The mansardina is located on the 2nd floor and has a small kitchenette, a bed, an extra bed if needed, but there is no private bathroom to share with the first floor and a terrace where you can admire a beautiful view of the Gulf and the Arab castle - Norman that I recommend to visit. All the environment is new, comfortable and modern, an ideal vacation setting and for those who do not want to use the car to move around and have fun, everything is close to the house as banks, pharmacy, bakery and post office. There are bars, restaurants, bakeries, pizzerias, pubs and mini-cruises in the area called "Cala marina" to see the Riserva dello Zingaro or Scopello and the coast full of caves, with a splendid sea. A motorboat can also be rented for a private tour or fishing-tourism, and in the end, the fishermen give fish to the tourists.
This area is one of the favorite of tourists because it is in the historical center and a few meters from the municipal villa Detta "Villa Margherita"
Where you can admire a magnificent panorama of the Gulf and the Amphitheater "Arena of the Roses", where there are many fashion show events and outdoor shows, really interesting. Another feature is the mountain that surrounds the country offering the opportunity to hike, or visit the beautiful caves such as the horse with the help of the CAI, or in the Belvedere area you can see another view of the Gulf more Wide: from airport F. Borsellino in San Vito Lo Capo. The house is about 25 km from airport F. Borsellino, about 50 km from Palermo and 40 from Trapani and 15 minutes by car to Scopello. There is also a lot of entertainment on the beach, which can be reached in 5 minutes by car, where there are bars, restaurants and beaches. The house is available in September.
