Located on the seafront of Catona, a few meters from the public and private beaches, the apartment offers a sun terrace with shower, barbecue and lounge for your relaxation, where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Strait of Messina and Mount Etna. a kitchen complete with utensils and fridge, a dining area on the veranda with sea view, a living room with a 32 "LCD TV, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and LCD TV and 2 private bathrooms.
On request, a catering service with fresh fish and typical Calabrian products is available. Guests can also enjoy discounted rates at nearby private beaches.
La Veranda is about 4 km from the port and the train station of Villa San Giovanni. A shuttle service to / from Reggio Calabria Airport is available on request. Reggio Calabria city center is a 15-minute drive away, while Scilla is a 20-minute drive from the property. Free WIFI.
Before check-out, a check will be carried out to check the condition of the apartment.
Any damage caused will be charged to the customer.
Advice for those traveling by car from the north, exit A2 of Villa San Giovanni, then continue towards Catona (4 km), in case of traffic at the junction of Villa San Giovanni, continue a couple of kilometers to the exit A2 Gallico and continue towards Catona (2 km). The A2 junction of Arghillà (1km) is the closest but only for those coming from Reggio Calabria or from the south.
