Apartments at seaside, just few meters, at quite location

Apartments Villa Carmen are located in Vinisce small touristic and fisherman place near Trogir or Split in
Central Dalmatia the region inside Croatia.
Our house is placed at quite location where just weekend houses are constructed at local dead end road
where traffic is very low.
Apartments Carmen has 5 fully furnished apartments for rent each of them consist of two rooms, one
with double-bed and one with two single bed's inside, bathroom (with shower), kitchen with all necessary
appliances included (fridge, microwave, gas stove, plates, cutlery, glasses, coffee machine..)
living room with sleeping couch (as well as with table and chairs, SAT TV).
Apartments have terrace or balcony, not shared with others, with garden furniture.
The total space of the apartments is 43 m2 each.
Every apartment has his own parking place for one car and there is possibility to put the boat in sea
in front of our house as we have buoy mooring for 3 boats.
In the garden we have grill/barbecue for the guests where you can spend time and prepare meals
while complete property is enclosed and no foreign visitors are allowed except our guests.
Closest to the beach and sea side is not possible to be as Apartments Carmen are just 5 meters
from the sea where you can lay on the sun or swim undisturbed from the crowd.
To enter in the apartment it is necessary to climb few stairs, no elevator is available, thus
Apartments Carmen are not suitable for disabled persons.
For more active holidays you can rent motor boat once when you come in our house or you can
have a kayak (free of charge) to explore nearby shores and beaches.
We have as well free WiFi.
During summer time your hosts will be there at your service for any question or possible help.

Despite fact that we are at very quite location not more than 500 meters you can find local shops, bar
and restaurants and leave car for the whole your vacation in the garage.
Trogir is 25 km from us while air-port is 30 km. Split is not distant as well just 50 km
where both places you can visit by car or public transport.

The house has a big garden with grill/barbecue possibility. We are very close to the center of the
place just few hundred meters where you can find restaurants, shops, bars, post office...
The house is at seaside and you have to pass just small road to enter in the calm and warm waters.
Split is 50 km from us but Trogir is much closer - 20km.
