Enjoy the peace of the countryside in this beautiful villa with private pool on the outskirts of Lloseta. It sleeps 6 guests.
Outside this beautiful villa you will be able to enjoy a nice swim in the private chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 3 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 0.6 to 1.8 metres. You'll also find 3 sunloungers around where you can bask in the sun although you can also relax on the 2 Bali beds. From the pool and down some steps you'll reach the porch which is perfect for your meals and BBQs alfresco or to have a drink in the evening. There also is an equipped terrace in another corner of the house. The property is fenced and offers 4000 m2.

The house comprises 2 floors. On the first floor you have the living room -with AC and satellite TV, located by the kitchen. This is equipped with a ceramic hob and linked to the living through a marble peninsula. Two steps from here lead to the dining room, equipped also with AC and with access to the pool. The 4 bedrooms in the house, all of them with AC and 3 with a closet, are on the ground floor. All of them have a double bed. The window in one of the bedrooms with a full-size bed has views to the inside although it offers exit to the terrace. In addition, two bedrooms offer an en-suite bathroom with a shower and there are 2 more bathrooms with a shower, one on each floor. A baby cot and a high chair are available. You'll also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The property is located on the outskirts of Lloseta, a town that emanates the peace and quiet atmosphere of a typical Mallorcan village. You'll find the needed services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. However, Inca -with many more services and its traditional street market on Thursday mornings- is only a 5 minutes drive away. The nearest beach is in Puerto de Alcudia, about 32 km from the house.

We had a great stay! Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! We loved that the location was not to far from many places on the island. The house was a great place to hang out when tired and the ping pong, pool, and foosball table kept my kids entertained without needing to watch tv. It was great! The pool was cold, but the kids swam a few times anyway. The beds were super comfortable as all the mattresses seemed to be memory foam. The hosts left us some nice treats everyone enjoyed. I would absolutely stay here again. I will say the roads are tight getting back to the house, so if you are not used to that or have a large car, it might be a little frightening. Otherwise, the location is nice and quiet.

Die Unterkunft entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Auf Probleme und Fragen wurde direkt eingegangen und eine Lösung wurde gefunden. Sollten Sie eine Unterkunft suchen bei der sie Ruhe suchen, etwas abgelegene, aber doch in der Nähe von Bäckern, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind, ist diese Unterkunft genau richtig. Abends kann man schön am Pool oder auf den verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten zur Ruhe kommen, auch wenn man oftmals von Hundenbellen begleitet wird. Dies war allerdings auf keinen Fall störend. Es ist mehr als die Grundausstattung vorhanden und perfekt für Leute, die sich gerne auch selbst versorgen möchten in der Unterkunft. Wir wurden begleitet von 2-5 Katzen, die uns den Aufenthalt versüßt haben. Diese leben auf dem Grundstück. Die Räume sind gut ausgestattet allerdings könnte man noch ein bis zwei Kleiderschränke hinzufügen. Perfekt für große Gruppen oder große Familien, die Ruhe und Freude in der Unterkunft suchen.

Maison très spacieuse avec de nombreux équipements et un accueil plus que généreux. Notre sejour s'est très bien passé, mais il faut tout de même signaler quelques petits "désagréments"...nous avions choisi cette maison puisqu'elle proposait des extras très sympas tel la table de ping-pong, le billard, le baby-foot...malheureusement nous navons pas pu en profiter puisqu'ils sont inutilisables : tout est obsolète. De même, la vaisselle est un peu juste en terme de quantité et il y avait une importante odeur d'humidité en bas dans les chambres. Mis à part ces inconvénients, le jardin est superbe avec tous ces agrumes, le quartier est calme et l'endroit chaleureux.

Die Finca liegt ziemlich abseits, aber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab's in der näheren Umgebung reichlich. Die Ausstattung im großen und ganzen ok, aber irgendwas fehlt ja immer. Wie überall auf Mallorca sind auch hier reichlich Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, die wir nachts Gott sei Dank nicht gehört haben. Sauberkeit ganz ok und die Betten prima - wir werden wohl wiederkommen :-))

Eine kleine Oase in der man sich sofort heimisch fühlt. Auch wenn es etwas abseits liegt, ist es die perfekte Location um etwas zu unternehmen. Es gibt ausreichend Platz, selbst wenn man mit mehreren Personen dort wohnt. Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, Bäder sind ausreichend da, lediglich ausreichend Schränke um Kleidung für bis zu 6 Personen zu verstauen, könnten mehr da sein. Summa Summarum eine sehr sehr gute Unterkunft in der man auch mal den ein oder anderen Tag verbringen kann, ohne das Gefühl zu bekommen das es einen einengt. Ich werde definitiv später im Jahr nochmal zurück kommen.

Wirwaren mit Homerti sehr zufrieden. Auch nachdem wir versehentlichdie Alarmanlage auslösen, blieben sie freundlich. Das Haus war gut und entsprach der Beschreibung und Fotos. Die einzigen Mängel waren dass die Küchenausstattung (5 Messer, 2Töpfe und 2Schüsseln) sehr gering waren. Die Möbel (Liegen und Stühle) müsstendringend erneuert werden, da überall Kleinigkeiten abgebrochen sind. Ein angebrochen Plastikstuhl istuns kaputt gegangen, das war aber kein Problem. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber.

Mooi huis met goede faciliteiten. Service en support van de verhuurorganisatie echt top. De mooie tuin heeft wat onderhoud nodig. Hier en daar lag wat afval en onkruid groeide weelderig.

Wir hatten 4 Wochen eine wunderbare Finca bei Lioseta.Die Betreuung durch das gesamte Vacalia Team war sowohl vor der Anreise sowie während des gesamten Aufenthaltes hervorragend. Auch bei auftretenden Problemen wurde uns durch die Mitarbeiter sofort geholfen und entsprechende Lösungen gefunden. Die gesamte Kommunikation war sehr gut. Nachdem wir nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in der selben Finca unseren Urlaub verbracht haben sich auch dieses Mal unserer Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Bettina und Marko

Our stay here was great. We had a lovely relaxing holiday as this place is in a peaceful location. I did see that some reviews mention dogs barking, but this isn't too loud, and only seemed to be at certain times (feeding time maybe?). A car is essential for your stay here, but this also allows you to explore the island, and this is a great location for going all over! The pool is great and the house also has a table football, table tennis and pool table so lots of chilled out entertainment. The layout does differ slightly from the photos as the pool table has been added since the photos taken, but we really enjoyed playing pool on an evening so we didn't mind! We were 6 adults and a 5 month old baby, and the house worked well for is in terms of sleeping. Two bedrooms are en suite, and then there is a separate bathroom for bedrooms 3 and 4. The last bedroom does have a very low ceiling and if you are taller than 5'8" you won't be able to stand up in here! The only thing we didn't like were the number (too few) and quality of the pillows. We were kindly provided with a cot, high chair, potty and baby bowls and plates which was really kind. I would say that the house has a lot of unforgiving steps and levels if you do have a baby on the move though so this place is more ideal for younger babies and then children who are good on their feet! There is a really great shade curtain around the sunbeds you can open and close as needed, which also offers shade to the pool in an afternoon and meant we could enjoy the outdoors much more than we could have if this wasn't there! Although the decor is a little dated, the house is a really good find and we enjoyed our stay. There are plenty of local supermarkets and markets on the island to fill your cupboards, but just be aware you have to take all the rubbish to the tip or bins in the town. I can only guess this is because the bin trucks can't fit down the narrow road, but it was the one thing we really hated about our stay. The hosts are really good at communicating, and offering help and advice. The water went off while we were there and someone was with us to fix within 30 minutes! All our emails were replied to really fast (sometimes in minutes!) and nothing was too much bother!

Toll war, dass die Schlafräume im unteren Bereich (Erdgeschoss von vorne) und so verhältnismäßig kühl waren während sie zusätzlich mit Klima ausgestattet waren. Dies haben wir nicht nutzen müssen. Das vierte Schlafzimmer eignet sich unseres Erachtens nicht wirklich als vollwertiges Schlafzimmer aber wir haben es auch nicht so genutzt. Toll ist der Billardtisch auf der Hauptetage. Auch der Kickertisch und die Tischtennisplatte bieten Abswechslung. Mittlerweile gibt es eine hübsche Pergola an den Liegen. Ein Sonnenschirm zusätzlich wäre dennoch sinnvoll an besonders heißen Tagen. In der Nachbarschaft (großläufig) gibt es viele Hunde, die nachts schon mal loslegen. War für uns jetzt kein Problem. Das Eine oder Andere könnte mal erneuert werden, wie zB die Auflagen der Liegen oder die Gerüche in den innenliegenden Bädern. Wir haben uns jedoch gut mit allem arrangieren können und hatten eine wirklich entspannte Zeit. Besonders liebevoll fanden wir die kleinen Geschenke für unsere Kinder und möchten uns an der Stelle noch einmal herzlich bedanken! ❤️

Superb views, lovely quiet rural location and yet very convenient for access to main routes and supermarkets. Lovely villa - good sized rooms and bathrooms/en suites. The table-top games such as pool, ping pong and foosball are a great addition to a holiday villa. BBQ facilities are good. Plenty of storage space in the kitchen which has sufficient amenities for a week self catering (including filter coffee machine :)). Washing machine small but modern and perfectly adequate. Pool a good size and natural temperature not bad even for early June. Villa is comfortable and some very thoughtful welcome touches added which was greatly appreciated Some things would benefit from a bit of TLC/updating but general wear and tear expected from a popular holiday villa. Owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, and more. We (two couples and two toddlers) throughly enjoyed our stay :) x
