Ubicada en la cima del mar de Creta, la nueva Villa Contessa aprovecha su ubicación y ofrece vistas panorámicas de la playa, la bahía y el pueblo de Panormo. La villa tiene un plano abierto que ayuda a conectar los espacios de vida principales con el exterior, a través de una gran plataforma de observación con piscina. Además, todas nuestras habitaciones con baño tienen acceso a una terraza o balcones para que todas las habitaciones tengan acceso sin restricciones a la vista impresionante. A solo un tiro de piedra de la playa de arena, la villa ofrece una experiencia de vacaciones de primera calidad y servicios para nuestros huéspedes. Disfrute de la tranquilidad, el confort y el lujo en esta villa exquisita y única.

Amueblada en una combinación de toques elegantes y lujosos, la villa ofrece un diseño perfecto para maximizar el espacio y las vistas. Con un acceso rápido a la playa de Panormo, tiene capacidad para 8 personas en camas.

- Diseño interior -
Al ingresar a la villa en la planta baja, hay una amplia área de planta abierta que consta de un área de sala de estar con sofá, televisión satelital HD de 50 ", Playstation 4, área de comedor y una cocina auténtica totalmente equipada con accesorios y electrodomésticos de la mejor calidad. Desde la sala de estar, tiene acceso directo a una terraza que ofrece excepcionales vistas panorámicas del mar de Creta y de la playa cercana. También hay un aseo situado en la misma planta.
La planta baja alberga un dormitorio con una cama king y baño con ducha. La cama se puede transformar en 2 camas individuales si es necesario.

Al llegar al primer piso a través de una escalera o un elevador, hay 2 dormitorios con una cama king, sala de estar y baño privado. Uno de los cuartos de baño tiene ducha y el otro tiene ducha y jacuzzi.

Al llegar al segundo piso (loft) a través de la escalera o el ascensor, hay un dormitorio con 2 camas individuales que también se puede transformar en una cama doble si es necesario. Todas las habitaciones ofrecen vistas al mar desde cualquier ángulo, televisión de alta definición, minibar, aire acondicionado, armario y acceso a balcones o al aire libre. Además, todas las plantas están conectadas por un elevador que ofrece una perfecta distribución de las vacaciones para maximizar el confort..

Eine tipptop Villa mit 4 separaten apartements, vor allem der Master Bedroom sehr beeindruckend! Perfekte Lage, nur einblase Schritte zum Strand und ein unglaublicher Ausblick von jeder Ecke des Hauses. Viele Tavernen und Bars, Supermärkte, auch die Tauchbasis nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Unser Mietauto haben wir eigentlich nicht gebraucht. Rethymno ist nur 15 Minuten mit dem Taxi entfernt. Der Ort Panormos ist mehr als sehenswert.Die Hausbesitzer und die Agentur stehen rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung und sind superfreundlich.

The Villa was even nicer than the pictures. Very clean, everything Modern, great view of the ocean. Pool was good size and clean. Excellent location. Very short walk to the beach and stores and restaurants. Christina was very attentive to our needs. If we needed her, she was there within 15 minutes. Highly recommend staying here if it is available. Would definitely come back. 5 + stars

The villa was wonderful and everything that it promised to be. Christina was very welcoming and kept the villa clean and tidy throughout our stay. April was an ideal time to stay as the village cafes and restaurants were all open, it was warm and sunny but not busy. Highly recommended for families or groups for a wonderful stay in Crete.

Amazing property in Crete

What a wonderful stay we had in Crete. The villa location was perfect with easy access to the beach, restaurants and local shops. Christina was very welcoming and gave us a personal tour of the property. The concierge who helps with the property was absolutely 5-Star as well! They assisted and arranged everything we wanted to do, from fishing, private boat charter, rental car, restaurants and the best of the local flair. The villa was very spacious and perfectly described. The amenities, swimming pool, and balconies were a great bonus as well. Some of the best sunsets I have ever seen. We very much enjoyed our time at the Villa Contessa Del Mare and we look forward to coming back again. Definitely will recommend to family and friends. 5-Star all the way!!!!!

Amazing property in gorgeous town

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Contessa Del Mare. The property is breathtakingly beautiful, pristine and close to everything. Mrs. Christina was a wonderful, welcoming host. The property also has a concierge service, which we used for recommendations for local tavernas and beaches. This was our first time in Greece, and we are so glad we chose this property for all of its amenities, its hosts and the location. Would highly recommend, and would love to return!

Traumhafte Villa

Hier passt einfach alles. Die Lage ist einfach top, direkt neben der Villa sind 2 Sandstrände, der nächste Supermarkt ist 50m entfernt. In der Nähe des Supermarkts gibt es ein paar Tavernen, eine Bar, es fehlt nichts. Zu guter letzt sei noch die Betreuung durch die Agentur und durch die Eigentümerin Christina hervorzuheben!! Es war eingeschlafen toll!!!

Wonderful Villa

6 adults and 2 children stayed at the Contessa for a week. The villa was spacious, clean, well decorated, and outfitted; the views are spectacular. The elevator for our senior citizen was a big help. Mrs. Christina was warm, welcoming, and helpful. She found a lot of children's pool toys and furniture for us. Etouri staff were always available to assist us by answering questions about the villa and even arranged a wonderful yachting experience for us. It is so convenient to be able to direct dial them on the dedicated line. We didn't realize that we were going to be located in the village of Panormo and it was so convenient to have shops, markets, and restaurants just a couple of blocks away. The supermarket is very well stocked. It's difficult to suggest anything to improve the property, but it would be helpful to have some appliance manuals for Americans who aren't familiar with European controls. Street parking can be a bit tricky when you have multiple vehicles because there aren't dedicated spots for the villa. But there is a dirt lot in front of the villa that can be used. The Contessa is a wonderful property and I highly recommend it.

Perfect Stay

A group of 6 friends stayed at Villa Contessa for a week. We were sorry that our stay was so short. It’s position overlooking the sea was fabulous. Good location for restaurants, bars and easy access to the two local Beaches. Spacious bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Home from home. We loved having our lunch or evening drinks on the patio before heading out to dinner - just a perfect setting.

Fabulous all the way around!

From the initial contact with Kostas and the team of holiday advisors at Etouri who booked our taxis for arrival and departure to booking a catamaran that left from Panormos to contacting the owner who bought some groceries for our arrival the whole process was seamless. The management team was excellent. We arrived at the villa through Cretan Taxi Service, also excellent. Christina met us at the house at 10:30 at night. It was spotless top to bottom and had everything we needed including a fancy elevator to get suitcases up to the second and third floor. The groceries were all there so we could relax. The 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms were all large with views. The bottom floor bedroom is a bit smaller but has sliding glass doors right out onto the pool deck. No complaints from anyone! When we woke to the view it was spectacular. It’s true the beach is right down below and it has a taverna so drinks and food are available. Beach chairs are to rent. The town is a block or so away where you will find a grocery store open late at night in June, several- outdoor restaurants with a view of the harbor, and a few tourist shops for browsing. It is small but we found plenty to do - and we also took day trips and we were always happy to come back to the clean pool overlooking the ocean. Everything was high quality and the beds were very comfortable. Will I stay anywhere else next time.? Nope. We all loved it. You can walk to everything in this small town. We also bought an excellent cake from the bakery! I have rented houses all over and this was certainly one of the very best. Tell Christina Hello from Sara!

26-05-2019 We, 6 adults from the Netherlands stayed in this villa from 15-27 may and we loved it. The owner, Christina is warm, helpfull and welcomed us very welcoming. Etouri Holiday advisor Centre was very generous with advice, answering our questions and solving our problems. Special thanks to Robert. When one of us had to leave earlier due private circumstances, we quickly received help, sympathy and afterwards was informed if her return trip went well. We liked the villa and the village. We loved the people of Panormos and the food. We enjoyed our trips to Rethimnon and Heraklion and the private safari to the south of Kreta. It was very nice to stay here.

Wonderful

Villa Contessa in Panormos is wonderful. Our group of 6 adults really enjoyed our stay for a week in Crete. Seeing the sunrise in the morning was beautiful; and sunsets at night. Each bedroom has an outside patio and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is small, but well equipped. The villa’s owner, Miss Christina, takes great pride in her villa and she really cares about guests enjoying their stay. It was a true home away from home for us. Excellent location and we loved walking down to the beach/ocean and into the village to the stores and taverns/restaurants. We rented a van for the week, which allowed us to drive to Chania, Heraklion etc. Some activities we did during our week in Crete: hiked the Samaria Gorge; strolled around Chania; did a Foodies Tour in Heraklion (Viator); and made a day trip to Santorini (also booked through Viator). The holiday advisor was very helpful in getting our hike arranged. Etouri Property Management did a great job from the time of booking the rental and throughout our stay as well as following up after we departed. We ordered groceries in advance and they were stocked in the villa for our arrival. Nicely done. Additionally, we had a local chef prepare a private dinner at the villa one evening (Chef Stelios of Petite Fleur). That was delicious and our group agreed it was a highlight during our trip. Wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend this villa to any group visiting Crete and wanting a comfortable “home away from home”.

Wonderful! Villa Contessa

This was our home away from home for a week in early September 2018. The owner (Christina) met us on arrival. She is a nice person who wanted to be sure we were comfortable and happy while staying there. The groceries we requested were there when we arrived. The management company also put us in contact with a local chef (Chef Stelios of Petite Fleur), who came to the villa one evening and prepared for our group of 6 people a private 5-course meal. It was delicious! Location: the villa is beach-side; viewing the sunrise each morning, as well as evening sunsets, was spectacular. It is only a few blocks to local shops and restaurants nearby, in the cute village of Panormo. Inside the villa, the decor is well done. The bedrooms are spacious - each has a bathroom, nice touch. The main floor has a bedroom (the purple room) - it is conveniently located near the main living areas. There is also a half bathroom on the main level. Up one flight are two more bedrooms (the green room and the pink room). On the top floor is the last bedroom (blue room) with wrap-around outside patio. The lift (elevator) came in handy when we moved luggage - otherwise, we typically used the staircase. Pool: great to have it at the villa. We used it a few days during our stay. It is small, but functional. Parking: never an issue. In front of the house, around the corner on the street. Electronics: we had an issue with the tv - but Christina called and somebody came by to remedy it. Took us a while to adjust to the air conditioning - it shuts off in a room if you leave a door open (after a certain amount of time). This is an energy efficient system. We did eventually get the hang of it, though, we just had to remember to always keep the doors shut. As for keys/security - the house is well equipped electronically. We would recommend a programmable electronic key pad for access. (vs. actual keys). Keys can get lost - we did not lose our keys, but I can see how that might happen. Closing Summary: would we stay here again? Yes! It was really fabulous. The management company was great to work with (Etouri) and the owner (Christina) is a nice lady, who has tremendous pride in her villa. The village is charming and great to wander through. The ocean and beach are beautiful. We rented a van for our group (6 people) which helped us get around, since Crete is large island. Activities we did: Samaria Gorge hike; visited Chania; did a foodies tour in Heraklion. All recommended.

Exceeded our expectations in every way.

Lovely, spacious villa in a perfect location providing everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean, with quality furnishings and lots of personal touches making this holiday rental feel more like a home. Photos don’t really do it justice, however the pool is smaller than it appears, but it still provided a great place to cool off and endless fun. Would highly recommend and we would definitely return. Thank you to the owners and management company for first class service. We had a ball!

Perfect week in a beautiful Villa.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Contessa. The Villa is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We didn't arrive until 11.30pm but the owner Christina was there to greet us and show us around. Christina had left us a lovely welcome pack and had arranged our shopping for the first few days. She also brought us some delicious warm baked treats on Wednesday morning. Thank you Christina. There are four really spacious en-suite rooms each with its own unique décor. The downstairs living area is compact but perfectly sufficient given we spent 90% of our time around the lovely pool area enjoying the spectacular view . The villa is very well equipped with all you could need -hairdryers , bathrobes, slippers etc . All our bathrooms were well stocked with a lovely selection of toiletries. There is a PlayStation ,& board games. The kitchen has all the modern appliances you could possibly need. The location of the Villa was also a big attraction for us as we didn't want to hire a car. There are two lovely small beaches within a 2 minute walk and the village of Panormo is also no more then a 2 minute walk away and has absolutely everything you need. Panormo is a charming village , offering an authentic experience, un-spoilt by mass tourism. It has a very relaxed and calm vibe that was exactly what I was looking for. There are plenty of family run restaurants offering wonderful food at very reasonable prices. The "Feta from the oven" at George and Georgia is a must ! Eleni who was our advisor from Etouri was so very, very helpful and I was amazed how responsive she was to any little query we had no mater what time of the day or night it was . Kostos was also extremely helpful when I was arranging the trip, answering my numerous questions with great patient and attentiveness. If you are looking for luxury accommodation , in a charming village with impeccable services this is a must! I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Absolute perfection.

Thanks to Ms Christina and all those who helped to make our stay at Villa Christina so wonderful. The villa is beautifully appointed, with 4 large bdms-all with ensuites, A/C, great closet space and amazing views. There is also a lift/elevator for any family members who may have difficulty with stairs. The villa is located in a lovely little fishing village, Panormos, approximately 50 minutes from the Heraklion airport. We rented a car at the airport following a recommendation from the villa management, and they were super friendly and easy to locate. The villa is located 50-100 metres from many of the village’s great tavernas, tourist shops, and a small supermarket. And if your eager for an early morning, you can stroll down to the dock/port and purchase fresh seafood. The balcony area is obviously the highlight of the house. The pool is lovely and well maintained. And the view over the ocean and beach below is absolutely stunning! The weather(July) was amazing as well. Approximately 30 Celsius (90F) everyday with not a cloud in the sky. Perfect! We, along with our 3 children, absolutely loved Villa Contessa and would happily recommend to all. WOW - that is what I call vacation!!!

Not only is the house wonderful, but the view is so amazingly breathtaking that people arrive at all hours to capture it on camera. And we get to see it everyday, all day:) This location is nothing short of perfect; the beach is a mere stones throw away, the lazy town has everything a tourist needs but still retains the local Cretan feeling. The house is utterly beautiful with wonderfully themed rooms that are crisp and clean without giving one a hotel feeling. This wonderful house was a home away from home! Christina was very helpful, helping us with everything we thought we needed and then some. Christina is without doubt the Big Boss around here and when she is on the case you just know everything will work out. Thank you so very much for a wonderful stay!!

Fantastic Villa in a Charming Village !

We chose this Holiday from the stunning photos on the website and when we arrived we were not disappointed. Sometimes photos can be made to look better than the real thing but this was certainly not the case here , if anything the villa was better in real life !! The owner Christina was extremely helpful as were all the Etouri staff and nothing was to much trouble to them. The villa was ideally located in Panormos which is a quaint fishing Village, with the beach (small but lovely & safe), Shops, restaurants, Tavernas & supermarkets within a short walking distance. We stayed for 7 days and did not leave the village. We had a very relaxing holiday in fantastic surroundings and would recommend to anyone

A relaxing Greek experience.

A large contemporary stylish villa overlooking the sea and beach. 5 good size bedrooms individually themed. All the mod cons you could possible ask for when on holiday . Our hosts were attentive from the moment of booking, recommending car hire (Kosta at best cars was exceptional).The villa was spotless and Christina was there to greet us on our arrival. We had a quiet week choosing to eat in the local tavernas. A very pretty little village and would recommend .
