About this property

Villa (300 square meters) with a pool. 5 min walk to beach

The house is located 300 meters from the beach, in a very quite and secluded neighborhood with only one house in the close vicinity. It is a 3 story house with about 110 square meters per story. On the first floor we have one room and a big living room with a connected kitchen and dining room. Using the staircase we go up to the second story where we have three big rooms with great views of the sea. In the basement we have a 2 car garage, a small gym and an entertainment area with a professional sized billiards table a pingpong table and a playstation 4 pro.

Outside we have a 25 square meter pool a lounge area and a barbecue.

Awesome house with everything you need

We stayed here for a week as a family with three kids and had a great time. The house is great and there are lots of things that can be done in the area. The beach is just down the hill with all kinds of restaurants and shops. Definitely a great vacation!

Amazing house

Amazing house near the beautiful town Tucepi with opportunity for watersport, hiking and good meals in a beautiful landscape. The house was well equipped and spacious with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The service was excellent, so we can highly recommend this property.

Tucepi Villa

The property more than lived up to it's billing. It is so spacious, well equipped, well laid out and made for a fantastic holiday. And the area around the pool was also great, it had everything you could need to spend a lot of time outside. Which we did, practically every day. It is so close to Tucepi it made so easy to go to the beach or to go out for the evening and enjoy a meal, along the promenade. And Malik, the host, was first class. He was available if required and made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to have a relaxing time in Croatia.

Es lief vom Anfang bis zum Ende perfekt. Bei Fragen konnten wir den Anbieter immer fragen und bei Check-In als auch Check-out war er sehr kooperativ. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie online beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. Sowohl ich als auch meine Mitreisenden fanden, dass die Woche perfekt war.

Urlaub in der Villa Ola Mare

Eine wunderschöne moderne Villa die zum verweilen einlädt. Wir haben zwei super Wochen dort verbracht. Das Panorama zur Adria ist wirklich traumhaft. Der Vermieter Malik ist sehr hilfsbereit wenn man seine Hilfe benötigt oder ein paar Infos braucht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

What a great place! The property was even better than we expected. Malik was a great host, so helpful. Tucepi was much bigger than we anticipated with lots of restaurants. I would definitely recommend a holiday here - hopefully we’ll be back!
