Grande villa avec piscine privée et vue imprenable sur l'eau espagnole!

La villa est située au sommet d'une colline dans le quartier résidentiel de Cas Grandi, à 15 minutes (en voiture) de Willemstad. Les plages populaires Jan Thiel Beach, Zanzibar, Papagayo Beach et Mambo Beach sont accessibles en 5 à 10 minutes (en voiture).

La villa et les deux appartements sont situĂ©s dans le mĂȘme complexe. Le jardin a des plantes tropicales. Il y a un espace de stationnement pour une voiture en haut de la villa. Pour chaque appartement il y a aussi une place de parking sur la propriĂ©tĂ©.
Le site peut ĂȘtre fermĂ© avec une clĂŽture automatique.

C'est un quartier sûr et calme.

Important à savoir: si vous ne louez que la villa, la piscine est réservée à vous et à votre groupe. Les appartements ne sont pas autorisés à utiliser la piscine, sauf si l'ensemble du complexe est loué par un groupe.
Vous avez donc l'intimité de la piscine.

La villa dispose de 4 chambres avec sommiers à ressorts. La cinquiÚme chambre a un lit superposé + 1 sommier à ressorts.

Il y a 2 salles de bain chacune avec douche, WC et deux lavabos. Il y a une troisiÚme toilette séparément.

Picturesque views

The villa was a great place to have a family holiday. It had everything we needed and the BBQ was well used for those wonderful evening dinners. The pool was loved by the children and adults alike! We had the opportunity of meeting the owners daughter who was a wonderful representation of her family. When we come back to Curacao we will definitely stay here again as it was in a great location and calm area.

Wow! Fantastic villa on a wonderful island

We really enjoyed our stay in this great villa. Nice location, very spacious and relaxing swimming pool. Everything just as described and shown on the pictures. Any problems, like a not working dishwasher, are taken care of by Maria and Rob, the local team. We loved it here and definitely plan to come again.

DO NOT BOOK- STAY AT A RESORT

House was listed on VRBO as 9 bedroom but was only 4 bedroom on arrival. In the US this is false advertisement but... the host will have a handy reply JUST WAIT FOR IT You cannot eat or shower in an air conditioned environment. Plan to be miserable when doing these two things on your vacation if you rent this villa.House IS NOT air-conditioned as is listed in amenities-only the 4 bedrooms have air. Again you will see the host reply to me arguing this point just as she has a different previous guest's review but facts are facts JUST WAIT AND SHE WILL REPLY The roof leaked three nights excessively and not even a mop in the house and property manager told us there was nothing he could do????? This was at the bottom of the steps and my friend fell on the tile floor and injured himself badly Electric went out overnight and we lost hundreds of dollars in meat/cheese in the refrigerator When VRBO contacted the owner she offered to refund a very minimal refund on entirety we paid -VRBO will not allow amount posted UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! We are proceeding with VRBO in US for allowing false advertisement on their website There are several other villas and homes for rent on the island that are very nice. We saw them. Our friends were staying in them, and they are completely air-conditioned for less. Additionally, there are several resorts on the island reasonably priced where you will be able to shower and eat with air-conditioning and be comfortable.

Villa Sandemarie - The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

The Good: Nice 4 BR 2 1/2 BA villa high on a hill with great views. Only 15-20 min drive down town to restaurants, shops, etc. Also reasonable distance from the airport and local museums, Mambo beach, Hato Cave and Aquarium. WiFi is included. Pool deck is spacious with plenty of seating and covered area with BBQ grill (charcoal) and picnic table. Property has electric gate for safety/privacy. Property also has 2 apartments for rent on the lower level of the property and thankfully, only the villa has use of the pool. The bedrooms and full bathrooms are on the ground level and spacious living room and kitchen on the second floor that has two walls that open to a large wrap around balcony area with seating, hammocks and dining table that seats 10. There is also a half bath on the second floor. The balcony offers expansive views of the area and access to the almost always present breeze. Two grocery stores are nearby (Lunapark is the better one but there is a new Carrefour that is at a mall about 20 mins. away and is DEFINITELY worth the drive!!). The Bad All the beds are twin beds. You can push them together to make a king but no king sheets are offered so you can really share a bed with your spouse. The only rooms that are air conditioned are the bedrooms so plan to sweat. No ventilation in the bathrooms so take a shower then dry off and dress in your air conditioned bedroom or else your shower is useless. It would have been nice to be informed that the house electric is European 220V so bring converters if where you live is 110V. Parking is at a minimum and the driveway is very steep! The Ugly Neighborhood is filled with homes that have crowing roosters and dozens of dogs that bark all day/every day. We had issues with ants, roaches and frogs getting in the house. The pool is nice but the water was so hot it wasn’t refreshing. The house is in desperate need of ceiling and or floor fans to move the air. The house is not built to allow the island breezes to blow through the house so it is very still inside. The house is not handicap accessible nor small child friendly so be aware. The BBQ grill is charcoal not gas and no tools are provided to clean the ashes. Call us spoiled but should we ever visit Curaçao again we will be staying downtown in a fully air conditioned hotel walking distance to everything. PS: Everything is closed on Sunday!

Villa Sandemarie

De grote Villa staat op een fantastische plek met een mooi uitzicht. Zwembad was super. De Villa van binnen is wat verouderd zeker de keuken. Als er iets was werd wel gelijkt alles opgelost door de beheerders. We hebben fijne 2 weken gehad op Curaçao
