You will find this beautiful and comfortable house with beautiful mountain views backed by the Sierra de Tramuntana. Outside, you can enjoy a great bath in the private chlorine pool, which measures 8 x 3 meters and has a depth of 0.6 to 1.8 meters. There are 3 sunbeds where you can sunbathe comfortably, or you can relax in one of the two Bali beds by the pool. A few steps down from the pool you arrive to the porch area, fully furnished with an outside dining table to enjoy meals and dinners outdoors, and comfortable armchairs to have a drink at sunset. There is also a terrace area with table and chairs for 6 guests, another golden corner in this house. It also has a barbecue in which you will prepare delicious grilled meats and vegetables. The house is located within a finca of 4000 m2 which is fenced, and there are neighbours nearby.
This charming villa of 250 m2 is distributed over 2 floors, where you will find all the amenities to enjoy a fantastic holiday. On the top floor you will find the living room with a sofa and two armchairs where you can comfortably watch satellite TV or enjoy the air-conditioned. It is placed next to the kitchen and they are separated by a marble peninsula that serves as a counter top. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and all the necessary tools for cooking. Next to the living room and down some stairs we get to the dining area, with a/c, where 8 guests can comfortably be located. This floor is completed with a bathroom with a shower. If we go downstairs to the ground floor we find the four bedrooms, with a/c. In the first one, you can rest in a double bed, and it has wardrobe and countryside views as well as the second bedroom. It also has an en suite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobe and views to the countryside, and an en suite bathroom with shower as well. The extra guests will rest in the 4th bedroom which offers a double bed (but no wardrobe or window). There is also another bathroom on this floor with shower. In case you travel with a baby, the house has a high chair and a cot. In the house you will also find a washing machine and an iron and iron board.
This house is located in the outskirts of the village so you can enjoy the calm of the countryside and relax and disconnect surrounded by quietness. In Lloseta you can enjoy the atmosphere of a typical Mallorcan village of the Raiguer county. It is well connected with the rest of the island thanks to the highway, and you can go to Palma with the train. Close to Lloseta is Inca, with all the services you may need, and in which you should not forget to visit the Thursday street market. Puerto de Alcudia, which has one of the most incredible beaches on the island, is only 32 kms away.
