Disappointed with check in process

We were very disappointed with the check in process. VRBO should disclosed upfront to those who plan to stay in this resort that hotel personnel would try at every cost to sell you a timeshare. They have selling tactics that are despicable, forcing the client to agree to a 90 minute meeting. If VRBO is unable to prevent this from happening, at least should provide awareness so that the tired travelers can deal with the pressure and time they force upon you to invest with them. The resort is fine otherwise, the suites, however, should be refurbished as the floors are in bad condition. It makes you feel as if the suites used for timeshare are unkept with respect to the rest of the facility.

Fun girls weekend

We have five 11 year old girls who just “graduated” elementary school and we wanted to celebrate them and their friendship and what great kids they are. This was the perfect location for the moms and girls to hang out and play at the pool. It was a very clean property in a great location. We will be back!

Very comfortable

Greatly enjoyed our last stay. This was a rebooking after a previous pleasant stay. Rooms are very spacious and the kitchen, with the downstairs market, proved very beneficial to making breakfasts before heading out. Great place! Only docked one star for the slow elevators that were a bit noisy. However, there were technicians starting to work on them when we were departing so that may have been fixed.

Perfect family apartment every need catered for

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! We’ve stayed in another hotel on the strip before and we definitely prefer this one. The apartment is more than well equipped for everythink you will need. The hotel is clean and quiet and very family friendly. The staff at the Wyndham Hotel are very polite and welcoming and will cater for your every need. If you’re looking for a quiet hotel that is family friendly but close to the strip this is perfect for you. The strip is only a 20 minute walk but they do offer a shuttle bus. Our children like the games room and Pool area, we also hired out a PlayStation 4 for $25 for our room. Perfect family apartment, Will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and Convenient

We were in Vegas for a yearly conference and found this unit to be very convenient to our venue and very comfortable for all of us. The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of room to spread out, beds comfortable, grounds very nice, staff at the Wyndam is wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a very nice touch to hear from the owners personally to see if all was well. Would highly recommend.

Nice rooms and good location..

We were very comfortable in our room and the location was very convenient with the airport and where we wanted to go. The shuttle to the strip worked out great also. No complaints other than the pressure we got to do the time share tour.

Excellent property

Lovely location - off the strip, but not too far. Nice pools, one for kids, one for adults, lots of private areas, hot tubs and areas to relax. Great shelter from wind and noise. The suites are well appointed and clean.

Beautiful resort, exceptional staff!

The resort is great, and has great amenities! The staff is cheerful and very helpful! The location has easy access to the strip with shuttles or a short Lyft ride.

Awesome place to stay

Property owner was very friendly and easy to get a hold of. Place was everything they said it would be plus more! Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family in the future. This place is a MUST STAY if you're going to stay off the strip.

Excellent stay!! Will come back!

Excellent stay. Accommodations were very impressive. Lots of activities for kids and adults. Will definitely stay here again. Close to the strip without all the craziness.

Nice resort bu beware of weekends if you have young kids

We spent a whole week there. On weekdays it was really enjoyable for our 3 young kids. But on the weekend it was a whole different story! Young adults all over the place, drinking and smoking by the pools, getting drunk in the evenings, running wild in the hallways in the middle of the night and waking up our kids several times. We were in Tower 3 and you could smell pot everywhere in the hallways although it was strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms. I would not recommend it for families during weekends!

Great property, doesn't disappoint!

The room was incredibly spacious and well appointed. Very close proximity to the strip and various shops and restaurants. The property grounds were beautifully maintained and we especially enjoyed the pool/spa. Two thumbs up!
