Lagoon Seaside Villa, is a luxury self-catering beach hut for family retreats and honeymoons with a difference. Set in prime position in the picturesque Panormo, a beautiful beach resort on the north coast of Rethymno, the Villa is conveniently located just 50 meters away from the lovely sandy beach, which is ideal for children, as well as it is within walking distance to cafes, restaurants and a variety of shops, offering the opportunity of a Car free holiday. Stretch into the day on the outdoor luxurious area and later wander the shore with feet buried in the sand. On long, lazy afternoons, the inside's cool interiors are the perfect spot for reading a book or simply admiring the views, whilst outside a private heated swimming pool is the most tempting of ways to spend every evening. Boasting effortlessly chic exteriors, the pool terrance is enriched with sensory driven sun-beds and umbrellas. Gather at the unique outdoor dinning area featuring a BBQ (gas), offering a stylish al fresco space to enjoy a culinary evening with your loved ones.

Wrapped in sea side views, where rocky lands meet sapphire waters, our iconic villa embody the timeless glamour of the Aegean. One could not resist the timeless appeal the hammock offers, complimented by the fresh salty sea breeze within the abundance of green. Whilst the little ones explore and take advantage of the playground, there is also an outdoor table tennis available, to engage in an exciting game and master your ping pong skills! Relish at the pool, indulge in a siesta on the hammock, or sit back and relax on the cosy outdoor sofa, with a G&T in hand, cherishing a real getting-away-from-it-all feel. For the explorers, two bicycles are also available to use during your stay. When dusk falls, light the barbecue to celebrate long summer evenings by the pool. The outdoor area offers an iconic setting to practise your inner chef skills with family members gathered for endless catch ups, after a long day of sea adventures.

The Villa is designed with relaxation and good times in mind; lounge in the summer warmth by the outdoor pool, sink into squishy sofas with a glass of wine and gather together in the open-plan kitchen-diner for long nights of home cooked food and deep, roaring laughter. There is free secured parking space inside the Villa’s premises for 3 cars • The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Nespresso machine (small capsules) & Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Food Processor (Multi), Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, 4 Hair dryers, open plan fully equipped kitchen, Safety Box, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, Alarm System.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Lagoon Luxury Villas are located in Panormo, a friendly sea side village and are within walking distance to its well known sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised.

The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices.

Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.

For your outmost convenience, there is a bus stop 50 meters away from the Villa connecting you with Rethymno town. Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities and the bus stop is just few minutes away from the villa!
