Beautiful old house full of charm in the heart of Languedoc
In the heart of Languedoc, discover our beautiful house of 170m2 in stone, located in a medieval village between sea and mountains.
You can enjoy the sun by the pool (8x4) and a good plancha in a haven of greenery.
Our house is equipped with:
a large living-dining room of 56m2 (with 2 windows, a door window and a window, this room gives access to 3 different terraces).
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large landing.
An independent kitchen with all the necessary equipment, overlooking a terrace.
From a big landing
The house is on three levels
You will also have a laundry room.
The garden pocede several terraces to privilege according to the sunshine.
From the house, you can walk or bike in the small crosses crisscrossing the vineyards or go hiking in the Caroux, to the Gorges d'Heric
The city of Beziers is 15 minutes by car
That of Pezenas, homeland of Molière, has 20 min
The beaches are 25 minutes away.
The Haut Languedoc Park is
You will find shops nearby and a supermarket on the neighboring village
