Villa di Castello is immersed in a large centuries-old olive grove, in the heart of green Umbria, the structure, consisting of 3 apartments, offers a large swimming pool at guests' disposal, the "TODI" apartment is equipped with every comfort, a very refined in harmony with the style of the place, perfectly heated with temperature at your discretion.
The apartment is a very nice two-room apartment, perfect for a couple who wants to spend a quiet holiday of wellness and rest, entering we find ourselves in the living area with table and kitchen equipped with all necessary equipment, the double bedroom is large and comfortable and finally we have a bathroom.
The swimming pool is available to guests at no additional cost, open from May to October.
IMPORTANT:
- Minimum stay two nights.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- Check in 15.00 - 00.00 Check out by 10.00.
- The keys will be handed over to the customer directly by the owner upon your arrival.
RATES AND EXTRA COSTS:
- The indicated prices refer to person.
- Heating, € 16 per day depending on the season.
- Final cleaning 15 €.
- Pets We personally love animals very much, however we understand those who feel uncomfortable in their presence, therefore we are available to welcome them by agreeing on the forms that ensure respect for other guests, a contribution of € 5 is required for final cleaning.

"Het appartement is klein, maar groot genoeg voor 2 personen( als het tenminste goed weer is). Het appartement Todi is m.i. het fijnste appartement van de 3 omdat het volledige privacy kent. fijne overkapping om altijd in de schaduw te kunnen zitten/eten. Ook het zwembad is heerlijk. Een klein minpuntje is de keuken. Er is geen koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker oven /magnetron. Het is dus een beetje behelpen en aan te raden keukenatributen zelf mee te nemen. Voor het overige is het er heerlijk. Ook de eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom een aanrader."

L'accueil et le décor sont très sympathiques. Massimo, le propriétaire peut vous recommander les meilleurs restaurants du coin. En fait, c'est en Ombrie que nous avons le mieux mangé lors de notre séjour en Italie."

"Appartement très agréable, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse, avec sa vue sur les oliviers, si agréable pour les dîners ou les petit déjeuners. La piscine n'est pas mal non plus. La situation près du petit village de Pozzo est bien pratique pour sillonner une grande partie de l'Ombrie."
