Ask a questionAbout Charlotte Tindall
We are a family of four with two daughters and have been visiting West Cork for the past 10 years. We fell in love with the area and the cottage and the barn, and love coming on holiday here to spend time in the quiet of the hills and using the cottage as a base to visit local beaches, markets and go on some of our favourite walks. There is always something going on in the local area and each holiday feels different.
Charlotte Tindall purchased this Barn in 2005
Why Charlotte Tindall chose Drimoleague
We visited West Cork on holiday and loved it vibrancy, fantastic local food, great music and warm welcome. On a whim we looked at a few cottages for sale and fell in love with this cottage and barn up a secluded track. The warm sun was on our backs and before we knew it we had put in an offer! The cottage and barn needed quite a lot of work, but over the years we have restored and renovated to give it a relaxed and comfortable vibe. It is finally just as we'd hope it would turn out and every time we look at the view it makes us smile.
What makes this Barn unique
We love the peace and tranquillity, but also that we can hop in the car and explore all the wonderful local areas.
