About this property

Independent villa facing the sea. In the heart of Salento 10 minutes from Gallipoli

The house is about 30m from the sea (low rocks and easy to access even for children) and about 500m walk along the promenade from the splendid sandy beach of Santa Maria al Bagno. It is a house overlooking the sea and with a breathtaking view especially from sunset until night.
The house is on two levels, a mezzanine floor and a very decent basement floor.
On the mezzanine floor there are: living room with veranda facing the sea, kitchen + laundry room (with washing machine) in a separate room, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
An air conditioner in the hallway easily refreshes the entire floor.
In the basement there are: two double bedrooms (in the photo are those with blankets respectively with light blue and orange color), a single with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.
Two other emergency beds (bunk bed in a "pass-through area" with wardrobe) allow for a total of ten people.

Excellent séjour chez Luigi

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Luigi. Le logement est fonctionnel et idéalement placé pour profiter de Santa Maria del Bagno, charmant et typique. Quel bonheur d'aller prendre le petit dejeuner à pieds face à la mer avant de se baigner dans ces eaux chrystallines ! Quel bonheur également de pouvoir se baigner au pieds de la maison dans une ambiance si typique. Les gens sont gentils et très faciles d'accès. Le Salento est vraiment très beau, il y a plein de choses à voir. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Great place!

The ville is very nice and can accommodate a large number of persons very comfortably. The position is simply awesome, everything is short distance (beaches, shops etc). The host has been very kind and always available and responsive since the beginning of our staying. Highly recommended!

Luigi est un hôte très accueillant. La maison est idéalement située,atypique,agréable et spacieuse plus qu'il ne n faut. Elle mériterait toutefois d'être mieux équipée ou d'un renouvellement de certains accessoires(micro onde,plus de couverts,une pancarte interdiction de stationner pour éviter tout problème...)mais rien de grave qui puisse entacher ces belles vacances d'autant plus que notre hôte a pris en considération nos remarques.

Tolle Zeit in einem tollen Haus

Wir haben als sechsköpfige Familie eine phantastische Woche in diesem Haus verleben dürfen! Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung, bietet ausreichend Platz und hat in der Tat eine ideale Lage mit einmaligem Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Meer, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls allesamt fußläufig zu erreichen. Und nicht zu vergessen.......Luigi ist ein überaus freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der rund um die Uhr mit jeglichen Tipps und Informationen verfügbar gewesen ist. Wir können diesen Ort einfach nur empfehlen!

Cenette fronte mare con vista su Gallipoli

Villetta meravigliosa. La cucina è nuova. Tutto il resto è molto ben tenuto. Apprezzata tantissimo anche la TV satellitare. Ero stata in zona altre volte e non ero mai riuscita a vedere neanche il TG. Mare a 50 metri e per quelli che vogliono viziarsi un po' c'è anche uno stabilimento balneare a 100 mt. La spiaggia di sabbia è a 500mt., si può raggiungere a piedi (anche se il sole non aiuta). Alle spalle della spiaggia c'è il centro del paese con negozietti e supermarket dove è comodissimo fare la spesa. Il proprietario Luigi è stato serio e gentilissimo. Al nostro arrivo ci ha dato preziosi consigli per tutta la vacanza. Rivisiteremo questa magnifica zona e torneremo in questa bellissima villetta. Grazie Luigi. Marina C.

bonne vacances de passé dans cette maison à quelques pas d'une page de rêve padula bianca non loin de gallipoli qui ce situe à 10km beaucoup de chose à voir dans les alentours les gens du coins sont très gentil et accueillant comme le propriétaire des lieux.

Il contesto in cui si tro...

Il contesto in cui si trova l’abitazione è a dir poco mozzafiato. Si spazia dalla "Montagna Spaccata" all’isola di Sant’Andrea di Gallipoli e poi mare, mare e mare…mare azzurro che si mescola con il cielo. E’ proprio tutto bellissimo, non solo questa villetta in cui abbiamo vissuto per una settimana. Tutto è stato a puntino, dalla biancheria alle stoviglie. La doccia esterna poi è un vero toccasana al rientro dalle incredibili spiagge. Per non parlare poi della magnifica veranda su cui si possono fare ottime cenette in comitiva o laute colazioni fronte mare con un panorama indimenticabile. Per finire, ma non ultima per importanza, la disponibilità del proprietario dal momento della prenotazione al giorno della partenza. Consigliatissimo.

"Ho soggiornato insieme ad altri 9 amici nella villetta..l''abbiamo scelta un po'' per caso ma si è rivelata la scelta migliore che potessimo fare! Oltre ad essere grande e spaziosa, con un ampio cortile per parcheggiare la macchina (noi ne avevamo 3), ottima quindi per gruppi numerosi come il nostro, è situata proprio di fronte al mare! Cenare e rilassarsi con davanti la costa illuminata, guardando i riflessi della luna sul mare e le "Quattro Colonne" è proprio meraviglioso! La villetta inoltre è situata in una posizione strategica: lontana dal traffico di Gallipoli ma vicina all''ingresso della superstarda, da lì si possono raggiungere in macchina delle spiagge bellissime, Baia Verde, Porto Cesareo , Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto...in meno di un''ora! La sera in 10 minuti si arriva Gallipoli, piena di locali e discoteche, ragazzi con tanta voglia di divertirsi! Il proprietario è davvero gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato parecchi suggerimenti utili! Insomma, noi siamo stati davvero soddisfatti e al momento della partenza non volevamo più andarcene...!"

"Abbiamo fatto una vacanza stupenda (eravamo nove amici) e non abbiamo avuto problemi di alcun tipo. E’ stato tutto perfetto, la villetta è sul mare, è comodissima ed è vicinissima ad un sacco di posti spettacolari. C’è un panorama strepitoso che ci sarebbe da passarsi le nottate. Il proprietario è una persona veramente onesta ed affidabile. Ci ha anche dato delle ottime dritte. Da ritornarci."
