Excellent location for visiting Palermo.Apartment is on 2nd floor but there is a lift.Very spacious apartment with two roof terraces. Comfortable bed with quality linens. The apartment has some interesting pictures and decorative items.Some more wine glasses would be nice.

La Terrazza S. Francesco was a delightful place to stay. Situated in the vibrant Khalsa district it has cafes, bars and a great supermarket close by. The apartment was beautifully furnished with two wonderful terraces. It was just the right size and set up for two couples to share, relax and enjoy wonderful Palermo.

Great apartment in the Kalsa neighborhood

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff at Wonderful Italy was very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. They were especially helpful in arranging taxis to and from the property. The apartment is spacious with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and clean bathrooms. We especially like the upstairs terrace where we'd have breakfast everyday. The location is ideal, within walking distance to the churches, market and other sights, as well as many excellent restaurants, cafes and gelato shops. We were very happy just strolling the streets. We would definitely stay here again if visiting beautiful Palermo!

Terrible Customer Service

When I checked in I was told the heating was on a set schedule and was locked, so guests could not adjust it. The temperature was supposed to get up to 20°C (68°F), a little cool for my taste but survivable. The host left, the heating shut off at 18°C (64°F) about 30min later and never came back on, by the time it hit 14°C (57°F), I tried to reach out to the host and received an automated message saying they are unreachable from 7PM - 10AM. So I just had to freeze all night under piles of blankets. In the morning they offered to send someone to look at it at noon if I could stick around to let them in, on my vacation. There was also a leak in the roof and they "needed me to let that repair person in and out to work on the roof" while I was staying there, again, this is supposed to be my vacation and I'm the one dealing with repair crews. Also, I booked the house because it has a Jacuzzi tub and I knew I'd be on my feet a lot. Turns out the Jacuzzi tub is also broken, so I filled it to take a normal bath only to get in a realize it's surrounded with black mold. I ended up leaving to check into hotel after the first night, I contacted the host and they said "they'll look into the issues", they never replied or answered my requests again and they never did anything about it. I tried to contact VRBO about it and was told I have to work with the host. So I just paid for 4 nights at a place that was a nightmare to stay in for 1 night. I'll never bookVRBO or Wonderful Italy again

L'appartamento sarebbe molto bello ma necessita di manutenzione, gli infissi si chiudono male sono di legno e non insonorizzati, mancano delle tessere del mosaico del piatto doccia con il rischio di tagliarsi, la pulizia non è accurata, nella terrazza della cucina c'erano ancora vecchi mozziconi di sigaretta. I letti sono molto comodi e i condizionatori funzionano bene. Ovviamente quello che fa la differenza sono le terrazze molto piacevoli. Nel complesso siamo stati bene.
