Welcome to "Elli'" the charming 2nd floor apartment of Villa Pergola, perched on the green hillsides of Pirgi, Corfu. The residence is 100 sq.m, with a cozy ambiance and features that will make your stay delightful. The layout is comprised of a self- catering kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms that comfortably sleep 4. A spacious balcony with a mesmerizing view of the Ionian sea affords priceless relaxation to our guests making "Elli" one of a kind.

Let us lay out the details of our home. The kitchen has an electric stove, a full size refrigerator, toaster, microwave oven, coffee machine and a dishwasher. The living room comes with two comfortable sofas, stylish dinner table and chairs , as well as a 42 inch HD television set and a DVD player. Concerning the bedrooms, one is equipped with a queen size bed whereas the other comes with two twin size beds - both bedrooms have access to "Elli" 's spacious balcony. AC units have been installed in each of the bedrooms and the living room so you can stay cool and comfortable throughout the hot summer months.

Highly recommend! Pergola Elli is a beautiful home that is full of character, has gorgeous sea views from every window, is very near many restaurants and a beach. The owners, Fondas & Elli greeted us warmly upon our arrival. Elli had made homemade cake, jam, and stocked the kitchen with coffee, and other treats to welcome us. Incredible hospitality! Thank you, Fondas & Elli. We came as strangers and left as friends!

Lovely apartment in Corfu

We stayed here for a very enjoyable week in Corfu. The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable with a fabulous balcony running along the whole length. This has a dining area and also chairs to relax in. The view across the bay to the old town is spectacular and a great place to sit in the evening. Fondas was an excellent host giving us lots of useful information - thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Villa Pergola

Fondas and Elli were the most gracious hosts. They were very accomodating and had everything ready for us upon our arrival. We had a very comfortable stay. The view from the porch was amazing! We loved beginning and ending our days sitting there and watching the boats. It was hard to leave.

The villa is really comfortable and well equipped There were even snacks in the fridge Fondas and Elli were really friendly and helpful but left us alone if we didn't want anything We had a great time there and would highly recommend this villa You will need transport as it's not really walking distance to the beaches

As all the reviews I have read agree, Fondas and Elli are wonderful hosts: communication before and during the holiday was extremely good and valued- thank you Fondas. You’ll definitely want a hire car staying here and again Fondas was excellent in arranging this for me. The views from the apartment face roughly south so early morning sun and present until late afternoon/early evening. Ipsos is the nearest beach with plenty of options for eating/drinking along the road that borders it. It’s a busy area with narrow gritty beach so bring water shoes or be prepared to hobble! A short drive to the north takes you to Barbatti beach- no road fringing this one but again long, gritty and narrow. We followed Fondas’ tip and headed over to Arillas on the north west coast. A 50 minute drive but absolutely worth it. If beautiful, quiet, golden sandy beaches and traditional laid back tavernas are your thing, head west. This became our go- to spot. Corfu old town is also gorgeous and well worth a couple of days to explore.

Spectacular View!

If you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains, a constant mountain breeze, a 3 minute drive to Ipsos Beach and a 6 minute drive to Barbati beach, lots of restaurants, taverna’s and coffee houses, this is the place to be. The apartment is comfortable for 4 people. The outdoor balcony spans from side to side and therefore affords a beautiful view. The entrance to the villa is very steep and there are many steps to get to the top floor, therefore ensure you have comfortable shoes. Fondas and Elli were lovely hosts, always available.

This is truly an amazing place to stay and experience the wonderful island of Corfu. Our family of three adults couldn’t have been happier. There is plenty of space inside, but you’ll likely find yourself sitting outside on the patio admiring the breathtaking views of the water and landscape every chance you get. The location is great for exploring the north and west sides of the island as well as Old Corfu Town, which is a 30-minute drive away. Ipsos Beach is within walking distance and has lots of great dining options. Fondas and Elli are warm and gracious hosts who are available if needed and make you feel like old friends. Be aware the driveway is very steep, but after the first couple of times, it became fun to find the best way to park. The apartment is on the top floor, so there are two flights of outdoor stairs, complete with friendly cats, and the view reminds you that the climb was well worth it! We highly recommend this rental to anyone - even if you don’t need two bedrooms, you should consider it.

Ein toller Erholungsurlaub

Sehr guter Aufenthalt bei Elli und Fondas. Eine schöne geräumige Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht und auf den Bildern sieht. Die Besitzer wohnen nebenan, daher war die Kommunikation immer reibungslos. Bis zum Strand sind nur ein paar Fahrminuten. Auch ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Allerding muss man vom Parkplatz einige Treppenstufen zur Wohnung laufen (diese ist im OG), was aber kein Problem war. Herzlichen Dank an Elli und Fondas für alles! Wie haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt.

Appartement mit Charme und herrlichem Meerblick

Wir haben unsere Zeit in diesem sehr großzügigen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Appartement mit Klimaanlage sehr genossen. Besonders den herrlichen Meerblick von der großen Terrasse. Sehr nette und überaus hilfreiche Gastgeber! Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist allerdings der Verkehrslärm von der unterhalb gelegene Straße (insbesondere von Motorrädern), der zum Teil bis spät in die Nacht zu hören ist.

Great place, great hospitality

Elli und Fondas sind fantastische Gastgeber. Wir wurden unglaublich herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man alles man benötigt und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist unbezahlbar! Und noch viel größer und schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir sind bis spät abends dort gesessen und haben die vorbeiziehenden Yachten bestaunt. Von der Wohnung aus kann man wunderbar Ausflüge machen, Korfu Stadt ist 30 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Das einzige negative zu erwähnen, wären, die ab und an lauten Fahrzeuge, die unterhalb des Hauses vorbeifahren.

Von Anfang bis Ende - super !!!

Die Beschreibung des Objektes war keinesfalls übertrieben. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen - am Hang mit Blick aufs Meer und auf Ypsos. In der Ferne ist Kerkyra Town zu sehen. Wenn man morgens die Balkontüren öffnet und den strahlenden Sonnenschein über dem Meer erblickt, muss man einfach gute Laune haben. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Und die Gastgeber Elli und Fondas sind ganz liebe, herzliche Menschen. Immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und wären gerne v i e l länger geblieben. Aber leider hat jeder Urlaub ein Ende ... Von Vorteil ist ein Fahrzeug, da das Haus schon ausserhalb des Ortes liegt (Parkplatz ist vorhanden) Thank you so much Elli and Fondas ! We see us again - sometime !!!

Sehr schönes Anwesen

Wir haben uns in der Villa Pergola sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch für das Frühstück am ersten Morgen war bereits bei Ankunft gesorgt. Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege bei Fonds und seiner Frau nochmals ganz herzlich bedanken.

Une vue à couper le souffle!

La maison est située sur les hauteurs de la station balnéaire de Pirgi. La vue est magnifique sur la baie, aucun vis à vis, la mer à perte de vue. L’appartement est spacieux avec 2 grandes chambres et un beau séjour donnant tous sur le balcon. L’appartement est en parfait état et très propre. Nous sommes vraiment ravis de la semaine passée dans cette location, tant pour la localisation que pour que le choix de l’appartement. Nous recommandons cette location, avec de surcroît des propriétaires très sympa(Fondas et Eli).
