House in the heart of the South-West, near the Périgord, in a landscape of green hills overlooking the Lot valley.
We offer a self-contained gite and ground floor near the owners' house.
You will benefit from a vast privative terrace of 30m2 without person opposite, with jacuzzi and a panoramic view on the campaign and the country house of Monclar d'Agenais. Quiet and relaxed ...
The house offers:
- a large living room of 50m2 in a loft / contemporary spirit and which opens onto the countryside thanks to a (south) façade completely glazed. This main room regroups living room, open kitchen, meal corner and is characterized by its great clarity (roof vitré with electric blind)
- 1 bedroom (140x190) and 1 bedroom (2x90)
- 1 bathroom with shower + WC
- Facilities: Sunbathing, garden furniture, barbecue, heating, air conditioning, private parking.
- Services: Internet access, jacuzzi (extra charge according to consumption), cleaning service: 49 €. Linen included unless less than a week.
- Minimum stay: 3 days
You will be able to compose your program: barbecues, hikes, visits of the bastides of the South-West (Pujols, Pennes d'Agenais, Monflanquin ...) and close to the vineyards of Duras, Buzet, Bergerac and Bordeaux.

Accueil tres sympa des proprietaires. Gîte confortable, moderne , conforme à la description, avec vue imprenable sur la campagne environnante. Je recommande cet endroit pour ceux qui ont envie de se reposer et se ressourcer avec la nature.

Un havre de paix et de tranquillité, parfait pour des citadins post confinement.

Logement avec une vue incroyable, tout confort, on passe son temps à regarder la nature et à écouter les oiseaux. Propriétaires très sympathiques et arrangeants. Un rêve !

Très bon séjour au calme sur la colline verdoyante.

Parfait pour nos vacances cet été (avec 2 très jeunes enfants) : jolie maison moderne tres spacieuse, lumineuse et équipée. Coin tres calme et vue magnifique. Facile de trouver des activites dans un rayon de 15-30 min : beaux villages, baignade, restaurants de tb qualité, parcs pour enfants, etc. Tres bien accueillis par les propriétaires. Merci !
