Best view ever at the roof top! The house was super clean and had all the stuff you need. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect. Plenty of kitchen accessories and the pool was also amazing. Nearby there are a lot of beautiful bays to swim and to snorkle. Nothing at all!

Wonderful Holiday

We really had a very nice holiday. Very nice house with lots of space and a nice big pool. Also great fun for kids to play around the house on the football field. Everything looked neat and was well cared for. Definitely worth repeating!!! I really don't know. Everything was fine.

Family holiday in Moraira

We had a really lovely holiday in this villa, it has ample space for two families, there are lots of areas to sit and the roof terrace has amazing views, the villa is equipped with everything you would need for a self catering holiday, we really enjoyed the outside dining area and bbq, the pool was great fun, the beds were comfortable too. The Solhabitat team were always contactable if we had any queries. A small improvement would be the shower heads in the en-suite could do with replacing or cleaning as some of the holes were blocked but all in all it was a great holiday.

Winter in Villa Sport

The varying outdoor spaces were ideal for enjoying the winter sunshine. The villa was spacious and well designed. There was ample bedding and towels. With regard to the white goods the washing machine and tumble dryer were one of its best features. The underfloor heating requires overhauling. Before new clients take up residence, the equipment namely the crockery should be inspected and replaced where necessary.

Family Holiday

The villa was exceptionaly clean and all fixtures and fittings were of high quality, although several pieces of crockery were chipped and a better selection of glasses would be better. The outside area was great...our 6 year old grandson loved the football pitch and we all enjoyed the pool. Uk satellite tv would have been welcome for our group of 4 generations. Friends down the road had full sky UK channels. The wardrobes in the downstairs room could be improved by removing one set of drawers as they make it impossible to hang full length clothes without getting them creased. The size of the house. The views. The pool and outside area. The big car parking. Football fields. Washing and dryer machine. Grill was excellent. The model of beeing able to book and pay on Solhabitat site. Electricity capacity. Better and more reliable internet. Leaf collector of the pool could have been better. Refrigerator is a little bit small for 6 adult persons, need to shop almost every day. So something to cool beverage. Outside fabrics for the outside furniture. The picture on the site is from the new built and furniture house, it does not reflect the reality especially with outside furniture mentioned above. Because of stop in pipes for the shower outside we needed to have a big suction truck for hours disturbing our vacation and gardeners running machines so that we could not use the garden or pool during half a day. That should have been done prior to our stay. Overall our thrust for Solhabitat is good.

Great service and support from Solhabitat staff. Responded promptly to questions and requests from booking through to departure. Key collection was seamless. Couldn’t fault Hector and his colleagues. Thank you for looking after us so well. The villa is well presented, minimal and very clean with comfortable bedrooms and great bathrooms. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. The views from the roof terrace are fantastic and there is ample parking for cars. The villa is on a deceptively large plot with a number of terrace and garden areas. Not all of these had seating which was a shame as we couldn’t enjoy all the areas especially one of the bedroom terraces with a nice view for a morning coffee. The outdoor furniture that is there was comfortable and of good quality. Easy to get to the centre of Moraira by car. Unfortunately the road the villa is located on turned out to be quite a busy one, it’s a through road and as the pool is at the front of the property next to the road, the traffic was very noticeable and consistent for most of the day.The description of the villa states it is in a quiet neighbourhood without traffic which isn’t accurate, the neighbourhood maybe quiet but the traffic meant that poolside was disturbed by vehicle noise making relaxing more difficult. More outdoor furniture and parasols would be useful to make the most of the different areas around the villa. Hector brought an additional parasol as there was only one when we arrived. Suggest trimming the hedges to allow more sun on the pool for as long as possible to keep it at a nice temperature. Some days it was quite chilly but we managed to still go in.

Ferienhaus Moraira Oktober 2023

Haus wie in Anzeige beschrieben in sauberem Zustand, tatkräftige Unterstützung der Agentur, aber: Whirlpool extrem verschmutzt und während des gesamten Aufenthaltes trotz Reparaturversuche ohne Funktion !, deutsches Fernsehprogramm nur gelegentlich empfangbar wegen Wackelkontakt in Antennenkabel, dauernd schrillendes Alarmsignal der Alarmanlage (Abstellung erfolgte erst bei zweitem Reparaturversuch nach Ausbau der Zentraleinheit), Aussenpool leider nicht beheizt, daher wegen der Jahreszeit zum Baden zu kalt, Hoftorelektrik war ausgefallen und musste erst wieder instandgesetzt werden. Agentur vor Ort hat sich aber stark bemüht die Mängel zeitnah abzustellen. Übergabe der Schlüssel bei Abreise sehr gut geregelt. Kaution wurde sehr sehr zeitnah zurücküberwiesen. Da wir speziell wegen dem Whirlpool aus mehren Häusern uns extra für dieses entschieden haben, bleibt trotz vieler positiver Eindrücke leider ein fader Beigeschmack, weil der Whirlpool nicht funktionierte.

Schönes, modernes Haus mit toller, grosser Dachterrasse

Problemlose Anmeldung bei Solhabitat und speditive Abwicklung. Auf E-Mail und Whattsapp Anfragen wurde umgehend reagiert. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und soweit gut ausgerüstet. Die Dachterrasse ist am Abend wirklich spektakulär die Aussicht ist toll. Gesamtbewertung liegt zwischen gut und ausgezeichnet. Gut ist zu wenig, ausgezeichnet etwas zu viel. Ein zweiter Sonnenschirm wäre bei der Grösse dieses Hauses sehr angebracht. Nur ein Schirm für 4-6 Personen ist definitiv zu wenig. Auf unsere Anfrage hin nach einem zweiten Schirm wurde leider geantwortet, dass ein Schirm für 4 Personen genügend sei...... das ist für uns nicht so kundenfreundlich. Die untere Lounge könnte mit einem Sonnensegel geschützt werden, sodass man sie auch am Tag benützen kann. Ansonsten ist sie voll in der Sonne. Eine Kissenbox wäre wünschenswert, damit die Polster bei Regen verräumt werden können. Polster sind doch recht abgenutzt.

Schöne Villa mit viel Platz

Toll konzipierte Villa mit viel Raum drinnen und draußen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Gute Betten und schöne Bäder sind ebenfalls vorhanden und wenn es mal ein Problem gab, waren die Mitarbeiter von Solhabitat sofort zur Stelle. Schade, dass man sein Fahrzeug nicht in der Garage parken.

VACACIONES EN UNA CASA ESTUPENDA

La casa es estupenda. Tiene todas las comodidades para pasar unas vacaciones estupendas. La piscina es genial, pero el jacuzzi es una pasada¡¡¡¡ Ver el atardecer mientras tomas un baño relajante es un lujo¡¡. Las camas son muy cómodas. Y, el contacto con la agencia es estupendo. Ningún pero. Totalmente serviciales en todo momento. En general está todo bastante bien, pero hay algunas cosillas mejorables: el agua caliente no salía en uno de los baños de arriba ( aunque es cierto que enseguida vinieron a intentar solucionarlo pero no fue posible), el frigorifico no funciona del todo bien, la barbacoa ya se nota que tiene su uso, pero, como digo, en general, todo está muy bien cuidado.

A Great family holiday

We stayed at this Villa for a week at the end of May and really enjoyed the many seating areas, hot tub, football pitch and the pool. The Villa was very clean and was comfortably furnished. Each bedroom had large double bed, all with en suite facilities. The Living room also had a large smart TV and a sound system. Kitchen was well equipped and very clean. The service provided by Solhabitat was very good who dealt with a couple of small issues very promptly and kept in contact with us during our week. We would recommend the company and this property to others and we would return. Instructions for hot tub could be clearer and it should have been cleaned before we arrived.

Lovely Stay on Moraira

The villa was large and allowed numerous people to stay there without being on top of each other. The rooftop terrace was great, and the football pitch was excellent. Everything was clean and in good condition. A basic welcome pack would be good. The villa is very luxurious, and therefore a week's accommodation is not cheap. We arrived late, and if some basics had been provided, this would have been very useful. E.g. bottled water. The third bed is a sofa bed and not very comfortable (ideal for kids but not adults). Surprised such a big Villa only has 2 proper beds.
