This lovely detached lodge is situated close to the village of Allithwaite just two miles from Cartmel in the Lake District. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom together with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Decked area with hot tub and furniture. Off road parking for 1 car. There is a commercial EV charger available on-site approx 50 yrds from the lodge. Note: Although all ground floor, the lodge is accessed via 5 steps to entrance and 1 step out from patio doors. Note: Property unsuitable for children, including infants. Please Note: For a Sunday Check-in, the hot tub cannot be made ready for use until the Monday. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Shepherd is a lovely lodge to use as a base for exploring this beautiful part of the country. Note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of 250 GBP.
