Self-contained loft in Villa in Capo d'Arco, two minutes' walk from sea

In Capo d'Arco, an exclusive private area overlooking the sea in a beautiful natural oasis surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, we rent a particular villa from the 1960s. The villa, which consists of three self-contained units, can be rented separately, is surrounded by a 4000 m2 park and enjoys a wonderful sea view, on the Punta Ala front and the islands of the Tuscan archipelago. The unit we offer is a loft, with an open space of 80 m2 and a large outdoor area equipped for lunches, dinners and relaxing moments in the sun. Ideal for families with children and for a quiet holiday, the villa is just meters from the sea and is close to freshwater pools and restaurant, bar, mini market and tennis courts. The 24-hour guard service also guarantees total safety, absence of cars on waterways and a limited number of people even in August. The black cliffs, the beautiful infinity pool with rock bottom, the trails and the walks immersed in the scents of Mediterranean scrub up to the small beach make this place charming and unforgettable!
On the lower floor of the villa, there is an open space of 80 sqm with large internal spaces and two large windows overlooking the patio, creating a pleasant continuity effect between inside and outside. Inside, the living room consists of a sofa / living area, a large dining table and a large kitchenette with a peninsula table and dishwasher. Separated by particular furnishing solutions, the sleeping area is composed of a bunk bed enclosed in a blue canopy canopy and a double bed with TV area, concealed behind a wooden screen. Two bathrooms are complete, one with shower and the other with bathtub. The decor of the whole house is very particular and, as in the other two units, it was entirely conceived and designed by the famous Milanese designers. Outside, a sun-sheltered table with a large umbrella and sun loungers.

Capo d'Arco is an exclusive private enclave of 40 hectares completely enclosed, 12 km from Porto Ferraio and 3 km from Porto Azzurro. The area is surrounded by a wonderful pine forest and overlooks the sea. Two beautiful pools (open by infinity with sea water, one for the smaller ones and one bigger, with its partially rocky backdrop resting on the sea floor, and creating suggestive light games) have been obtained from the cliffs. On the pitches facing the pools and located on the cliff, and on the small beach called "the crocodile", you can rent sun loungers, sun loungers and umbrellas. Inside the area are also two freshwater pools, one for children and one for adults. The hotel also offers two bars, a pizzeria restaurant for the evening and lunch service for lunch, a small souvenir shop, ping-pong fields, two tennis courts and a beach volleyball court. WiFi Internet access is available in the dining areas and the sweet pools.
At the entrance of the area, you will be announced to the guard where you will be registered and provided with a sticker to apply to the car. From here you can continue to the villa, with private parking space. During your stay, if we could not be present, you will be welcomed by a young local couple who enjoys our utmost confidence, who has always known the home and will be the benchmark for any need.
