Ladan totalrenoverades 2014 och på övervåningen erbjuder en ny fullt utrustat kök med matplats och stort vardagsrum med välvt tak och utsikt över den omgivande landsbygden. Nedervåningen finns två sovrum-en kung och en tvilling, som kan sättas ihop för att bilda en super-king size-säng på begäran. Det finns också ett nytt modernt badrum med en extra bred bad. Utanför finns gott om parkering, liten trädgård och en sittgrupp. BBQ. Fernleigh Barn ligger i utkanten av ägarens små innehav och drivs i ett ekologiskt ansvarsfullt sätt. Centralvärme och varmvatten tillhandahålls av en biomassa pelletspanna (Renewable värmeproduktion). Elförsörjningen är från 100% förnybara resurser. Barnstol, resesäng och trappa grind på begäran. Barn är välkomna. Inga husdjur. Utanför kran för att skölja bort stranden saker och surfingbrädor / kajaker. Supersnabb gratis WIFI. Välkomstpaket och fotobok med lokala attraktioner.

Very clean, homely and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Our hosts were kind, friendly and very efficient in sorting out a problem we had with the oven. Set in a perfect location for us and all we had planned to see and do. We would certainly stay again.

Great location for exploring Cornwall!

We stayed here to visit the beautiful gardens of Cornwall. The location was perfect and a peaceful haven at the end of a busy day's walking and plant shopping! I can thoroughly recommend staying here

Lovely remote cottage!

Great Central Location

Lovely quiet place, well equipped with a lot of beautiful notes around the house to help the holiday maker find their way. This is a great location for the north and the south coasts. Perfect little spot.

Home from home

It was great to be in the area where I was brought up and also the ability to visit my siblings and their families. The barn was ideal for entertaining and we enjoyed our stay.

We could live there!

A lovely cottage, ideally situated between the north and south coast of Cornwall. Very well equipped and maintained. The owners are extremely helpful and provided clear communications ahead of the stay. This is the only holiday home we have ever been to where we could happily live!

Perfect for exploring!

This was great to explore the area. My mum , my brother and myself were down to revisit places my late dad and mum used to love to visit. The converted barn was lovely. I was really tired after driving down from the north west and the hosts were really patient with me when I asked for help.

Peaceful cottage.

We came to Cornwall for the week to visit friends and hike. The cottage was perfect for us. We loved the quiet, rural location. It is very comfortable and well equipped. Close to Truro and beautiful hikes along the coastline and at National Trust properties. It was lovely to be able to sit outside as we were very fortunate with a week of perfect weather. We definitely hope to return next year.

Great location

Perfectly placed for exploring. We were able to visit some of the beautiful beaches on the North Coast - Chapel Porth, Godrevy etc, as well as the Roseland and Falmouth. The children really enjoyed a trip to the Seal Sanctuary at Gweek. The barn was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We didn't meet/weren't greeted by the owners, who live adjacent, but I assume we could have contacted them easily if we needed to.
