This brand new (2017) luxury maisonette house (Melissa) of 65sqm is a part of the complex Ecovillas in Adele Rethymnon and has a private parking area infront of the house. It has 1 bedroom - with 1 king sized bed - a big sofa and an armchair in the living area (they can be transformed in 2 single beds) , big kitchen and 1 bathroom. The ground floor bathroom has a crystal cabin with rain and waterfalls headshower and a washing machine (in separate area under the indoor staircases who leads to roof terrace).. There is a big ground floor veranda of 25sqm infront of the living area with outdoor dining table and with fantastic pool view. On the other side, in master bedroom area, there is a 15sqm ground floor veranda with private garden. On 1st floor there is a private roof terrace of 55sqm with 2 outdoor sofas and lounge chairs for relax and of course magnificent view .The complex is in a plot of 2000 sq m with a 50sqm shared swimming pool and 1500 of common areas with BBQ and Gardens. Each one of the 5 luxurious residences has fully equipped kitchen with big oven, microwave oven, 4 ceramic hobs for cooking, hood extractor, a family size 2 door refrigerator, a big dishwasher, a nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, sandwich toaster,α water boiler, dishes, glasses, cups, breakfast bowls, cutlery, utensils and pots for cooking.
Linen, washing machine, a steam iron and a portable ironing board are also provided. Safe for 15" laptot is available in the house.
In all the areas of EcoVillas there is free WiFi.
There is a Smart Led Sat Tv with wifi internet connection in the living area and in each bedroom (32’ inches). All of our villas have a dining area, a living area, big private verandas with pergola, sea/pool/mountain and olive grove view. In the luxurious bathroom there is a hairdryer and body care natural products and all the areas are provided with electrical switches for the shutters, mosquito nets, double curtains and downlights. Bedroom and the living area are furnished with separated inverter air conditioning unit.
This maisonette house is protected by an autonomous alarm system and a smoke detector with fire alarm.
The 50 m2 share swimming pool of “EcoVillas” has an innovating ecological system of processing and cleaning the water. In the pool area there is a shower corner and the guests can use the sun beds and umbrellas provided (free of charge). In 1500 sqm of common areas there is a BBQ place with tables and chairs, olive trees, and gardens. There is also a free parking space for all of our guests.
The distance from the Cretan sea with its marvelous beaches and sea side is only 2km and you can easily reach it by car, within 3 minutes, or by having a relaxing 20 minute walk between the olive trees (there is a sidewalk that leads to the sea area) or by bicycle in less than 8 minutes. The village of Adele, it’s connected to the Medieval picturesque city of Rethymno, with local buses (300m) within 15 minutes.
The village of Adele is ideal for relax in a traditional Cretan area surrounding by old olive groves very close to the sea and far away from the crowd at the same time. Near to ancient Eleftherna’s museum and Arkadi monastery and only 2km away from modern way of life! In 300m. range from EcoVillas you can find a super market, a mini market, a tobacco kiosk, 2 gas stations, a big store with various home products, a grill house and a tavern.
