Large villa and centrally located, decorated in a very stylish way
Outdoor swimming pool (with protection for small children), ideal for families
The very pleasent and sunny garden has an outdoor area where you can relax and have a drink. The garden has also a barcecue area.
The upper floor has the main suite, with dressing area and a private terrace overlooking the garden were you can relax and have breakfast
On the ground floor you can find another suite with a private terrace. The other two suites have a view of the pool and garden.
The kitchen is equipped with eveything you need for a large family life

Incredible Trip

The villa was fabulous Tiago was an incredible host and went over and above. The housekeeper was exceptional too. . The house is fully equipped with all you need for a memorable stay. Would highly recommend!

Lovely family vacation

My family from the parents to my children truely enjoyed our stay at Tiago’s beautiful house in Cascais, Portugal. The place is very well built and equipped for family’s needs and Tiago is extremely accomodating to make your stay enjoyable. The outdoor pool and the kitchen with wood fire oven and BBQ are the best for outdoor entertainment. The place is spacious with its common areas and each bedroom with en suite is convenient for multiple families. The cleaner was in every morning to clean the place meticulously and a cleaning team is in once a week for a deep cleaning. Overall, such a memorable family vacation at a place like home. Thanks Tiago for your hospitality!

Family Vacation July 2023

The property was beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the outside dining area was fabulous we spent almost every night dining outside. We had 2 small children and the fenced in pool was a great attribute. Our host Tiago was so helpful during the process providing information about directions, the house and the neighborhood. Our house assistant was there every morning to refresh the house and was a delight to be around. There was also a small bodega about a 4 minute walk away that had the basics we needed (fruit, veggies, milk...) and a butcher shop was close too. We never went to a super market. Town was a 10 minute drive away. We had a wonderful family vaction!!

Spacious and beautifully appointed house in fabulous Cascais

The house is immaculately clean and tidy and very tastefully decorated. It has its own swimming pool which is well maintained and secure for young children. One the best equipped properties we have ever found with plenty of space both inside and out for 8 to 10 adults. We had some great evenings and lunchtimes in the outside dining area making full use of the BBQ and wood fired oven. Set in a quiet suburb within a short walk of a well stocked local grocery and one or two very pleasant little bars and cafes. A very cheap and quick Uber ride will find you in the beautiful historic centre of Cascais with its wealth of boutique shops and some fabulous restaurants. Tiago, the owner, was very helpful and showed us some great shops and restaurants most of which we tried and thoroughly enjoyed. He even took time out to drive us around the local area when we arrived for us to get our bearings. Overall we cannot fault this property and would not hesitate to book it again.

Cascais Villa Stay

Very enjoyable and relaxing stay in Tiago’s Cascais villa. Lovely villa with pool and lawn with outside barbecue of which we made use of all. Tiago was a great host as well and would provide info and advice on Cascais.

Wonderful week in beautiful house

We – two families, 10 persons – have had a wonderful week! What a beautiful house and garden. The pool and the lawn were perfect for children who wanted to play after excursions. House and garden were well taken care of from gardeners, pool keeper and a very nice cleaning lady. The house is spacious and very well equipped in every way. The bathrooms feel luxurious with soft towels and clean spaces, as well as the bedrooms. We had dinner outside in the nice patio were we even had grilled prawns. Our host was very helpful and helped us out in many ways. It was easy and cheap to take an Uber to town, but we also enjoyed walking there. On the whole, we strongly recommend this house and host!

Un séjour vraiment très agréable

Maison spatieuse, très bien équipée, décoration soignée et tenue irréprochable. Tiago est un propriétaire attentionné, délicat et très disponible. Situation interessante: quartier assez calme, à mi chemin entre le centre ville et l'autoroute pour rejoindre rapidement Lisbonne. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille.

This is the perfect house in a beautiful city.

This house is beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities that you and your family will need. Mr. Leitao welcomed us personally to his home. We were greeted with an amazing basket of fruit (for our 4 kids) and given all the necessary information to explore Cascais (beaches, supermarkets, restaurants etc). Far exceeded expectations

The host, Tiago, is very helpful in every sense of the word. His property offers a separate grill area (that is cleaned by the help every time you use it). The same area has an extra bathroom for those who use the pool and want to change or shower before returning to their rooms. We ate by the grill, which is roofed and thus protected from inclement weather. The house itself is spacious, well furnished and, again, cleaned every single day while you go to the beach. The maid comes at 10am and leaves at 1pm - rain or shine, seven days a week. The city of Cascais is a 30 min walk away or a 5-10 min drive, depending on traffic. Finally, the Portuguese are adorable people, no matter where you go. Great, great, country! Oh, I should not forget to mention that everthing works: the wifi, the TV, the air-conditioning, and kitchen equipment.
