Farmhouse in a small exclusive hamlet of 3 families with 12 inhabitants, just 20 minutes from Perugia in Umbria (Assisi-Todi-Spoleto-Orvieto-Gubbio) and from Tuscany (Siena-Vald'Orcia- Cortona - Montepulciano- Pienza-Arezzo)
 with swimming pool and small typical restaurant it overlooks the square of the small village of the 16th century, inhabited by 12 people. Pool

Tuscan peasant style apartment, with exposed wooden beams, terracotta flooring, kitchenette, furnished with nineteenth century Tuscan poor art furniture, bathroom with shower, heating, balcony with lake and countryside view.

We have a swimming pool at your disposal - Trekking in the 200 hectares of woods, mountain biking, bicycle rental, bird watching, absolute silence, naturalistic photos, and is an ideal base for visiting Tuscany, Umbria,

Last minute si prende quel che c'è

Di buono è che ho trovato posto prenotando il 7 Agosto, per l'8 Agosto in zona Lago Trasimeno, quindi ottima zona. Da segnalare che l'appartamento Verde offerto è molto rustico, pulizia a desiderare, poco fornito di tutto e soprattutto caldissimo d'estate (30° in stanza) nonostante un raffrescatore ad acqua . Finestre aperte non si può per le zanzare (zanzariere mancanti).Ma la zona valeva la pena.
