CERVINIA Apartamento completo opcional en las pistas de esquí

Ubicado en el segundo piso de la residencia Giomein (y yo, el apartamento C23), el piso de 97 metros cuadrados es extremadamente cómodo y está directamente en las pistas de esquí, a solo 7 minutos a pie.

EL APARTAMENTO:
• El piso está compuesto por:
3 habitaciones: 2 gemelas, 1 litera (litera), 1 individual;
una gran sala de estar con dos sofás grandes y una chimenea;
una cocina funcional y bien equipada;
2 baños con ducha y bañera;
2 balcones.
• Para su comodidad, se proporcionan una lavadora, un lavaplatos y secadores de pelo..
• Una sala de esquí privada y estacionamiento están incluidos en el precio del alquiler. Previa solicitud, se puede proporcionar un garaje privado.
• Se puede proporcionar una cancha de bebés a pedido.
Los huéspedes tienen acceso ilimitado a todo el apartamento, a la sala de esquí privada y al jardín del condominio.

INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL:
• Durante toda la duración de su estadía, estaremos disponibles para cualquier necesidad. En el caso de nuestra ausencia, una persona dedicada se ocupará de usted.

INFORMACIÓN SOBRE ESQUÍ y SENDERISMO
• Durante la temporada de invierno, se puede llegar al ascensor Cretaz directamente desde su casa. Desde allí, se ingresa al Matterhorn Ski Paradise, que está conectado con Valtournenche y Zermatt Matterhorn Ski Areas.
Durante el verano, las rutas de ciclismo, senderismo y escalada comienzan directamente detrás del complejo Giomein.

Great apartment, great locaton, great host!

The apartment was perfect for our group in terms of size and comfort. The location was fab just a 10 min walk or 2 min drive to main lifts and Cristina was amazing, she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and happy, thanks Crisina!

Lads ski trip

A dated but clean and tidy property (with great showers) which was all we needed. The "ski-in ski-out" is not totally straightforward but do-able if you are an OK skier. Also a walk uphill back from town but you know that when you book it so not something to moan about. The owner was very helpful and nice and great communicator.

Great base for a ski trip

Very charming flat (with excellent water pressure so great showers). It was a perfect size for 5 of us. But by far the best part was Cristina who was an incredibly helpful host, giving us updates on lift opening times and tips on places to go. Also, the ski-in and skit out from the door was very nice.

Very comfortable!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Lovely hot water after a day out in the cold, well equipped kitchen, space to sit and relax by the fire. Close to the bottom of the Piste 3 The host Cristina is extremely helpful and welcoming

Wonderful family snow skiing holiday in Cervinia

Thank you Cristina for your hospitality! The apartment is very convenient, ski-in and ski-out, walking distance to town, kitchen very well equipped. Cristina is a great host, perfect communication, always willing to help. Would stay on her property again!

Amazing location and wonderful host

The apartment had everything that you needed, was very comfortable and was the perfect size for our family. More importantly you could ski in and out to this absolutely fabulous resort. What made our stay truly memorable was Cristina and how warmly she treated us. Cristina went above and beyond - picking us up, dropping us down to the market and even dropping in a ski jacket to replace my daughters ripped one. We honestly felt like family and can't thank for her enough.

Wonderful host

Crisitina is the most welcoming hospital host I have ever visited. She helped us with everything we needed. Welcoming us when we arrived , showing us around the town, buying things which were needed in the apartment (e.g., peeler :-)), and above all, literally helping us get out of town after having 2 meters of snow poured on us during the vacation. The apartment is nice and comfortable and I would recommend it. The only disadvantage of the place is its distance from the lifts. Getting from the locker room to the lifts is a challenge which in some cases requires a car (pending on which lifts are open) and definitely not ski in and ski out. Crisitina more than compensated with her hospitality for this disadvantage. Jonathan

Fantastic Host at a Great Apartment

I would recommend this apartment and Cristina :) You can ski out from the apartment, over a bit of snow and then across to the Cretaz lift without too much difficulty. Skiing home is similar. If you need to get to Plan Maison, you can do it by skiing down after taking the Cretaz and Pancheron lifts (we normally did this for lessons), or you can take a short walk across the car park to get there. The apartment is a short walk (~12 min) down hill to town. The apartment is well kitted, a homely environment that showed signs of loving use. It has board games, books and all the basics you need. The kitchen doesn't have an oven but has more than enough to do everything else. It has a fireplace she encouraged us to use (although we didn't as it was plenty warm). The apartment did have wifi (from a router that may have been next door) - the signal was a little weak on the far side of the apartment, but we easily worked around this. The balconies provided a beautiful view with a lot of sunlight, and the space in the apartment was great. The main thing that made staying here great for all of our group was the host Cristina. Communication was excellent and always friendly, before, during and after our trip. She did not hesitate to go above and beyond to help us and was definitely the best host I've ever stayed with. She welcomed us on arrival, and saw us off when we left. We did not have a car and she offered to pick things up from the shops for us. When winds closed some of the lifts one morning in Cervinia, she drove us to Valtournenche and helped us organised a taxi for the way home (only because she was understandably at the vet for her dog!). She had infinite patience for one of our group who had forgotten his backpack and needed to be driven back to the apartment, and then later had dropped his mobile and again needed to be driven back. Cristina knows the area, the people, the weather - and on a ski trip like this, was an invaluable asset to help our holiday be a success. Thanks for a wonderful holiday! Louis

Genoten van een heerlijke vakantie

Het appartement is gedateerd maar alles is netjes en schoon. Vanaf het appartement ski je vrij gemakkelijk de piste op naar de lift in het centrum. Cristina is een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw met fijne communicatie ook tijdens het verblijf.

Great base to explore Cervinia

A compact and bijou apartment (we had 7 teens/adults) that is well equipped and run by the kind and helpful Cristina. Should have been ski in / ski out but we didn't have the snow for that. Comfortable and perfect for a fun family ski week.

Comfortable Apartment with a fireplace

We stayed with 6 friends for our annual wintersports in Cervinia. Cristina was very helpful in organizing our trip with tips on a taxi from the airport, restaurants, supermarkets and the opening of the lifts. We were incredibly lucky with the conditions, snow had just fallen and we had 3 days of sunny conditions. The food in Italy is of course well taken care off. We enjoyed spending time in the appartment with a wine around the fireplace.

Ski-in and Ski-out great property and host

We stayed for four days in January. The host was great and met us when we arrived and gave us a tour. Property is ski-in and ski-out via a slope off the main red down into Cretaz area. Day starts with a ski to Cretaz and access to rest of Cervinia and Zermatt is easily possible. Apartment has lots of space in living room, full kitchen. All supplies provided and host provided a welcome gift :) Two balconies south facing get sun all day if you want to take a rest day. Ski locker is downstairs and easy access to start of the slope. The walk to main village is around 10-15 mins but can be quite exhausting walking back uphill. Overall an excellent trip and Cristina was an excellent host. Thank you for having us.

Great Apartment

Cristina is a great host - she had excellent communication before and during our stay and could not have been more helpful, some lovely touches in the apartment which was very homely. We were 2 families totalling 6 people in her apartment and fitted in well. It is very well equipped, comfortable and warm, 10-15 minute walk to the centre of town or 2 mins drive, and we did manage to ski in and out most days. Enjoyed our stay, love Cervinia and its ski slopes. Recommend an apres-ski drink at "The Bar" off to the left of piste number 3 on the way back to the apartment. There is free parking right outside the apartment and a large secure ski cage on the ground floor of the block to keep all your stuff safe. Thank you Cristina.

A lovely apartment, right next to the slopes, and a charming host

We are two families with teenage children and stayed in Cristina's apartment for a week in February 2018 to go skiing. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Lots of lovely touches to make us feel welcome. Cristina is a great host and always available if we had any questions. The location is very good - you can ski from the door down to the main ski lifts and ski home. It is also easy to walk into town for shops and restaurants.
