新しく改装されたコテージは、カップル、家族、または8人から14人までの大きなグループ向けの高品質で快適な宿泊施設を提供します。

コテージには、手作りのマットレス、豪華なトッパー、無制限のファイバーWifi、フリービュー付きスマートテレビ、DVDプレーヤー、Sonos音楽システム、リネンとタオルの提供、キッチンとコンサバトリーの床下暖房、ウッドバーナー、食器洗い機、洗濯機、電子レンジが完備されています、各ベッドルームにヘアドライヤー、バーベキュー、オーク材の床全体、テラス付きの庭、自転車の保管のための小屋の使用。

1階には、キングサイズベッドを備えた豪華なマスターベッドルームがあり、庭園とパドックの向こう側の景色を眺めることができます。 フルサイズのベッド2台とシャワーとダブルエンドのクローフットバス付きのバスルームを備えたツインベッドルーム。 3番目のベッドルームは1階にあり、キングサイズのベッドと独立したトイレが近くにあります。

Lovely cottage in quiet location

We enjoyed our stay in Keepers cottage. It was very comfortable and spacious for the 2 of us. The setting was gorgeous but unfortunately the weather wasn’t on our side on this occasion so we will have to return to explore some more 😀

Lovely quiet location

The cottage was absolutely perfect as a base for walks in the New Forest. The host was helpful with information. The bed was comfy, bath was glorious and there wasn’t one thing we would have changed or had any difficulty with. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, private, luxurious getaway in the New Forest!

Christmas in the New Forest

This cottage was absolutely lovely , it really is home from home. I was impressed with the equipment in the kitchen was able to prepare a large Christmas Dinner no problem. It was clean, very comfortable beds and everything we needed for our 11 night stay. I was sad to leave England ! Will definitely be back again ! Nicole was a great host!!!

One of the nicest holiday homes we've stayed in

We loved Keepers Cottage. A lovely cottage, furnished to a high quality, nice garden and in a nice village. Burley is a pleasant village handily located within a 20 minute drive from most of the New Forest destinations and larger towns like Ringwood and Christchrch. Our hosts were very easy to deal with and helpful and informative.

Peaceful, magical retreat

My family couldn't have asked for a more comfortable, perfect house to spend a week over Easter to explore Burley and surrounding areas. The property provided everything we needed, and we felt at home immediately. Holiday rentals like this are so greatly appreciated! We had a wonderful week away and can't wait to return. We had a great week in Burley, the cottage is very good. We have already stayed in there sister cottage next door a couple of years ago, I can't recommend this property enough.

Total comfort in amazing location

We loved everything about our stay here. Nicole and Dave have thought of everything to make the cottage as easy to use and as comfy as possible. From the quality of the furniture to the soft towels it felt like a very clean home from home. It’s more spacious than the listing photographs suggest. We took a toddler and it rained a lot so we spent a lot of time indoors but there was plenty of space for her toys as well as for us to have some grown up relaxed space! Burley is a lovely village and is a great place to explore the New Forest and the coast. This really is the nicest holiday rental that we have stayed in, and we will be back.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Garten war himmlisch und sehr gut gepflegt. Das Haus war ebenfalls sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin und Ihr Mann waren sehr nett. Sie haben uns für Regentage sogar noch Spielsachen für unsere Kinder vorbei gebracht.

A peaceful and pretty haven!

We loved our stay at Keepers Cottage. The house is cosy and spotless, the garden, pristine! It felt like a home from home and Nicole was at the ready to answer any questions. Will hope to return one day and would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in the New Forest. The location is perfect, within the popular village of burley but away from the immediate hustle and bustle.

Beautiful cottages in the heart of burley

Our families stayed in Nicole’s two adjoining cottages and barn for my wedding. It was the perfect place to prep with the bridal party and accommodated everyone comfortably! Because of the facilities available we were able to have dinner with a lot of guests which allowed for us to all spend a great few days as a group. Nicole was very accommodating and has furnished each of her properties beautifully. Would definitely return to stay in the forest in the future. Only a short drive from other forest villages. 5-stars!

The location of the property was amazing, just a 5 minute walk to the centre of Burley. The property was beautiful and finished to extremely high standards. Perfect for a family stay with a lovely garden, peaceful surroundings and so much to do in the area.

Fantastic cottage, very comfortable, cosy,tastefully decorated and well equipped in perfect location

Keepers Cottage is a very pretty cottage set in a lovely garden which was full of spring flowers. Unfortunately the weather prevented us making the most of it! Indoors we were very comfortable. The central hallway gives the cottage a spacious feel and the conservatory was the ideal play space for the children. The dining kitchen was ideal for us and it had everything we could possibly need. The fittings and furnishings are of a very high standard throughout. The owners were very helpful and responded very quickly to our emails and additional requests. The location is perfect for exploring the New Forest and further afield (eg. 45 mins to Portsmouth). If there had been a second bath or shower room, rather than just a second toilet, we would have given it five stars. But overall it was one of the best holiday cottages we have ever stayed in (and we've stayed in lots!) and we would highly recommend it.

Fantastic!

We have loved staying in your wonderful cottage. You have thought of everything! It made a stay with two toddlers very easy. The garden was also perfect and we were even able to sit and enjoy some sun. The shop in Burley was great and stocked everything we needed. If you have children we would recommend a trip to Farmer Palmers (a fantastic place for kids) and Weymouth; our children loved them. Thank you also for the fabulous welcome treats.

We moved to Burley 25 years ago and fell in love with the unique beauty of the area and New Forest life style, which coupled with the close proximity to some of the best beaches and coastline the South coast has to offer makes it the perfect location for relaxation and recreational pursuits.
It was the most wonderful area in which to bring up our daughter and we feel very spolit to have lived in such a superb location yet less than 2 hours from London.

Keepers Cottage was originally built at the turn of the last century for the housekeeper of Shappen House. When an opportunity arose to purchase the cottage we were wowed by its superb location, central to the village yet tucked away from the everyday hustle and bustle, so peaceful but not remote. We were lucky enough to secure the neighbouring Gardeners cottage too and so set about restoring the cottage to a wonderful Forest home for family and guests to experience the lifestyle we have so enjoyed.
