'Fall in Green' is newly available for 2017. This traditional old Yorkshire stone house is situated just a few minutes walk from Haworth Main Street yet it is set overlooking countryside and the beautiful Worth Valley. It has been designed as a perfect retreat for two and is equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing break away from it all. The house has a double bedroom overlooking a field of sheep to the front of the house and a luxurious newly-fitted bathroom with a traditional bath and a monsoon-style shower. The living room has a wood-burning stove, sofas from John Lewis, TV, NETFLIX and of course, WI-FI. The kitchen is brand new and very well equipped. The outstanding feature of this house is the conservatory with stunning views over the Worth Valley. At certain times of year the Worth Valley steam trains are visible from the conservatory and the garden. The garden itself provides a large outdoor area with decking and garden furniture and a chiminea for outdoor fires in the evening. We have a lockable shed for bikes or fishing rods. Parking is outside the house. Haworth has a lovely old cobbled Main Street with lots of quirky shops, tea rooms and traditional pubs. The moor is within walking distance and offers some of the most spectacular walks in the UK, including the walk to Top Withins, the house which is supposed to be Emily Bronte's inspiration for 'Wuthering Heights'. The name of the house, 'Fall in Green' is taken from the second line of the famous Kate Bush song of the same name. The cottage is a very relaxing place to stay for a few days but for those who like to explore, Skipton, Saltaire and Hebden Bridge are all within easy travelling distance.
A few minutes from Haworth Main Street with exceptional countryside views.

About Catherine Mason
My name is Catherine and I live in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. I spend as much time as I can in Haworth as I love the countryside around the village, especially the moors.I loved Haworth from the first time I saw it so to be able to visit often and wake up to the view of the Worth Valley is a dream come true for me.
Catherine Mason purchased this Cottage in 2016
Why Catherine Mason chose Haworth
This house is very special. It is located within easy walking distance of Haworth Main Street but it has a very quiet, rural feel to it. There are lovely views from every window and we sometimes have highland cattle in the field at the bottom of the garden. The Worth Valley Railway runs through the area and the steam trains are visible from the conservatory at certain times of the year. This really is a calm, relaxing place for a short break.

Lovely long weekend!
Cottage is decorated beautifully & a lot bigger than expexted from the photos... v handy for the main street in howarth even tho involes a walk up a steep hill.
Would definitely recommend!
Thanks so much for your kind review. We love the house and we enjoy sharing it with people who appreciate the beauty all around the Worth Valley. I hope you enjoyed the views and that you’ll return one day. Best wishes, Catherine
Brilliant cottage and Brilliant holiday Thank you
It was very exciting to visit Haworth of Bronte fame, and I cannot imagine a more perfect place to stay than this cottage. It is well-appointed and convenient, a walk from the village short enough to be handy but far enough to give a peaceful country feeling. (The view from the front window is a field with sheep, that from the back the valley stretching down below.) Everything in the house is clean and modern. I loved it and was very happy in my four days here, taking walks on the moors, riding the vintage steam train, visiting the parsonage museum.
Although a car is recommended, I can say you do not need a car. We took the train to Keighley and the bus from Keighley and walked everywhere except for our taxi to the airport. It was great.
I get it now, why Emily was so sad when she had to leave home. I am now homesick for the moors too,
Beautiful, cosy house in a stunning location
Couldn't have loved staying at Fall in Green more! It was cosy, clean, quiet, had everything we needed and the views surrounding the property are out of this world. It is a short (uphill) walk into the centre of Haworth which has some lovely pubs and shops, not to mention the Bronte Parsonage museum. The conservatory view deserves special mention - you can see for miles and is perfect to curl up with a cup of tea and a book. The bath also has an amazing view! The house has everything you could need and was such a lovely spot for a break and recharge. I cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you Catherine, I hope to return one day :-)
lovely property , clean, warm and relaxing. Lots of thoughtful touches to add to your comfort. Beautiful views to rear with good outside facilities to enjoy them. Perfect location for getting to village (although there is a short but steep hill which some may find difficult to climb) fine if you stop and admire the view on your way up. Lots of things to do in the area. Very friendly and helpful owner. We had a delightful holiday here and look forward to visiting again.
Beautiful house with a fabulous garden
Everything you need for a stay in Haworth. Just a short walk to the Main Street. Can park your car just outside and it is very quiet. Beautiful views. Lovely comfy bed. Highly recommend it
