Seaview & Sunset Holiday apartment on the IJsselmeer in Friesland, Stavoren. Here you can sleep well on the IJsselmeer from your own comfortable 2 bedroom apartment suitable for 2 to 4 people. We rent two apartments in total (our other apartment is 8240996, see this for more reviews) and these are located next to each other in a real Fries Dijkhuisje with BEAUTIFUL WIDE VIEW over the IJsselmeer. From your living room, bedroom and or roof terrace you can enjoy a panorama of passing classic ships and in the evening a beautiful sunset. These cozy apartments are situated in a very unique and quiet location on the dike in the historic part of Stavoren, a picturesque 'Elfsteden-town' in the province of Friesland. The nearest IJsselmeer sandy beach, where you can bathe, is a 2-minute walk away.

The apartments are as good as identical; In size (35 m2) and style on the first floor with the same fantastic view! Both apartments of Sleeping on the IJsselmeer are fully self-contained; With private entrance, private bathroom (shower, toilet and washbasin) and own simple kitchen. This means you have complete privacy. The living room has a dining and seating area, a large double bed and a cozy roof terrace overlooking the lake. There is also a separate room with 2 single beds with views over the canal in the front. Each apartment has free WIFI and digital TV (70+ channels) and parking in front of the door is free.

Both the train station, ferry and the supermarket (The COOP) are within walking distance of the apartment. Are you planning to bring bicycles? These can be parked sheltered and covered next to the apartment.

Schöne Wohnung in traumhafter Lage

Wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub am Ijsselmeer. Der Blick vom Esstisch oder vom Balkon auf das Wasser und grasende Schafe ist äußerst entschleunigend. Stavoren ist ein ruhiger Ort, von dem aus man schöne Ausflüge ins friesische Umland machen kann, ideal für Radfahrer.

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub

Heerlijk verblijf op mooie locatie!

Een fijne vakantiewoning; gezellig, schoon, ruim, een goed bed, alles wat je nodig hebt en een heerlijk dakterras met uitzicht op IJsselmeer. De heel vriendelijke gastvrouw gaf leuke tips m.b.t. omgeving. Wij komen graag nog eens terug.

Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, auch mit "Verbrauchsmaterialien (Spülmittel, etc...), Handtüchern etc...", man braucht wirklich nichts mitzubringen. Nur die Treppe zum 1.OG ist sehr steil und eng. Dies sollte in der FeWo-Beschreibung deutlich gemacht werden.

Bei der Lage und Aussicht dieser schnuckeligen kleinen Wohnung tritt alles Andere in den Hintergrund! Eine supernette Vermieterin, ein sehr herzlicher Empfang und Abschied. Zu viert wird es etwas eng, mit kleinen Kindern wird es gehen. Ein sehr kleines Bad, es hat aber alles was man braucht! Und dann dieser Balkon ....eine Aussicht zum Niederknien! Wenn wir nochmal zum Ijsselmeer fahren dann nur in diese Wohnung! Ein Gruß aus dem Rheinland...

Abschalten vom Alltagsstress

So eine bis ins Detail, liebevoll eingerichtet und saubere Ferienwohnung, hatten wir noch nicht. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir konnten uns gut erholen und haben tolle Fotos von den Sonnenuntergängen vom Zimmer aus gemacht. Vielen Dank, auch für die wertvollen Tipps zum Segeln in Friesland !

Gemütlich-freundlich-erholsam mit Wind und Meer

Ein Nest am Deich mit fingerspitzengefühlvoller Einrichtung in stimmigen Farben - toll!

Licht durchflutete Räume, gut geschnitten und lauschig. Immer Blick auf das Wasser mit weitem Horizont. Acht Schafe trotteln 5x täglich über den Deich und dösen am Gartenzaun. Schnuckeliger Balkon. Die ganze Wohnung war blitzeblank sauber bis in die Ecken. Alles gut organisiert. Es fehlte uns an nichts.
