Vinkuran is a small village on the south coast of Istria. It is placed 3 km from Pula on the crossroad of road for Medulin and Premantura, where is the middle of all night life happenings. In the place you can find a couple smaller stores and restaurants.
There are multiple units in this villa, 3 apartments in total.
The villa is a summer holiday rental in the peaceful area with pine woods around. It is 250 m away from the sea and is situated in the borough of Medulin. It takes 4 km to Pula and some historical monuments. The villa is ideal for families and couples. You can find fun, night life, the city, some monuments, a green market, shopping centers and sport activities in 10 - 20 minutes distance, but you still find peaceful and quiet rest in the villa - the ideal combination. Sea distance 200 m, supermarket distance 100 m, restaurant distance 50 m, distance to the center of Pula 3 km, distance to the green market 3 km, hospital distance 3 km, bus station distance 200 m and tourist agency in 1 km distance


The most beautifull beaches and happenings are in range from 1 to 10 km, therefore the location is ideal for the ones who prefer peace and quiet, but with possibility to change that whitin few minutes.
The Vinkuran valey is ideal for the long walks and relaxation and you can surely take a wonderfull sunset photos.... You can take a swim there, eventhough it is partialy wild beach and partialy marina (see photos).

Please, keep in mind that the villa isa a multi-unit property, and there are 3 apartments (sleeps 3+2 (A3), or 5 (A1), or 7 persons (A2)) in the house. In addition landlords live in the house.

Aditional payments are required for:

registration: 4 euro for a person;
pet: 5 euro/for a pet/for a day;
air conditioning: 5 euro/for a day;

Final cleaning:
At the departure, we will check the apartment together.
We keep our right to charge aditional 100 kuna (cca 15 euro) if apartmant is not left clean at the departure as it was found at the arrival.

If you make the reservation for 2 weeks or longer, we will make a home made dinner of local specialities!
It's up to you just to choose do you prefer a vege, fish or meat?
