La casa de vacaciones se encuentra en Val Graveglia en Località Liggi, a 7 km del mar de Lavagna y Chiavari, ciudades importantes en el Golfo de Tigullio a medio camino entre Portofino y Cinque Terre.
En Lavagna y Chiavari se encuentran los cruces de la autopista A12 y se puede llegar a la casa en un cuarto de hora. En el camino entre la salida de la autopista y la casa de vacaciones, hay varias tiendas y supermercados.
La casa que pertenece a un pueblo está rodeada de vegetación entre olivos y avellanos.
La proximidad al mar y las montañas le permite conciliar el deseo de aquellos que desean ir al mar y aquellos que desean relajarse en un ambiente tranquilo y rural en el que encontrar un contacto genuino con la naturaleza.
A solo 1 km de distancia, en Conscenti, el centro del valle, encontrará todos los servicios, incluyendo la oficina de correos, banco, farmacia, estación de servicio, mini mercado, panadería, bodega, quiosco, consultorio médico y varios establecimientos comerciales, bares y algunas trattorias. .
Mina Gambatesa, importante museo minero (¡no te lo pierdas!) que le permite ingresar al tren de mineros en las entrañas de la montaña, está a 8 km.
De mayo a octubre, todos los sábados por la mañana, se establece un mercado donde puede encontrar todos los productos orgánicos de los agricultores locales.
En poco tiempo puedes llegar a Lavagna Chiavari Sestri Levante y Cinque Terre en el este, y Zoagli, Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino S Fruttuoso y Camogli en el oeste.

El apartamento, recientemente renovado, mide aproximadamente 85 metros cuadrados y está completamente libre de barreras.
Consta de 2 habitaciones dobles (para un total de 4 camas), una sala de estar con una cama individual, la cocina, 1 baño con ducha, un jardín \ terraza con un área de relajación para comer al aire libre, un garaje coche y gran plaza de aparcamiento descubierta

El alquiler de la casa incluye el consumo de electricidad, gas y agua caliente y el suministro de sábanas y toallas. No hay otros gastos adicionales de ningún tipo.

A su llegada, le daremos la bienvenida con productos locales y la degustación de nuestro aceite de oliva virgen extra que puede llevar a casa.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is great - peaceful surroundings, beautiful views, very quiet and close to the main attractions of the region. The house is charming, comfortable, with convenient parking. We really enjoyed the terrace and the calm atmosphere. Host Anna is incredibly kind and helpful. We look back on this trip with great memories and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Der Aufenthalt war super schön. Die Gastgeberin Anna war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat sich täglich erkundigt, wie es uns geht, ob wir etwas brauchen und uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Schön ruhig und etwas abseits an einem Berg gelegen. Mit dem Auto ist man aber schnell in den Orten an der Küste. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war wirklich super. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Pleasant week

A nice flat with a wonderful terrace in a small village up to the mountains, beautiful landscape and vegetation. A car is a must and careful driving is important to mention. Private parking is available. In 15 minutes you are at the centre of Chiavari, beach/promenade and the train station. Either drive to touristic places you want to visit or take the train, both are possible. We enjoyed driving as well as traveling by train, especially to Cinque Terre. Anna is a very good host, caring and helpful. The flat has old furniture and beds, but everything you need is there. Kitchen is modern and bathroom is clean. Only thing that really disturbed us is the strong smell of humidity. You have to open all the windows as soon as you arrive at home every day. A Kattle to boil water is missing. I think, Anna will make this too available after my review:)

Nice villa in the countryside a bit off the coast

We enjoyed the stay at Anna's villa. It is nicely situated in a valley a bit off the coast. Very quiet neighborhood. The villa has three rooms and offers plenty of space. The attached terrace is just great with a nice view on the valley. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and hence we did not lack anything whilst preparing meals during a couple of rainy days. After Anna had welcomed us, she took time for a thorough intro which was very helpful. Also, she provided us every day with some suggestion & hints for visiting some of the hot spots. Unfortunately, the smaller bedroom and the living room were not so cozy and looked a bit over-staffed. Otherwise, it would have been just a perfect stay.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit tollen Ausblick

Anna hat uns schon erwartet und uns gleich viele Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Sie hat auch immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur wenige Kilometer von Chiavari entfernt in ruhiger herrlicher Lage. Von der Terrasse hat man eine tolle Aussicht in die Berge, nachts ist es ruhig. Die Ferienwohnung hat keine Klimaanlage, aber das braucht sie auch nicht. Dadurch, dass die Ferienwohnung in den Bergen ist, wird es nachts etwas angenehmer als direkt am Strand. Die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sind intakt und haben sehr gut funktioniert. Wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen. Die Ferienwohnung können wir uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Meine Familie und ich haben 2 tolle Wochen bei Anna verbracht. Sie war eine sehr hilfsbereite und warmherzige Vermieterin. Immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Die Umgebung rund ums Haus ist traumhaft schön und die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Nachts sehr ruhig, nur das Zirpen vieler Zikaden und ein gelegentliches Roller Knattern war zu hören. Das Haus liegt ziemlich weit oben in den Bergen, also Einkaufen und Bummeln geht nur mit Auto!! Zum Strand sind es etwa 15-20 min Fahrt. Viele schöne Städtchen und tolle Ausflugsziele in der nahen Umgebung runden den ganzen Aufenthalt ab. Also ist definitiv zu empfehlen, wenn man es gerne ruhig hat!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Anna hat uns herzlich empfangen. Sie erkundigte sich täglich über unser Wohlbefinden und gab uns hilfreiche Tipps. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Die Anfahrt etwas abenteuerlich, da eine enge, sehr steile Straße zur Unterkunft führt. Der Parkplatz war perfekt unter schattigen Olivenbäumen. Zum Ort war es fußläufig etwas zu weit. Da wir aber täglich Ausflüge oder Wanderungen gemacht haben, haben wir alle Sachen unterwegs besorgt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch der Dörfer der Cinque Terre. Wir haben uns für den Zug entschieden, daß hat immer problemlos geklappt. Der Zug war immer das Verkehrsmittel unserer Wahl ob nach Genua oder Santa Margherita mit Fahrt nach portofino mit der Fähre. Die Terrasse mit Blick über die ligurischen Berge haben wir sehr genossen. Kurz um wunderschöne Tage.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft hält alles was sie verspricht und mit Anna hat man eine supernette Gastgeberin, die viele Tipps für einen hat. Es gibt unzählige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten von hier aus und die Aussicht beim Frühstück oder Abendessen auf der Terrasse ist sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Urlaub Pfingstferien 2023: Mehr Italien geht nicht!

Vermieterin Anna Zappetini ist sehr freundlich. Sie erkundigte sich stets nach unserem Wohlbefinden und stand uns bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Leider spricht sie weder Deutsch noch Englisch, doch dank der Google-Übersetzung hat die Verständigung letztendlich gut funktioniert. Auf der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die ligurischen Berge. Am den Fenstern sind stabile Fliegengitter, sowie Fensterläden angebracht. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz war etwas eng, aber dafür im Schatten eines Olivenbaums. Der letzte Weg zum Haus ist eine kleine Serpentine. Man sollte schon gut Auto fahren können. Ist aber machbar! Man muss ein paar wenige Kilometer fahren, um an einen der vielen Strände der Umgebung zu gelangen. Im nahegelegenen Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Ein großer Supermarkt (der auf dem Weg zum Meer und zur Stadt liegt) ist ca. 6km entfernt. Eine kleine Anmerkung für Anna: Das Geschirr ist nicht so umfangreich für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern. Auch der Gartentisch (an dem wir meistens gegessen haben) könnte etwas größer und stabiler sein. Einen oder zwei kleine Liegestühle hätten wir auf der Terrasse super gefunden. Und die Schere in der Küche könnte schärfer sein. ;-) Alles in Allem haben wir einen super Italien-Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus in wunderschöner Landschaft erleben dürfen. Unser Ziel war es, den Kindern Italien näher zu bringen. Und wir sind uns alle einig: Mehr Italien geht nicht! Vielen Dank an Anna für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Schöne Wohnung im ruhigen ligurischen Hinterland

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt im ruhigen ligurischen Hinterland unberührt vom Massentourismus der Küste. Trotzdem nahe genug, um die Küste und Sehenswürdigkeiten (Cinque Terre, Portofino, Genua, Sestri Levante) schnell zu erreichen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die super nette Vermieterin Anna, die wunderschöne Küche mit Aussicht und die schöne Terrasse. Alles war Bestens!

Great starting point for many adventures

We (2 adults + 3 kids) stayed in this beautiful and peaceful apartment for 10 days and really loved it. This was our first time in Italy and even before departing from Munich we already had ground support from Anna. We kept in touch during the journey and coordinated everything so that the check-in was very efficient and we could have some rest after our ca. 7-hour trip. We mostly used the apartment as the starting point for different activities: we visited the beach at Lavagna and Chiavari (the Trattoria recommended by Anna was a highlight of our vacation), traveled to Porto Fino and spend the day on a beach near Santa Margherita Ligure, and traveled several days to Sestri Levante. The kids enjoyed several days of incredible weather and great beach time. We also visited Genova and its Aquarium (about 1 hour by car) and traveled to Pisa by train (from Chiavari, 1.5-2 hours depending on the ticket you buy). We didn't have time to visit the Cinque Terre and didn't want to rush a last-minute visit there. So we have a nice reason to come back in the future :-) Although August is high season in Italy, we barely had problems finding a nice spot on the many public beaches and never felt the places were overcrowded. Finding a free parking spot is challenging in the high season unless you get to the places really early, though. Regarding facilities. A Basko supermarket is directly on the way home from Lavagna or Chiavari. Same for bakeries. There are several gas stations as well. Luckily, we didn't need a doctor, but I am pretty sure I saw something in Chiavari. Regarding the apartment itself: it is very fresh and mosquito-free (follow Anna's advice here :-), super peaceful, clean, has a dishwasher and a washing machine which proved its value for us (!). My oldest daughter had no complaints about sleeping in the small bed outside the bedrooms (a curtain now protects from the light and we were early up to enjoy Italy :-). The water is great, no need to buy bottled water here! Watering the plants on the terrace provided the perfect afternoon job for our two smaller kids, which enjoyed picking up khakis and watching bugs in the afternoons. Finally, we had one day of bad weather that caused lots of damage in the area. Luckily we (and our car) were safe and Anna and his brother Andrea either messaged or came by to check. Anna even offered to replace the day for free but sadly we had to be back in Munich on the 25th and could not take the offer :-(

Gepflegte Wohnung in aussichtsreicher Lage

Die Wohnung ist für eine vierköpfige Familie gut ausgestattet. Sie ist auf aktuellen Stand, die neuen Fenster sind schall- und wärmedicht. Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick über die ligurischen Berge und Täler. Die Wohnung ist etwas abseits, aber trotzdem eine gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung (Genua, Portofino, Cinque Terre….). In Lavagna gibt es schöne öffentliche Badestrände, auch das Parken dort war selbst im August kein Problem. Auch für sportliche Radtouren liegt die Wohnung perfekt. Für die Vermieter Anna und Renato müsste man aber mindestens 6 Sterne vergeben können. Sie standen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Riviera de Levante

Wohnung wie beschrieben, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, etwas abseits der Hotspots der Region. Netter Aussensitzplatz, auch wenn er direkt an der Straße lag. Zwei Doppelzimmer mit sehr guten Betten. Sehr gutes Leitungswasser. Keine Klimaanlage. Die Waschmaschine hat sich als sehr notwendig heraus gestellt, da es sehr heiss war und wir unsere Kleidung jeden Tag total durchgeschwitzt hatten. Die Auffahrt zur Wohnung ist steil und eng, wie auch der Parkplatz. Zu verbessern: der Schrank im Durchgangsraum hat einen unangenehmen Geruch und Weingläser wären schön gewesen. Mich haben die Hunde des Nachbarn genervt, die jeden frühen Morgen gejammert haben, aber dafür kann auch Anna nix.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The house was handed down to me by my grandparents, is part of a medieval village that dates back to the Counts Garibaldi of 1643. It has been completely renovated with finishes that highlight the local stones and slate. Living in this charming house that dominates the hill from a sense of peace and serenity, you want to sit in the shade of the persimmon tree to read a book or picnic. All around the hill slopes with green terraces and the colors of spring, see the pink peach trees the white cherries and plums. Many have asked me to rent this house but I do not want to deprive myself completely, I want to carve out periods for myself. In the surrounding courtyard there are two flowerbeds with local herbs mixed with roses and daisies. At the disposal of willing agricultural land to experiment with every crop. The special microclimate that benefits from the proximity to the sea allows you to grow all varieties of fruit and vegetable trees. All you have to do is come and visit the place to see for yourself the beauty of the place and then plan your holidays.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Close to the manganese mines of Gambatesa in the locality of Frisolino, excursion particularly recommended in summer to take a break from the days of sea, distance 2/3 km. The excursion is guided and will lead you into the caves of the mine, on different levels. For more information, see the links section. It is also an excellent base to go to the sea enjoying the sun (miles and miles of free or equipped beach) and return home in the green, avoiding the crowds of the city.
