This fantastic 4 bedroom Villa plus 1 extra room (additional cost), has a private pool, excellent sea views and elegant interiors.



From the road we find the main entrance on the upper level, but on the lower level there is a large parking lot in Portuguese stone pavement that leads to the closed garage for 2 cars.



The front door opens onto the entrance hall, where we find the bedrooms on the left, the lounge in front and the kitchen on the right and access to both the terrace and the games room in the basement. The living room has large, comfortable sofas and a beautiful dining area. Sliding doors open onto a south facing terrace overlooking the sea, pool and garden.



To the left of the entrance hall there is a bathroom with shower and an extra bedroom with two single beds (additional cost). The bedrooms are on the left side of the house, there is a double bedroom, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two beds, which share a living room and a complete bathroom, and the master bedroom with private bathroom and closet. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and air conditioning/heating.



To the right of the entrance hall is a small hallway leading to the fully equipped kitchen which has a door to the outside dining area. Also in this hallway are two wooden sliding doors: the first goes down to the lower level of the house and the second goes to the upper level of the house. On the lower level, the first door on the right leads to the garage. On the left side there is a bathroom with shower, a playroom, but also convertible into a bedroom equipped with two somersault sofas, which make two single beds and a games room with sliding doors to the patio and pool. .



On the upper level is the roof terrace that runs the length of the villa, where you can enjoy a drink as you admire the view over the surrounding countryside to the sea beyond.



Outside, the spacious pool terrace has a large private swimming pool and offers a good deal of seclusion.



Nestled on the hillside of Cerro dAguia, above Sao Rafael, Villa Gardenia has views of the city to the sea. The villa is not far from a selection of amazing beaches, the center of Sao Rafael as well as the popular Albufeira marina.
