About this property

"Baelskaai20" apartment with bay view, close to beach and sea in Oostende

IMPORTANT: we offer our tenants the option of including a towel package per person (€ 8pp), please state this when booking!

Located in Residentie Baelskaai 20 on the East Bank, you can stay on the 5th floor with a view of the wharf and fishing boats. Also in rear park (in construction, but children can already play). Take long walks by the sea, stroll in the bustle of the city or enjoy a nice dinner in one of the numerous restaurants.

Our new holiday apartment (105mÂČ) contains a large spacious living room with a lot of light and 180 ° view. The entire apartment has oak parquet flooring throughout, the sanitary areas are tiled (anti slip). Everything was decorated with new trendy furniture. High ceilings and high windows on the floor, which provide an open feel. South facing terrace and living room. 2 lifts present. Fire alarm.

From the hall you can enter the 2 bedrooms and the separate guest toilet.
Bedroom 1: 2 person high-quality box-spring bed with high-quality pocket-spring mattresses (160x200) wardrobe, digital TV with integrated DVD player, with annex bathroom with toilet, large washbasin with large cabinet lids, large walk-in shower. (Rain shower)

A third double bed is in the living room and is a pull-out bed (Sofabed) with premium pocket mattress (140x200).
The open kitchen with island is equipped with all modern appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, combi / microwave oven, hot air oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, etc .... All household items for 6 people.
Storage room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, freezer. Vacuum cleaner, drying rack present.

All the necessities for a fun holiday!
Only 1 tram stop from the station and easily accessible by car!
At 500m from the beach, sea and dunes, the fishing mine and Fort Napoleon.
The center of Oostende and Bredene are 5 minutes drive away.
Ostend Station is approximately 2 km, Oostende Airport: 8 km.
Distance to Bruges: 30 km, Ghent: 60 km, Knokke: 30 km, De Haan: 8 km, Ypres: 53 km.

One can also easily by the free ferry to Ostend center.
Active holidaymakers will find their way in the TWINSCLUB, surf and water sports club in Bredene. The sewers can also be sailed and surfed.

This brand new apartment has it all! Two beautiful bedrooms with ultramodern walk in showers. Fully equipped, modern kitchen/dining/living room area with ceiling to floor glass doors and outside deck that afford spectacular views of all of Oostende and the vibrant maritime activity that is in constant motion. The high definition TV’s have dozens of channels in every major language. Your keys include a garage door opener to the completely secure underground parking with a lift that zips you up to the fifth floor apartment. There is a full size washer and separate dryer which is wonderful. The WiFi is fast and powerful and fully capable of handling any number of electronics. It is a short walk (or drive with free parking) to the free ferries that make the crossing across the harbor to the city every few minutes. The crossing takes only 5 minutes and they run before sunup to after dark. Ann, the owner, who is multilingual, warmly welcomed us and will always be reachable during your stay to answer any questions you might have. She is truly a genuinely warm person who will go out of her way to make your stay as delightful as possible! Five stars are not nearly enough!!

Von der Wohnung aus hat man einen phantastischen Blick auf den Hafen und die Stadtmitte. Zum Strand, der bis De Haan reicht, sind es fĂŒnf Minuten zu Fuß. Die KĂŒche war außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet fĂŒr eine Ferienwohnung. Bis in die Ecken war alles sehr sauber.

Urlaub in Oostende

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Die Kommunikation, spwie die An- und Abreise haben wieder super geklappt. RĂŒckfragen werden sofort beantwortet. Zur BegrĂŒĂŸung stand eine Flasche Rotwein, Wasser und Saft bereit. Auf der Tafel im Flur stand ein schöner Willkommensgruß. Man fĂŒhlt sich sehr wohl in der schönen und toll eingerichteten Wohnung. In der nĂ€heren Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen. Die KĂŒstentram und die FĂ€hre sind super praktisch. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Aussicht

Wir haben unsere Ferientage sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine gute Lage in einem neuen und modernen Viertel im Stadteil Oosteroever. Der schöne Strand ist nach einem kurzen Fußweg erreichbar, mit der FĂ€hre ist man auch schnell in Oostende. Auch Ausflugsziele wie das nahegelegene BrĂŒgge sind gut erreichbar.

wunderschöne Wohnung

Ann's Wohnung ist ein Traum! Alles in sehr gutem Zustand, sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles, was man brauchen könnte, ist vorhanden und darf benutzt werden! Man fĂŒhlt sich wie zuhause. Die Kommunikation mit Ann war sehr hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Mit der kostenlosen FĂ€hre ist man sehr schnell in der Stadt. Der sehr schöne Strand Fort Napoleon ist ebenfalls sehr rasch zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Urlaub an der belgischen KĂŒste

Eine tolle Wohnung, sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, gute Ausstattung, sehr guter Ausblick. Check-In und Check-Out, sowie Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat sehr gut funktioniert. Oostende ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt. Man kann am breiten Sandstrand in Richtung Knokke oder auf der breiten Promenade in Richtung De Panne spazieren. Als Alternative kann man die KĂŒstentram nutzen. Ruhige Lage. Kostenloser Shuttle mit dem Wassertaxi auf die andere Seite. Gute Zugverbindung nach BrĂŒgge oder Gent, da kann man gut auf das Auto verzichten. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Carrefour in der NĂ€he. Bisher leider nur sehr exklusive Restaurants in der unmittelbaren NĂ€he, aber das Viertel ist noch im Aufbau. Restautants findet man reichlich auf der "anderen Seite". Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Wohnung im ruhigen Fischerhafen, einfach zum WohlfĂŒhlen! Zum BĂ€cker braucht man ca 15 Min zu Fuß, die Infrastruktur Resto, CafĂ© etc braucht noch ein bisschen. Sonst sehr empfehlenswert, kommen gerne wieder

Wunderschöne Wohnung

ZunĂ€chst zu den Basics: Es handelt sich um die ideale Wohnung fĂŒr 4 Personen mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 BĂ€dern. Die Wohung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Betten sind bequem, die SanitĂ€ranlagen sind hervorragend, die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Ceran Kochfeld, KĂŒhlschrank, Gefrierschrank, SpĂŒlmaschine, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, GewĂŒrze, Öl etc vorhanden, das kostenlose Wlan ist schnell und stabil (auch bei mehreren EndgerĂ€ten), der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist sicher und bequem erreichbar. Der Blick auf den Hafen von Ostende ist aus dem 5.Stock atemberaubend schön, man kann den Fischerbooten beim An- und Ablegen zusehen. Der Kontakt zu Ann ist freundlich und unkompliziert, Ann ist bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Mit der kostenlosen FĂ€hre ist man in 15 min (inkl. Fußweg) in Ostende City. Zum wunderschönen Strand Richtung De Haan sind es 5 Minuten, in der Straße Richtung Strand gibt es mehrere teils hochwertige Restaurants (Marina -sehr zu empfehlendes italienisches Restaurant, wenn auch hochpreisig-, Storm) und CafĂ©s/Bistros. SupermĂ€rkte (Carrefour, Colruyt (interessantes Konzept), Aldi, Lidl, Delhaize) sind innerhalb von 5-15 min mit dem Auto erreichbar). Zur Tram Haltestelle sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten. Insgesamt also sehr zu empfehlen, wir werden die Wohnung gerne wieder buchen und bedanken uns fĂŒr die wunderschöne Zeit.

Wohnung mit tollen Blick auf den Hafen

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Ann sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Alles war so, wie wir es erwartet hatten. Nur wenige Minuten zum Strand und auch nach Ostende in die Stadt. In jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen!

Agréable séjour

Hormis une actualisation nécessaire des photos car le quartier est en cours de réhabilitation (vis-à-vis avec la résidence à proximité...), cet appartement est trÚs bien situé, agréablement décoré, équipé,... A noter que la place de parking est indéniablement un plus car les places de stationnement sont rares et/ou chÚres. En conclusion, nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour dans ce confortable appartement, merci à Ann pour sa disponibilité.

Heerlijk verblijf

De communicatie met eigenaresse Ann was vriendelijk en helder, Ann reageerde steeds snel. Het appartement was compleet ingericht, voelde huiselijk. Ook fijn dat er een parkeerkelder is Ofschoon er gebouwd werd, hoorde je daar binnen niets van. De locatie vonden wij fijn. Je zit in het midden van twee werelden. Met het pontje naar Oostende-centrum. De kant van Bredene is duingebied, prima wandelpaden.
