Family holiday

We love walking around La Coruna and going to the many beaches. The apartment is in an ideal location for this. It was perfect for the requirements of our family.

El apartamento estaba perfectamente hubicado y si tuviera que poner alguna pega es que aparte de que es un 4 sin ascensor pero eso ya lo sabía cuándo lo reserve, es zona azul, pero si os digo la verdad no me a costado aparcar en ningún momento y el pago solo era desde las 10 hasta las 14 y desde las 16 hasta las 20h pero se paga 1,30 cada dos horas así que está muy bien, me a encantado todo lo que he visitado si hubiera sabido que me iba a gustar tanto me hubiera quedado mucho más tiempo

Un buen sitio

Limpio, bien ubicado y con un relación calidad/precio muy buena. La ubicación es excepcional, a 3 minutos de la Plaza de María Pita y zona de vinos. El Paseo del Orzán/Riazor se ve desde la puerta del edificio. Tiene de todo. El único "pero" que le pongo es que es un cuarto piso sin ascensor, pero una vez que te acostumbras, casi lo agradeces para bajar todo lo que te tomas en el día. Prevalece la ubicación sobre este pequeño detalle. Para mí, un 5 sobre 5. Volveremos. G. Rey.

El piso es como en el anuncio,la zona perfecta y con todos los servicios al lado,el paseo y la playa a 200 metros y Nieves la propietaria majisima y muy atenta.

Piso muy bien situado.

La ubicación del apartamento está prácticamente en el centro, el piso es muy amplio y estaba muy limpio. Nos sorprendió gratamente la cantidad de útiles que había a disposición del huésped, desde la cocina hasta algunos juegos para los niños. En resumen, alojamiento muy recomendable.

Piso céntrico, a 100 m de la playa con Mercadona al lado y zona de pinchos. Excelente comunicación con la propietaria. Limpieza con todos los utensilios necesarios para una estancia vacacional o de fin de semana. La única pega, que es un cuarto piso sin ascensor. Por lo demás, muy recomendable. Volveremos.

Limpieza y detalles sobresalientes

Además de la excelente ubicación del inmueble , cabe destacar la pulcritud en la limpieza del mismo. Así mismo hay que agradecer a la propietaria la gran cantidad de pequeños detalles que se van encontrando a lo largo de todo el piso para hacer así el disfrute pleno de una estancia muy cómoda. La verdad es que hemos estado como en nuestra propia casa.
