Excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the marina with a great view. The apartment is well equipped (although I missed having a coffee pot and the washing machine door needs fixed). Would definitely recommend.

Location. Location. Location.

The apartment is in the perfect location. Vilamoura Marina is a vacation paradise and this apartment is perfectly placed. Property management was available and extremely responsive to any and all requests. Our thanks to all involved in making our stay at the marina a wonderful memory.

Gosto essencialmente da localização Falta uma outra casa de banho... mesmo pequena... utilizando o espaço do armário que se encontra a direita qdo entramos... seria o ideal!! No mínimo colocar um espelho na parede da sala... é complicado 3 mulheres a utilizar só um espaço e um espelho!!:) Cumprimentos Teresa Nazario Fazer outro WC...

Casa Marina Vilamoura

Casa com excelente localização, sem necessidade de mexer no carro desde o dia da chegada. Bom aproveitamento das áreas da casa, sendo o WC e a varanda para a Marina, alguns pontos a destacar pela positiva. Cozinha está Equipada com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia típica de férias.

Luxurious Apartment ?

Very disappointed with the apartment, the lady who let us in, gave us the keys & off she went. When we went out, key didn’t work in gate, called to her, oh yes, waiting for new key, but stick your finger through the gate & open that way! No key arrived over the 2 weeks. Middle Sat., I did a clean & looked for sheets for double bed, nothing among the bed linen that is stuffed in every cabinet, press & wardrobe! Washed the sheets & a lady arrived to service the apartment, I told her what I had done, she said was I not told on arrival she was calling, no. Mind you when I pointed this out to the lady in the office, the reply I got was, did you not read the condition you signed, it tells you there... “pantry essentials”. Items left by other guests, half used. Sun bed area, dirty, table there, dirty, torn sun beds thrown against wall. Press full of items left by others & a can of paint. Shower dirty, ah it just goes on and on... this apartment needs a deep clean inside & out, the load of useless bed linen should be cleared out & leave just what’s needed for the guests staying. All foodstuff left half used should be removed after each departure, icebox defrosted & again half used items taken out. Blood stained throw removed & Stains on sofa bed/couch cleaned, glad we weren’t sleeping on it. Sorry for being so long winded... but not good enough.

Great location

We picked this apartment for the location and we were not disappointed, great views of the marina and close walk to all the bars and restaurants. On arrival we took a little while to find it but when we did found it clean and tidy. At first we had a couple of issues that needed sorting but as the Greice Homes office is just round the corner they all got sorted very quickly. As I said earlier the apartment is all about location but I will say it’s a bit dated inside and could do with a little tlc. There was every thing you might need in there, kitchen well equipped and the shower is a great space. All in all we had a great 7 days in there and Vilamoura marina is a nice place to be.

Excellent appartment

Spent 4 days here mid September 2017 and found this appartment to have everything we needed to have a very pleasant stay, would highly recommend it. The appartment was very clean and had everything you needed. Teresa was very helpfull and was only round the corner if required.

Excellent view, decent space, good bed, fantastic shower room. All amenities literally meters away.

Upon arriving to vilamoura we had no problem trying to find the apartment it's self, as a member of staff phoned to give directions to the apartment. The apartment was in a fantastic location by the marina, where we could find plenty of restaurants and shops literally meters away. The nearest supermarket was a short five minute walk away, as well as the bus stop. The beach was a five to ten minute walk away. Where they have plenty of water sports activities to do there. Down in the marina, you could find activity kiosks were they advertise activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, private boat trips and many more. (You could find one of these kiosks right in front of the apartment on the marina front). The time we spent there was fantastic. We went at the end of august and the weather was still great. Theirs only one thing that we could fault from the apartment and that was the noise from the nightlife on the marina. It could get quite loud late at night just from the amount of people being there. Also we would like to make a comment on the cleanliness of the apartment, it was very clean and well maintained. It was very livable. Overall we thought that the apartment was a decent choice for the two of us. We would highly recommend it to anyone going to vilamoura.
