sur DVD à regarder, ainsi qu'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite pour profiter de plus de films. Le salon et la salle à manger s'ouvrent tous deux sur le patio pour les lézards et les repas en plein air tout en regardant le soleil se coucher sur les magnifiques eaux de la Méditerranée.

Il y a 175 unités d'électricité et 5m3 d'eau inclus dans la location hebdomadaire. Les compteurs sont lus lors de l’enregistrement et du départ et toute utilisation excédentaire déduite du dépôt de garantie. Les clients sont invités à surveiller leur propre utilisation en vérifiant les compteurs à l'extérieur. L'excès d'électricité est calculé à 25 pence par unité. Les serviettes de bain, de toilette et de plage sont fournies. Un service de femme de chambre (changement du linge de maison, des serviettes et le nettoyage des salles de bain) est assuré pour les séjours de 2 semaines et plus. La location de voiture et les transferts aéroport sont fournis à des tarifs très compétitifs.

luxury villa holiday

We stayed in this Villa for a week.We found the villa to be in excellent order and extremely clean, comfortable, maintained to a very high standard. The rooms had superb ocean views and a large swimming pool with surrounding patio area, made evening drinks even more enjoyable. Perfect location for getting away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Excellent bars and restaurants all within easy distance. So much to see in this area we found car hire a must. Kyrenia easily reached by car or taxi and there was plenty of night life, markets and lovely harbour side restaurants. We had a great relaxing time and will be rebooking this villa again in the future.

The Best

We spent 3 magical weeks at the Magic Rock Villa in Bahceli. The villa offers luxary, comfort, space, cleanliness and privacy. A large pool (regularly cleaned) and stunning views (sea, mountains, sunset) the villa is fully equiped ( from cable tv, aircon to parasols, lilo's and bbq utensils) and it is tastefully furnished (comfortable beds, couches, in/ourdoor seating areas) Romney and David who are travellers themselves understand the true meaning of a holiday home. The villa is wonderfully located, a car is mandatory.If you are arriving on your own by rental car, make sure to get there by daylight. Coming from Kyrenia be careful not to miss the turn, since the sign (Carrington Marina Bay) is facing the other side. You are able to rent a car either on the north or south side of the island and you can travel back and forth, crossing any border without a problem (passport, insurrance papers) Enchanting Cyprus has so much to offer, we explored coastal Kyrenia,divided capital Nicosia,ancient Famagousta,Ibiza style Ayia Napa, mountainous Trodos. Great restaurants, hot weather, lovely people....Indulge yourself, you'll have a wonderful holiday! Romney and David, Thank You, we'll be back one day! If your looking for a quiet place to stay with little fuss. All the amenities for every dish you want and a super clean villa. This is the place for you. Stayed here for 2 weeks and would consider returning soon. All in all, fabulous

The best Villa in North Cypern

It was a very beautyful Time in Marina view on magic Rock. The Villa was very cleany and every thing to Need Dir life was be there. The big Pool was also beautyful . Everything was perfekt. Thanks for all.

Perfekt!

Wir hatten uns viel Mühe bei der Auswahl eines Ferienhauses gemacht, da wir einige Male nicht ganz zufrieden waren. Bei diesem Haus auf Zypern erwies sich, dass die Realität noch besser als die Beschreibung war. Ein rundum Wohlfühlhaus der Luxusklasse: Sehr gepflegt, komplette und hochwertige Ausstattung, traumhafte Sicht, traumhafter Pool. Einfach perfekt. Luxus pur. Auch der zugesagte Taxitransfer und die Überbringung des Leihwagens klappten reibungslos. Zugewandter und aufmerksamer Vermieter.

Magic Rock Villa

Fantastic villa, well appointed, clean and spacious in a quiet tranquil location. Comfortable with full facilities. The owner arranged airport transfer and car hire which was a great help We enjoyed unspoiled views of sea and surrounding mountains. A very convenient base for exploring. We particularly enjoyed our visit to Bellapais. The pool was too inviting to resist but as expected cool in early April. Good clear guide information to facilitate our stay. We wish all the holiday lets were to this standard. We would recommend to friends and relatives.

A great villa with spectacular views

We had a great time at the Magic Rock Villa. We found the villa to be exactly as shown on the website, if not slightly better. The villa offers plenty of room for 6 guests and hosts what we felt was a large swimming pool. Excellent cooking facitilies in the kitchen and the front room and bedrooms were very comfortable. The villa is situated about 20 miles from Kyrenia harbour and therefore a car is essential. The drive into Kyrenia is along the coast and though the mountains and there are fantastic views on the way. The owner of the villa arranged the car hire for us and it was on the drive when we arrived there. Very efficient and hassle free! Beware you need to keep the water tank filled up. We found the property manager very helpful and it was great for the villa to come with a mobile phone which enabled us to contact him whenever we needed to. He was most helpful during our stay. There local supermarket is minutes away in the car (Blue Dream) and provides most of the groceries we needed. We did find "Supreme" supermarket near Kyrenia slightly better as it was larger and had a larger selection of goods including a hot deli counter serving lovely food. Places we visited and would recommend include Antique (curry night on a Monday - very nice), Hotel Acapulco which had a lovely sandy private beach (20 Turkish Lira entry fee per person) and Lara Beach (just needed to pay for sunbeds). We also went to the Hotel Acapulco Spa one morning and they offer every treatment you could want for reasonable prices. The Harbour restaurants are all pretty much the same and you can eat out cheaply, most offering kebabs, pasta, pizza and fresh fish. I have to say that Northern Cyprus is so unspoilt and this is what we found really appealing. There are lots of new villas and properties popping up everywhere and I am sure in 10/15 years that it will become more commercialised so I would urge you to visit soon to see its true beauty. We had an extremely positive experience at Magic Rock Villa and can not praise the villa's owner and property manager enough for there organisation and support during out stay. We found the villa excellent value for money and its location breathtaking with views of the mountains one side and overlooking the sea on the other side. We were very pleased with our choice of villa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for complete relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
