La casa está construida para mirar siempre hacia el mar y ubicada en una pequeña bahía protegida del viento más fuerte. Son unas vacaciones exclusivas en la naturaleza para relajarse en un lugar tranquilo. A pie puede llegar rápidamente también a la gran playa de arena de Geremeas. Las tiendas, los servicios y el restaurante están muy cerca, en Geremeas o Torre delle Stelle. Ubicado a 30 km de Cagliari y 20 de Villasimius, donde encontrará todos los servicios y vida nocturna. Al mismo tiempo, la casa está convenientemente ubicada para llegar fácilmente a todo lo que desea visitar en el sur y sureste de Cerdeña (gracias también a la nueva carretera 125-Orientale Sarda) que le ofrece una privacidad rara con la sensación de estar lejos de ella. todos.

We stayed here as 3 couples and had a fantastic time at this lovely and unique property. The proximity to the sea and beaches is as described (couldn’t be closer) and the pool area is a delight with the view over the bay. Also many thanks to Luigi for his suggestions and warm hospitality. Would highly recommend!

Luigi shares his piece of paradise

Firstly the photos do not do this place justice. It’s better than it looks. Secondly the villa and the grounds are very spacious and very well maintained. Thirdly the pool is an inspiration in design and style. It sits into the rocky surrounds and the infinity edge bleeds off to blend into the sea beyond. Luigi created this himself and if you know nothing else about the guy, this pool tells you he is clever and has real design flair and vision. Fourthly, Luigi himself is a great host but only appears when you need him. Book it , but have a car to get around and you will not regret it. Grazie Luigi.

Can’t wait to get back

It is with a fair amount of hesitation that we leave a review, as we would prefer to keep this magical experience all to ourselves! A beautiful home, lovely hosts, sumptuous grounds. From the moment we arrived, we never wanted to leave it. Luigi and Andreas greeted us warmly and showed us around. The villa is stunning, yet simple, an awe-inspiring airy gem with panoramic sea views that we were quick to feel at home in. Its garden frames the azure bay, ambling along a handful of paths around the house past junipers, olive trees and cacti to reflective spaces, a splendid secluded pool and through seaside gates to a stony cove below. The sounds of the sea, indoors and out, are ever present. The aromas of the garden complement the soothing maritime breezes. We never felt the need to venture further afield. Though, when we did, we found a comfortable, unspoiled community of welcoming neighborhood beaches for long walks and sunset swims, ample shopping for food, supplies and local delicacies. A summer restaurant and pizzeria outing were both perfect and Nicoletta's cooking is not to be missed! A presto and grazie mille di tutto Luigi and Andreas! We can't wait to get back!

Great communication from the start. Loved andy and luigi! They live on the property but the landscape makes for complete privacy. They were Friendly, helpful, charming but not intrusive. An extraordinary and large property fronting on the sea with gorgeous gardens everywhere you turned. The basic aesthetic in sardinia is rock and the gardens take full advantage of this. The plantings make every corner of the property a treasure. The infinity pool is amazing, looking out over the cove (swimmable rocky beach) and the hot tub, likewise, faces the ocean from a different perspective. It was a calm and inspiring environment . Luigi arranged for us to have a chef one night and we had a fabulous dinner in the garden.. Next door, 2 minute walk, a lively fantastic beach (classic translucent water)for swimming with a great little bar/restaurant. Great drinks, good food, fun staff! Crowded on the holidays with italians. Come before ten for a more private experience. 30 minutes to caligiari but ten minutes to a great little local restaurant and grocery store. Bottom line is we would go back in a minute!!

Delightful!

This is a gorgeous, peaceful property with a lot of care put into the details, from the landscaping outside to the artwork found throughout the home. The view is fantastic and the house has plenty of room and great amenities. The home owner Luigi is a genuinely kind and helpful host. It was an truly an unforgettable stay! Can’t wait to be back.

Tolles Haus mit traumhaften Garten

Andreas und Luigi, die sehr sympathischen Gastgeber, haben mit viel Liebe und Hingabe eine traumhafte Anlage erschaffen. Wer sich hier nicht wohl fühlt, der ist selbst schuld. Mit sehr viel Privatsphäre kann man das Haus und den großen und wunderschönen Garten geniessen. Nur durch das Gartentor und schon steht man direkt am Meer. Die Krönung ist der geniale Pool, direkt in die Naturfelsen gebaut, wunderbar gestaltet mit Panoramablick über die Bucht. Für Fragen stehen die Beiden immer zur Verfügung. Selbst Ende Oktober noch tolles Wetter, warmes Wasser und da die Saison schon vorbei ist... die angrenzenden Sandstrände ganz für sich alleine. Vielen Dank an Andreas & Luigi für eine tolle Woche Familienurlaub

a place in paradise

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, die Villa ist ein Traum, die Sauberkeit, die Einrichtung, die Deko, der Pool, der Garten, die Lage,....alles perfekt und traumhaft! Auch unsere Gastgeber waren super nett, Luigi und Andreas haben uns vor Ort perfekt unterstützt ...sowohl bei Tipps und Reservierungen für das Abendessen, Masseur und Motorroller wurden von ihnen organisiert und haben somit zu unserem perfektem Urlaub! Last but not least war unsere Köchin Nicoletta die auch Andreas und Luigi organisiert haben, eine super Bereicherung - sie hat uns die sardische Küche näher gebracht und es hat super lecker geschmeckt! 12 Points from Austria!!! :-) liebe Grüße, die Kerl´s...

Unforgetable piece of property

We are a family of 4 experienced travelers and have stayed in dozens of rental homes around the world. This property was by far the best. The home was clean and included high end furnishings, appliances and construction. Architecturally the home was well thought out and we felt we were truly part of Sardinia, not in a home decorated to look Sardinian. The property was located right on a pebble beach and although it's technically a public beach, we had it to ourselves M-F. The sprawling gardens, sitting areas and artwork was a huge bonus when staying in a rental and it added to the "living space", providing everyone to find their own quiet time. The sound of the sea literally engulfed your daily visit because no matter where you were, you can hear it. The infinity pool was impeccably clean and in fact, over the 2 week stay, I don't remember seeing any leaves, dirt etc in it. The scene of sitting in the pool looking out to the Mediterranean was something out of a movie. Visiting from the USA, communication with the Owner on properties is my main concern because there are always questions related on culture, local highlights and home requirements. Luigi always responded with in 24 hours before our visit via text and phone calls. Luigi's private home is on the property and we never felt inconvenienced by it. In fact, it was a bonus because he made himself available to recommend restaurants, activities, local towns etc. Not to mention we quickly became friends. We took Luigi's recommendation and had a local chef, Nicoletta, come to the house to cook a traditional Sardinian fish & pasta dinner. This was definitely restaurant quality food and she was fun to talk about cooking and food. ( if you are foodies like us) You definitely need a rental car because everything is drive. The photos of this property don't do it justice. It's way prettier than the photos suggest. So the million dollar question... would we go back? Absolutely! Bob, USA

Perfekter Urlaub in einem kleinen Paradies

Die Villa ist sehr gut Ausgestattet und wird von den Besitzern liebevoll gepflegt. Das Grundstück mit seinem Garten ist der absolute Traum. Jede Ecke wurde liebevoll gestaltet. Es gibt unwahrscheinlich viele Rückzugsorte an denen man in Ruhe ein Buch geniessen bzw. dem Rauschen des Meeres zuhören kann. Danke nochmals an die beiden Gastgeber und ihre liebevolle Betreuung.

Superb architect designed villa in beautiful gardens

Lovely villa in stunning gardens We were a party of 5 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space for everyone From the jacuzzi to the sandpit to the beautifully designed infinity pool - the lovely spacious outdoor living area where we spent most of our time - the gorgeous sea views and sound of the sea. The photos don't do it justice. Luigi could not have been more helpful and the services of the excellent cook, Nicoletta, were such a treat.

A perfect place...

...we visited this lovely place during easter, and though it was Off-Season it was a very good choice overall. The house and the garden with the Pool, the Jacuzzi and the beach right in front of the door give you plenty of options even with more people to relax and having a great time. The owners are lovely and helpful in any way and it is a perfect refuge and starting point to explore Sardinia. We felt very comfortable and welcomed. We can highly recommend it and we definitely will try and come back. And I have to agree to the the other comments so far - the pictures do not do the house/garden full justice. 5/5 points with no hesitation!

Beautiful!

This is a fabulous villa in a fabulous location with a fabulous owner! The pictures don't do the place justice. The house is well thought out and fantastically well located. It fronts a small beach which, though public, may as well be private given how few people use it. There is a much larger sandy beach very close by the property as well. Once you've walked from the house to the property entrance you're nearer the beach than you are to the house.There's a great little beach bar here; in fact this was one of the delightful features of most of the larger beaches in the area. The beach bars serve good simple food and cold beers! The pool area is an absolute delight and jaw-droopingly beautiful, as are the rest of the grounds. Do take advantage of Nicoletta, a local chef Luigi can organise for you. She cooked our pearl wedding anniversary meal for our party of nine. A lovely array of traditional Sardinian dishes with her very own twist on them. Inventive, tasty and exceptional value. Luigi was extremely helpful (and patient!) in our preparations for our stay and while we were in residence. All in all, we can't recommend this villa highly enough.

Stunning! Fantastic location, superb villa

I cannot recommend Sa Maluni highly enough. The location is great, overlooking a small rocky cove with fantastic views down the coast. The infinity pool is truly unique, designed to blend in with the , shoreline. There is also a jacuzzi overlooking the sea. The owner Luigi could not have been more helpful. Our flight was delayed by 4 hours but he was happy to wait until midnight until we arrived. His recommendations for places to visit and restaurants were great. The villa itself has plenty of outside space, beautiful gardens and plenty of room for our party of seven. It is extremely well equipped and clean. It is located a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Baccu Mandara beach. Cagliari is easily reached within 30 minutes. We would particularly recommend "La Barbara" restaurant and we had a great day visiting the Nuraghe fortress at Barumini. It is by far the best villa I've ever stayed in.
