It is located at the south end of the valley, 5 minutes from the Paganella Highland ski area in a relaxed and spectacular setting, immersed in nature in a secluded location but close to all kinds of shops, services or leisure activities.
It is a one-family house consisting of a large living room with fireplace, boiserie, benches, two sofa beds, dining table with 7-9 seats and access to the terrace and garden. Small entrance hall and large kitchen with work table. Bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with 3 single beds. Bathroom and large terrace of 35 sqm. Private car park with 2-3 car spaces. Flat garden limited by hedges in panoramic position.
Holiday resort, ideal for walks and excursions on the Brenta, 5 minutes from Andalo and Fai, 10 minutes from Molveno and its lake with possibility to practice mountaineering, skiing, skating, swimming, etc ...

Wonderfull view and very nice place

The house is big, the localisation and the view is wonderfull. No roof on the rooms gives less intimity, as we were with friends for mountain biking it wasn't a problem. Super holidays

Schöne Lage

Hervorzuheben ist hier insbesondere der schöne Ausblick von der Veranda des Hauses, nach Westen auf die Brenta-Dolomiten und nach Norden weit in das Nonstal. In der Beschreibung des Hauses sollte aber vielleicht noch erwähnt werden, dass die Zimmer keine Decken haben und es also praktisch keinerlei Geräuschisolierung zwischen den Räumen gibt.

Vista spettacolare e totale relax

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è in una posizione incredibile e gode di una vista eccezionale su tutta la valle. L'interno della casa è molto bello e curato. I muri non fino al soffitto non hanno rappresentato un problema per una coppia come noi. Magari risulta un pò buia all'interno ma non sono dettagli che ci hanno "rovinato" la vacanza. Ottima comunicazione con l'host. Torneremo di sicuro!

Vorsicht falsche Angaben!

Die Angaben zu dem Haus sind falsch. Uns wurden 3 Schlafzimmer angeboten, jedoch verfügt das Haus nur über 2 Schlafzimmer. Diese 2 Zimmer sind nur durch nach oben offene Wände zum Wohnbereich abgetrennt. Für uns 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder gab es keine Privatsphäre und die Kinder kamen nicht zur Ruhe. Die Großeltern mussten auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer übernachten. Das Haus ist nicht für 7 Personen ausgestattet, es fehlt an Geschirr. Es gibt noch nicht mal eine Pfanne. Es gab bei der Anreise keinerlei Einweisung, weder mündlich noch schriftlich, z. B. bezüglich der Mülltrennung. Auf unsere Beschwerden wurde völlig unzureichend reagiert.

Vue splendide, la maison a besoin d'être améliorée

La maison ne comporte que 2 chambres et non 3 comme indiqué sur le site. Il manque quelques éléments indispensables pour faire la cuisine ( il n'y a que 5 casseroles, pas de poêle, pas de plat pour le four) Les lumières ne fonctionnent pas partout. Le robinet de la baignoire est dangereux surtout pour les enfants. Les murs ne montant pas jusqu'au plafond, il n'y a pas d'isolation phonique entre les pièces ni vraiment d'intimité. C'est vraiment dommage car la maison a beaucoup de potentiel et une vue extraordinaire.

Ottima posizione

La casa si trova in ottima posizione, permettendo di raggiungere in 15/20 minuti diverse mete turistiche. Anche la casa ci è piaciuta, era precisa per noi (5 adulti e 2 bimbi), ma ci siamo adeguati senza problemi. Ottima accoglienza, sig.ra Romina gentile e disponibile, come la proprietaria della casa, sempre pronta per rispondere alle nostre domande. Ottimo il prezzo.

Een adembenemend uitzicht!

Een leuke villa op een geweldige locatie, met een adembenemend uitzicht. Met een ontbijt op het terras met zo’n uitzicht kan de dag niet meer stuk! Cavedago is een klein dorp waar wel alles is wat je nodig hebt en waar je zo naartoe loopt, dat is echt fijn. De ontvangst was minder; op zich een heel vriendelijk ontvangst maar geen enkele uitleg, wat we wel hebben gemist. Het zou handig zijn als er een gebruiksaanwijzing ligt en praktische zaken, bv: wat doe je met de vuilnis, hoe werkt de tv, wasmachine, etc. De villa is basic ingericht (vooral qua keukenspullen) en je moet je eigen beddengoed en handdoeken meenemen. Dit vind ik wel jammer, maar was ons medegedeeld dus het kwam niet als een verrassing. Alles werkt goed; lekker warm water, gasfornuis, oven, etc. We hebben heerlijke 2 weken gehad en zouden een volgende keer zo weer terug willen komen.

Splendida poiszione, alcuni miglioramenti necessari

La posizione e gli spazi sono eccellenti: la terrazza e il grande salone permettono un ottimo soggiorno. Qualche carenza invece nell'organizzazione: interruttori che non funzionano, attrezzatura da cucina non sufficiente, letti di una camera adatti per ragazzi e non per adulti, necessità di una tenda in salone. Fate attenzione alla descrizione fornita dal proprietario (molto gentile): le stanze non hanno le pareti fino al soffitto, per cui luce e rumori sono quelli di un grande ambiente unico.

Posizione incantevole

Villetta bella e ben posizionata. Tutta in legno, molto accogliente.... indipendente ma vicino a tutto, anche a piedi. Le stanze senza soffitto tolgono privacy ma la sua bellezza ti ricompensa .

Io personalmente sono molto legata a quel luogo, che ho ereditato da mio padre, nativo del paese e che mi ricorda gli anni della mia infanzia e della mia giovinezza. Anche la scelta di lasciare le stanze senza soffitto è stata dettata dal desiderio di vedere l'orditura del tetto aperto come un grande ombrello a protezione di una location in mezzo alla natura. Splendid view!

Villa Mosa is a small and basic but charming house. It is charming because of the location. From the terrace, the view towards the 'Val di Non' is splendid. And also the quiet valley you look at is very charming. We saw buzzards and deer during breakfast! The location is also very good for exploring the region: great footpathes in the mountains, culture in Valle di Non and Trento. We certainly fell in love with the location of this house.

Chalet grande ed accogliente

La settimana è volata in questo luogo incantevole. Lo chalet domina la vallata e si gode di una veduta eccezionale. C'è molto silenzio perché è lontano dalla strada e dalle altre case...il relax è garantito. La casa è grande e l'abitabilità è ottima...in tre adulti con il cane di grossa taglia siamo stati benissimo. Ci torneremo.

Ruhe und wunderbarer Blick

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Man ist sehr für sich und kann den Urlaub genießen. Beeindruckend und schön war der Blick von der Terrasse ins Tal. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wlan ist nicht im Haus, aber wir hatten über mobiles Internet trotzdem eine sehr gute Netzverbindung.

Buon potenziale, ma poco funzionale. Ideale per un weekend

Parto con il dire che la proprietaria è molto gentile e simpatica. Purtroppo abitando a molti km di distanza si affida a persone del posto che non si sono dimostrate disponibili e attente. La casa si trova in una posizione fantastica, in mezzo a un prato, fuori dalla via principale, con una vista spettacolare della valle. A pochi passi nel paese trovi tutto e la gente del paese è cordiale e disponibile. Il resto purtroppo non va tanto. Innanzitutto, come anticipato, la persona che ci ha aperto la casa sembrava quasi scocciata di farlo e non ha spiegato quasi nulla. Abbiamo avuto un infestazione di vespe nella casa e pur richiedendo numerose volte l'intervento, sempre promesso, mai avvenuto, abbiamo risolto intervenendo noi comprando spray e andando sul tetto. La casa è spaziosa, ma risultava alla consegna un po' sporca. Il problema più grosso è che non avendo i soffitti nelle camere si sente tutto tra le stanze, ogni minimo bisbiglio. In più la finestra panoramica del salotto non ha coperture, quindi alla prima luce del sole tutta la casa si illumina. In sostanza come vacanza lunga per la famiglia la sconsiglierei, per un weekend lungo tra amici, anche numerosi, è perfetta.

Wonderful stay in beautiful surroundings

This house is perfectly located within walking distance of the local amenities. The photos didn’t do it full justice, the views are amazing, every aspect having mountain views. Great place for kids and not overlooked. We really enjoyed the week and would recommend to anyone. Only thing lacking is BBQ etc, we took a small one with us.

Schöne Gegend

Gute Lage des Hauses am Rand von Cavedago, so das man keine Nachbarn, dafür aber einen super Blick in Tal hat. Nette Aufteilung und ausreichend für 4-5 Personen. Nur 3 km zum Skigebiet. Absolut negativ war aber die Übergabe des Hauses. Da wir das Haus vom 28.12.2019 - 4.1.2020 gemietet haben, wurde uns zugesichert, das das Haus bereits vorgeheizt wäre. Als wir ankamen waren es gerade mal 8° IM Haus. Auch am 2 Tag waren es nicht über 14°. Während des gesammten Urlaubes kamen wir nicht über 20° Raumthemperatur. Ofen lief Tag und Nacht. Verheizt hatten wir in der Zeit 10 Säcke Holz ( offener Kamin ) und 180 kg Pellets. Bei der Übergabe keine Erklärung über die Funktion des Ofens, noch eine andere Einweisung wie z.B. wo Einkaufen, woher Pellets bekommen u.s.w. absolut nichts. Weder in Deutsch oder Englisch. Auch während des Aufenthaltes nicht einmal nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist ( sind wir anders gewohnt ). Da H. Tabet nicht im Ort wohnt, und er wahrscheinlich eine Hausverwalterin für das Haus hat, kann er nichts dafür. Aber 8 Grad IM Haus über den Winter ( und wir hatten ein kleines Kind dabei ) geht gar nicht. Wenn es meine Hausverwalterin wäre, würde Sie für mich nicht mehr arbeiten. Ich würde auch sehr gerne wiederkommen, wenn so was nicht mehr passiert.

Prachtig uitzicht!

We hebben genoten van dit huis aan de rand van het dorp. Het heeft een geweldig uitzicht! Nadeel vonden wij wel dat de slaapkamers geen plafond hebben, waardoor je in het hele huis alles van elkaar kunt horen. . Dat was ons uit de advertentie niet helemaal duidelijk geworden. Verder een prima plek voor een heerlijke vakantie.

Traumhafter Blick

Das Haus liegt unterhalb des Ortes Cavedago und hat einen traumhaften Blick in die Berge sowie ins Tal. Um diesen rundum genießen zu können, wäre es wünschenswert gewesen, wenn auch Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm vorhanden wären. Ansonsten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Pizzeria "Fiore Blu" im Ort und der Molveno-See. Vielen Dank und alles Gute!

Bewertung Ferienhaus Cavedago

Die Zimmeraufteilung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.Sehr hellhörig.Aber man hält sich ja nur kurz im Haus auf.Man hätte eher drauf aufmerksam machen sollen , das Handtücher und Bettwäsche mitzubringen sind.Hab die Mail am 20.7. bekommen.(kurz vor Abreise) Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.Die ruhige Lage war optimal für Wanderungen oder Radtouren.Ebenso war man schnell mir dem Rad oder per Pedes am Molvenosee.

Zeit für Enspannung

Das saubere und geräumige Ferienhaus liegt ruhig und abseits der Hauptstraße in einem netten Ort. Die Aussicht auf das Tal und die Berge ist grandios. Von hier aus lassen sich Wanderungen in die nähere und weitere Umgebung sehr gut unternehmen. Der Eigentümer ist bei der Lösung kleinerer Probleme wirklich sehr bemüht und freundlich. Ein Stern Abzug für die Ausstattung, denn Kaffeemaschine und Toaster z.B. fehlten und der defekte Backofen wurde durch eine bereit gestellte Mikrowelle nicht wirklich ersetzt. Insgesamt hat der Aufenthalt hier sehr gefallen, so dass eine Empfehlung uneingeschränkt ausgesprochen werden kann.
