Villa Ghezzi dominates the small medieval village of Tremoleto (120m / lm), inserted in a green oasis not far from the sea, with an ideal microclimate. The origins of the Villa date back to the 15th century, when it was the Palazzo Pretorio of the county of Lorenzana.
Sheltered by the roads of great communication, it enjoys absolute peace.
Its outbuildings are prepared to welcome guests who are loving and respectful of tradition.
The proximity to the sea and the most famous centers of Tuscany,
supports our proposal which is divided into several units.

Der Ort ist idyllisch und von dort aus kam man gut überall hin. Auto ist zwingend nötig. Wir haben täglich den Garten morgens und abends genutzt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Bei Pannen kamen sie sofort zu Hilfe.

Séjour à Tremoleto Toscane

Merci à Francesco pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. La maisonnette est très agréable, confortable et bien équipée. Le jardin est magnifique avec une vue sur les collines de Toscane à couper le souffle. Dépaysement assuré. Le village de Tremoleto est idéalement situé pour visiter Pise, Florence mais aussi les plages (mention spéciale pour castiglioncello) et la Toscane en général.

Anna und Francesco sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Leider war die Unterkunft nicht dass, was wir uns vorstellten. Die beiden waren sehr bemüht die Probleme zu beheben, leider sind wir trotzdem früher abgereist, weil wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt haben.

Charmantes kleines Apartment

Wer gern „original“ lebt fernab von klassischen Touristenunterkünften, ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist mehrere hundert Jahre alt, das Apartment einfach aber liebevoll eingerichtet. Tremoleto besteht aus nur ein paar Häusern, liegt inmitten des toskanischen Natur, ein Auto sollte man haben, damit lassen sich viele Highlights binnen 30 bis 60 Minuten erreichen. Der Garten des zugehörigen Palazzo ist atemberaubend und darf mit genutzt werden. Francesco ist ein überaus charmanter, freundlicher und humorvoller Gastgeber. Wir kommen gern wieder!

accueil agréable des propriétaires avec des petite attentions .maison (dans une impasse)idéal pour personne qui recherche le calme. accès au jardin très apprécié .bonne situation géographique pour visiter la région et pour se rendre à la mer .fin séjour avec une certaine émotion qui donne envie de séjourner à nouveau.

Location au milieu de nul par et au centre de tout pour un dépaysement absolu

Superbe location anciennre au milieu de nul part et au centre de tout où le stricte nécessaire matériel est mis à votre disposition par un couple de propriétaires charmant et bienveillant. Sensibles et intéressés par votre bien être, ils partagent leur savoir, leurs connaissances des lieux et des sites à visiter. Écoutez le parler ce docteur en économie et en histoire de l art qui parle plusieur langues et vous serez plongé encore d avantage au cœur de la Toscane historique et environnementale tel que nous la rêvons depuis toujours. Ne loupez surtout pas cet endroit calme et reposant.

Eindrucksvolle u. ruhige Lage

Sehr nette Vermieter. Küchenausstattung wurde auf Hinweis wohlwollend ergänzt. Der große Garten der Villa Ghezi ist das große Plus der Unterkunft. Die generelle Nutzungsmöglichkeit des Gartens wäre von Vorteil!
