This detached cottage is close to the town of Northallerton and can sleep two people in one open plan area.

This charming detached cottage is situated on the owners' working livestock and arable farm, close to the town of Northallerton just nine miles from Thirsk in North Yorkshire. The cottage can sleep two people in one bed in an open plan living area with dining area and sitting area. Also in the cottage is a separate sitting room with woodburner and a bathroom with corner bath. Outside is off road parking for one car and an enclosed garden with hot tub and furniture. Gate Cottage is perfect for a romantic retreat set in peaceful surroundings.

Amenities: Electric central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge. TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. A cot is available at a small charge arranged directly with the owner. Off road parking for 1 car. Lawned garden with hot tub and cloakroom with shower, basin and WC. One well behaved dog welcome £20.00 supplement. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Note: There is one step up to the front door of the cottage and two steps up to the hot tub from the decking. Please note: the hot tub may not be available to use on the first evening at the property due to the time taken for the water to get up to temperature after cleaning. Please note as it is located on a working farm please ensure dogs are kept on leads at all times, thank you.
