Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist in einer guten und ruhigen Wohngegend. Sie ist schön eingericht und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Great Location for Visiting Santander!

The apartment was just as advertised. Perfect location in a very nice part of town. Belen was responsive and attended to all our needs!

Séjour de 3 nuits à Santander inoubliable. Belén est très accueillante et chaleureuse. Appartement splendide, spacieux, confortable et d'une propreté incroyable. Proche de toutes les commodités. A conseiller vivement. De notre côté c'est déjà fait 😀. Merci encore Belén.

Schöne Wohnung, in der nahe von Altstadt und die Hauptstrand, sauber und ausgestatet mit alle notwendige Sachen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Piso amplio muy bien equipado, tranquilo y luminoso en zona inmejorable

El alojamiento es excelente. La ubicación es muy buena, está en una zona tranquila cerca de comercios y que te permite ir andando tanto al centro como a las playas de El Sardinero. Nos hay problemas para aparcar en la urbanización. La casa está muy bien equipada, es muy cómoda y silenciosa. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy luminosas. La terraza cubierta tiene una vista estupenda al mar. Belén, la propietaria es encantadora y muy atenta.

Comodidad y tranquilidad en el centro de Santander.

Hemos viajado a Santander con dos amigos y hemos disfrutado de una estancia muy cómoda y tranquila en el piso de Belén. Es tal cual muestran las fotos: muy amplio, luminoso y alegre, cómodo, tranquilo y limpio, con dos ambientes (salón y terraza cerrada) en los que disfrutar y descansar. Las camas son cómodas. Para los que viajen con su coche, hay aparcamiento porque el piso está en una urbanización privada y no hay problema. La zona está muy bien, se va andando al centro y al Sardinero, pero también hay parada de autobús en la puerta, para los menos andarines. Belén, como anfitriona, ha sido muy amable, simpática y cercana, dispuesta a resolver dudas en cualquier momento. Sin duda, repetiremos en su casa si volvemos por Santander.

No te arrepentirás

Piso espectacular y con todo tipo de comodidades. Lo que más impresiona es la amplitud, lo equipado y limpio que está. La zona es muy tranquila y cercana a la playa, pero sin duda lo que más nos sorprendió fueron las facilidades que nos permitió la casera tanto para entrar como para dejar el piso y toda la información que nos facilitó al llegar.

El piso es tal y como aparece en las fotos, situado en la mejor zona de Santander y muy cómodo, con parking y vistas al mar. La dueña es un encanto y estuvo muy atenta a nuestras necesidades. Lo recomiendo 100%!

Fantastic!

From the moment we arrived and Belen greeted us in the parking lot, we knew we had made a good decision. She was extremely helpful and friendly, spending time showing us on the map places she recommend we go. The apartment is amazing! Clean and spacious, ample room for 6 people. We had everything we needed, an amazing view, and a comfortable place to relax after exploring all day. The apartment is within walking distance of downtown Santander. I highly recommend this place if you are staying in Sandtander.

The perfect 4-bedroom apartment in Santander, Cantabria, Spain....

We spent a week in Belén´s large apartment on Perez Galdos and it was absolutely perfect for us. The Sardinero beach was a 15-minute walk, Gallofa´s wonderful bakery was a mere 4-minute walk, and we even had views of the water! Belén was wonderful. She met us at the apartment, explained how everything worked, and showed us the beaches and shopping within walking distance of her place. We did have a rental car because we flew into Bilbao, but you don't really need one. The apartment is on two or three bus routes, so getting into town or down to the beach is easy. A taxi stand is five minutes away. The apartment has literally everything you would need in the kitchen, and we especially enjoyed the glassed in porch with its water views. Wi-fi worked perfectly. We will definitely keep this apartment in mind for our next trip...! Jeff from Colorado

Great family apartment

We booked this flat for a family holiday, for 7 of us. In the event we were only five and we were extremely comfortable. This is a nice apartment, on the first floor of a flat, located around 10 minutes walk from the seafront. It is ideal for a family because of its facilities: there are 3 bathrooms/showers, a good size, well equipped kitchen, and a nice balcony. There is a good sea view from the balcony but also a view of the block of flats in front. The kitchen is not big enough to seat 7 people, but there is a dining table in the sitting room too. The sitting room is comfortable, so are the bedrooms which all have decent storage. The walk to the flat from the sea front is uphill/downhill which was ok for us but is worth knowing. Our host, Belin, was hospitable, friendly and helpful: she offered us a beach bag and beach towels, and left us a nice bottle of wine and chocolates as a welcome. We walked from the apartment to the fabulous beaches, to restaurants and to shops - we are all quite fit and like a walk. On two occasions ome of us took a taxi which proved to be very cheap (4.50 euro). The flat is extremely quiet, and the interior of the building is well looked after: it is cleaned every working day. A beautfiful spacious apartment in a lovely city

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this lovely and well-equipped apartment which got off to a great start when Belen met us on arrival with lots of local information and suggestions, apart from the welcoming bottle of wine and box of chocolates! We had most enjoyable excursions, for example to Bilbao and to the Altamira Museum, and spent some time on one of the fine, unspoilt beaches. The only drawback was that the closest restaurant opened for dinner only at 20.30 hours (in Spanish fashion) and others were only accessible via steep hills! We solved the problem by buying tasty prepared meals in Carrefour and heating them up in the apartment. Altogether a great experience which we fully intend to replicate in future. To finish, we would like to repeat muchas gracias to Belen for making us feel so at home.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location

The apartment is excellent and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Belen is a perfect host and gave us lots of hints and tips of where to go. The apartment gives easy access to the beaches and the city centre, which is approximately a 15 minute walk away. It is lovely and clean and well equipped. There are a few local shops which provide essentials and the supermarket is only a short walk away. Santander is a nice city to visit with a great selection of restaurants, museums, and other historical sites, as well as wonderful beaches. It isn’t essential to have a car, and we walked easily to all amenities, but the apartment is quite high up so a pleasant stroll out but there is an up hill walk back! However, there is a bus service which stops outside the apartments. If you are looking for a centrally located place to stay, then I recommend this apartment , the views out to sea are lovely.

Estupendo

El apartamento esta estupendo todo como se ve en las fotos, muy grande , muy limpio y el sitio perfecto céntrico al lado de la playa. La verdad que la propietaria es super amable y pendiente de nosotros , os recomienda lugares y zonas que visitar. El piso no le falta de nada..... os lo recomiendo a 100% , nosotros repetiremos.

Estuvimos alojados en el apartamento de Belén durante la Semana Santa y estuvo todo perfecto. El piso es super amplio y luminoso con vistas al mar. En cuanto a la limpieza, la verdad que estaba impecable. Está ubicado en una zona residencial muy tranquila y además, Belén nos dejó unas recomendaciones de restaurantes que nos vinieron super bien para ir a tiro fijo. En resumen, muy recomendable :)

Como en casa!

Hemos estado unos día en la casa de Belén. Desde que entramos supimos que estaríamos muy a gusto porque esa primera sensación de estar en un lugar acogedor que haces tuyo. El piso es espacioso, luminoso, cuidado y limpio. Está perfectamente ubicado tanto para ir al centro como al Sardinero. Y Belén es encantadora, adaptándose a nuestros horarios y preocupada por nuestra comodidad. Sitio absolutamente recomendable.

Un séjour parfait.

Nous avons passé 3 nuit à Santander chez Mme Belen Gutiérrez.Elle nous a reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse (une bouteille de vin et des chocolats en guise de bienvenue).L’appartement était spacieux, très bien décoré et meublé avec gout. Le quartier est calme pas très loin du centre, nous avons pu garer notre véhicule sans difficulté sur le parking commun. U n séjour très agréable chez des propriétaires très sympathiques. Estancia muy recomendable

Lo mejor la propietaria, persona excelente y interesada siempre por ofrecerte su ayuda y consejo. La propiedad es un 1º situado en la parte "noble" de Santander. Cerca de los lugares más importantes y atractivos de la ciudad. Si usas el coche es ideal pero también hay autobuses que llegan a la misma entrada del recinto, actualmente está en obras por lo que el aparcamiento es un pelín dificultoso, pero seguro que se soluciona en pocas semanas. El piso es amplio y cómodo con 4 habitaciones, 2 de ellas dobles, la cocina amplia con espacio para desayunar en ella y un comedor - sala de estar generoso y una galería cubierta desde la que puedes ver el mar. Resumiendo, muy recomendable desde todos los puntos de vista, incluyendo al conserje, amable y dispuesto a pesar de que sabe que no somos propietarios.

Excepcional

Un piso muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila; muy espacioso, cómodo y bien equipado. Recién reformado, y se nota. Muy buen trato por parte de la propiedad. Especialmente recomendado para familias grandes o grupos numerosos que quieran disfrutar de todo Santander. Todo queda a un paseo (Magdalena, playa de los Peligros, Museo Marítimo, puerto...) y como hay aparcamiento privado, tampoco es un problema sacar el coche (sabes que regresas y aparcas en nada al lado del portal).
