This historic apartment, a few steps from the new marina of Imperia Marina and the bathing establishments, is located in a quiet, dead-end street with limited traffic.
The recent renovation has been carried out respecting the original structures with the intent of maintaining and enhancing the elements and the characteristic atmosphere of the imperiese maritime dwellings typical of past centuries.
The house has two double bedrooms and one single, small living room, kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower accessible from the balcony and is equipped with WIFI and washing machine.
The mattresses, crockery and linen supplied are new.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben uns nach der langen Fahrt über die köstliche Focaccia gefreut. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Liebevoll wird die Erinnerung an nonno Vaporetto auffecht erhalten. Grazie per La cordiale ac oglienza.

Schöne Wohnung - für uns perfekt

Wir waren im Herbst 2018 mit unseren 3 Kindern in Lucas´ Wohnung. Für uns war sie perfekt: ebenso liebe- wie stilvoll (aber nicht überladen) eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht. Sie liegt mitten im Zentrum, dabei aber in einer ruhigen Sackgasse.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Wohnung sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und wir haben uns direkt in dem italienischen Flair sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage im Ort ist perfekt. Der Hafen, die Promenade und auch Lebensmittel Geschäfte sind nach wenigen Schritten erreicht. Rundum ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Lieben Dank an Silvia für den netten Empfang

Beautiful & clean apartment, close to the beach

We (2 adults and 3 young kids) had a very pleasant stay at Lucas apartment. The apartment was very clean and neat with attention to detail and is located in a back street very close to the public beach, harbour, restaurants and bars. Luca is a very obliging host. He cares about his guests and whenever we had a question we received the answer immediately. Thank you very much!

Einfach schön

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern (10, 13) eine Woche in Lucas Ferienwohnung verbracht. Was sollen wir sagen? Perfekt. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und dennoch ruhig, nur wenige Minuten von den Geschäften (Bäckerei ab 7 Uhr), der Altstadt, der Hafenpromenade und dem schönen, gepflegten Sandstrand entfernt. Von Porto Maurizio aus erreicht man mit dem Auto in etwa einer halben Stunde die Startpunkte für herrliche Wanderungen - auch die öffentlichen Busse nach San Remo oder ins Hinterland sind bequem erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und mit sehr viel Sachverstand und Ideen vollständig saniert. Ein interessanter Grundriss, hohe, luftige Räume, viel Stauraum, Fliesenböden, liebevoll restaurierte Möbel, ein neues Bad (über den Balkon zu erreichen, das ist aber kein Problem), ein gutes Lichtkonzept, hervorragende Betten. Die Küche (Gas) ist einfach, aber es fehlt an nichts. Wir hatten einen sehr guten Kontakt zum Vermieter und fühlten uns rundum gut betreut. Sehr gerne werden wir wiederkommen!

Ruhig und zentral gelegen, rustikal und geräumig

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in Porto Maurizio. Wir wurden nett empfangen. Luca war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sauber, romantisch und originell und zweckmässig eingerichtet und für unsere Badeferien ideal. Sie ist nur wenige Schritte vom Strand, guten Restaurants und der wunderschönen Altstatt enfernt in einer ruhigen Gasse gelegen und hat einen hübschen kleinen Balkon.
