We had a great time at the 3 Palms Salema vila. Ocean views were absolutely stunning and the vila was a great size, accommodating our two families perfectly. The house was spotless, well equipped and I would happily return.

The most beautiful views of salema

We loved this home. Everything was perfect, including the communication from the owner. Paolo was so helpful and greeted us at the house, shared tips about the best way to get to the beach and was really helpful. The house is even more beautiful in person. The bedrooms are large with expansive views and comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals, and we especially loved the pool! We chose to heat it and were glad we did even though it was very warm in Salema in June. We spent each evening watching the sunset over Salema on the rooftop terrace which was phenomenal. We really hope to come back someday. Thank you!

Incredible home in an incredible location. we felt so at home. the kitchen was well appointed, and the bedrooms all felt private. Wish we had more time to enjoy. please take advantage of the trails and hiking that is so close. If we are ever fortunate to get back to Portugal, we would definitely find a way to stay here again!

A perfect family stay

We booked this villa for 10 days with wife, our 3 kids and parents. Everything was perfect, very very clean and this villa has all the amenities. 7-8 minutes walk from the beautiful beach and nice little village. We very much enjoyed everything.

Simply amazing

As amazing as the listing photos are, this property is even more stunning in person. The views, location and the home itself combine to create an incredible vacation experience. The owner, Olav, was great to deal with and the local property manager, Paulo, was very helpful and accessible. Paulo stopped by on the evening of our arrival and helped us figure out the blinds for the massive windows. He also gave us some helpful tips for the area which made our stay more enjoyable. The kitchen is very well stocked and the home has several surprising amenities such as a telescope and a ping pong table. This was probably the best VRBO experience we have had.

Perfect spot for our family

My partner and I spent a wonderful week in Salema at 3 Palms with my daughter and her family. We had high expectations based on the description and photos but it exceeded those expectations. My two grandchildren (9 and 12) swam in the pool several times every day and the entire family enjoyed playing ping pong which was an unexpected surprise. The owner was very quick with helpful emails. Salema itself had several very good restaurants and the beach was great. The hike up to 3 palms helped to keep in in shape!

Outstanding

Wasn’t as close to the beach as expected - always hard to tell from listings if you don’t know the area - but the views are nonetheless breathtaking and the house itself is awesome. Sunrise and sunset views! Walk to town is nice if you’re in shape to walk the hill back

Our Stay at 3 Palms Salema

We had a wonderful stay. Salema - and Olav's villa - were perfect for unwinding. The villa was lovely and comfortable. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to a beautiful nature park and trail, which we highly recommend. And, just a short walk to the village center, local restaurants, and the beach. Olav was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and follow-up questions. We were greeted by Paulo, who answered all of our arrival questions and made sure we knew about the wonderful roof top view - perfect for watching the sun set. I highly recommend this property and do hope to return again in the future.

Perfect Villa for perfect break

We stayed 8 nights as a 3 generation family, the villa had everything we needed with high class fittings and facilities. The pool was great to relax or play with grandchildren in, but depending on time of year I would suggest taking the pool heating option. All in all I can only recommend it, the only potential downside is its location at the top of the hill so either you need good mobility or a car just to get down to the village.

Fantastic stay in Salema!

What an amazing time in the Algarve coast, and staying at this amazing property in Salema. We loved the town. The beach is perfectly serene. Not overrun with tourists. Five minute walk down the hill or you can drive. It was an amazing vacation. And the house is fantastic and we loved modern decor, the pool and barbecue. Super clean. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!!

This place is off the hook!

Fantastic house in an ideal location! We enjoyed the short stroll to town for seaside dining and especially loved the hikes right out the back door to deserted beaches and coves. Along the hikes are some of the most stunning views we had ever seen. The house is incredibly comfortable - comfy beds, spotless, great furniture, views out every window. No one in our family wanted to leave!

Family Vacation to Portugal

There were 6 adults and we all thought the property exceeded our expectations. Location was great the amenities were excellent. Paolo was very helpful and prompt if we needed anything. I definitely recommend this property if you are looking for quiet deluxe accommodations at a great price in a great area.

Wonderful villa

This is the second time we have stayed at this wonderful Villa. It was just as beautiful as we remembered it and we had another fantastic holiday in Salema. Highly recommended.

Loved Salema and this home!

Salema was our restful break after a six day cycle trip in Portugal . Olav and Paulo were great at ensuring we were comfortable and welcomed. This property was perfect, the views are spectacular and the home fabulous. We took every advantage of the hiking trails right outside the door, and the recommendations for local food. Great home with great host

The stay in Salema was outstanding. The property is well maintained, clean and better than the pictures can illustrate. We had 8 people, 4 adults, and 4 children. The setup of the home was perfect. 2 bedrooms each on their own floor for the adults and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor for the kids. Great sea views especially from the top bedroom. The kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it. The check-in process was very easy, as was the checkout process. We had a quick and informative walkthrough which ensured our stay was successful. Thank you for a great vacation!

Stunning, stylish villa

We really loved our stay in this amazing villa. It lived up to the photos on the website and more. A really stylish design with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing holiday. We loved being so close to the national park with its hiking trails and beautiful secluded beaches. Salema itself is a quiet, pretty resort with good and friendly restaurants which are short walk downhill from the villa.

Simply Excellent

We visited for my father’s 70th birthday and it was amazing. An excellent villa with plenty of space. Everything about the villa was simply superb and I can not recommend it highly enough. Olav was very helpful throughout the entire booking process making it all very easy to manage. Equally the property manager, Paulo, went out of his way to make sure our stay was exactly what we wanted. Can’t thank them both enough for an excellent week!
