Owner has just spent thousands of dollars in updating and redoing the condo all to rave reviews!! Fantastic property, with all of the amenities that you are looking for in an oceanfront property... Enjoy the oceanfront views from your private balcony that features a large table and 4 chairs for the best oceanfront dining! The property features 3 pools, including an outdoor oceanfront pool, oceanfront lazy river and an oversize oceanfront hot tub , Property has free WiFi and cable tv. The unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Each bedroom has its own TV and there is a 32 inch flat screen TV in the living room.

It is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach at 501 South Ocean Blvd. Ocean Drive is known as the Shag Capital (SC state dance) which originated in OD in the 50s and is danced to the local beach music. Beach music and the Shag is still danced in the Beach Clubs located a short walk away on Main Street. Main street is a mix of unique shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, and beach ware shops all situated in the very quaint aura of Ocean Drive. In the past few years they have just re-opened the OD Pavillion and Amusement Park. It is the only oceanfront amusement park in the area. It is smaller sized and very family oriented. It is for sure a don't miss .OCEANFRONT 3 BR/3 BA IN HIGHLY desired VERANDAS.W/D, D/W, FREE WiFi, 4 TVs including a flat screen in the living room, oceanfront private balcony. The beds by room are one king, two queens and one queen with pull out sofa in the living room.. Mattresses were just replaced in 2018, Unit rating Well Maintained, Comfortable & Appealing

wonderful trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and Carolina Resorts was wonderful as always. Had an issue with bathroom which was solved immediately. The only other issue we had was that 2 of the tvs in the secondary bedrooms. Both tvs were Vizio and there were no vizio remotes in the entire unit so we were unable to control the tvs without getting out of bed. The only other problem was the lazy river was closed the entire time we were there. Otherwise, everything was wonderful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was very clean and well laid out. The 3 bathrooms were a plus! All of the appliances worked well except the icemaker did not work well. We were in walking distance to main street shopping and restaurants. We loved the ramps to the beach as opposed to having stairs. There was no place for luggage carts so you had to search all of the floors to find them. You also had to throw the trash bag over a wall into a dumpster. There was ample parking in the deck.

Verandas #305

Room Dirty and very dated. Linens not clean pillow cases had slobber stains had to be washed. Other pillows had no cases on them took 2 days and 3 phone calls to get pillow cases. Toaster was already broke. No coffee pot. Told management but had to go buy toaster and coffer pot myself. Toilet ran all tge tine and was extremely loud. Door didn't lock right and would stick to open. Pool gates were broke every day. Only one elevator would work.

Great Location and nice accommodations

Property was as advertised. The only disappointment was that the listing said there was a workout/fitness room and we were not successful in actually finding it. Other than that the property was well located, the condo was clean and seemed well maintained. Beds were comfortable as well. Elevators were on the blink a couple times but no real impact to our stay.
