Seafront villa with garden by the sandy beach of Porto Cesareo, in the seaside town Serra degli Angeli (known also as Riva degli Angeli).
This part of coast, known as natural reserve in the count’s swamp (Padula Fede) is characterized by the green areas, the dunes and the natural lakes that enrich the landscape. Villa is within walking distance from a large natural lake, known as Cecita lake, where you can walk under the pine trees.
 
Restaurants, bars and amenities at your fingertips
The area is served by a supermarket, a small bar and by the adjacent tourist complex Punta Grossa, with its restaurant, pizzeria, soccer and tennis fields and bowling alley. You can arrive at Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto and San Pietro in Bevagna in a few minutes’ dive.
 
The boardwalk that leads you to the beach
The Villa has two entrances on the two main streets of the seaside town. One of the two, leads you to the beach, which is 50 meters far, by walking on the boardwalk.
 
Villa has an outdoor equipped space with sofas and tables where you can eat lunch and dinner, and it’s entirely fenced.
 
The villa consists of an open space with living room and open kitchen and then the hallway that leads you to the bed area: three bedrooms (two with king size bed and a twin bedroom) and a bathroom with shower.
 
The Villa is perfect for families with children or for a group of friends, thanks to the proximity to the beach and the outdoor spaces and it can accommodate up to 7 guests.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 63 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
