House 193 in the town of Prigradica, Korčula - South Dalmatia has accommodation units of type Apartment (2) and is 200 m away from the sea. The nearest beach to this accommodation is a pebble beach. As the house is subdivided into multiple apartments, other guests may be present during your stay. Your hosts will not be staying in the house during your holiday. The house owner is under no obligation to accept additional persons and pets that were not stated in the reservation request and it is necessary to report them in advance.

Apartment can accommodate 5 guests. Beds are situated in 1 sleeping rooms, but also in the dining room, within 54m2. Guests can use a private terrace to enjoy the warm summer evenings. Food can be prepared using barbecue which is shared with other guests too. This accommodation unit welcomes pets at an additional charge.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: tourist tax, final cleaning, parking, internet, laundry, iron, ironing board, hairdryer.

Lokacija je jako lijepa, pogled iz apartmana divan i iznimno ljubazan i srdačan domaćin. Također, apartman je prostran i ispunjen svim potrebnim sadržajima. Ipak, s obzirom da je objekt poprilično star i zahtjeva renovaciju i obnovu, čistoća je na jako lošem nivou. Uz to, problem su i neispravni uređaji poput štednjaka i pećnice, mravi u kuhinji, rupe u prozoru kupaone zbog čega je cijena ipak malo previsoka s obzirom na uslugu.

Wir hatten während unserer Ferien in Bosnien und Kroatien mehrere Unterkünfte, wobei die in Prigradica leider die schlechteste war. Die Wohnung ist absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäss, sprich veraltet. Das Mobiliar hat bis auf wenige Ausnahmen Sperrmüllniveau. Der Spiegelschrank im Bad ist verrostet und man möchte ihn nicht öffnen. Die Toilettenbrille ist sehr labil und wir mussten sie mehrmals richten (wie ich in älteren Kommentaren gelesen habe, scheint dieses Problem schon länger zu bestehen - unverständlich warum man das nicht austauschen kann). Der Duschvorhang schliesst schlecht, sodass nach dem Duschen der Boden unter Wasser steht. Die Küchenmöbel sind aufgequollen und riechen stark. Der Kühlschrank ist geschätzte 30 Jahre alt und benötigt etwa zwei Tage, um auf Temperatur zu kommen. Geschirr und Besteck sind abgenutzt und es passen kaum zwei Teile zusammen. In der Küche gibt es nur kaltes Wasser. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein alter Röhren-TV inkl. Zimmerantenne aufgestellt. Empfang ist gleich Null - wobei wahrscheinlich auch nur kroatische Sender zu empfangen wären. Im Flur hinter der Eingangstür war ein grosser Flachbildschirm abgestellt - warum auch immer. Von der Decke hängen meist nackte Glühlampen, ohne Lampenschirm. Insgesamt gibt es sieben Schlafplätze, wobei die restliche Einrichtung nicht für so viele Personen ausgelegt ist. Die Betten und Bettwäsche waren soweit in Ordnung. Was sehr unangenehm auffällt ist der Geruch in der Wohnung. Offenbar wurde dort viel geraucht und auch ständiges Lüften brachte keine Besserung. Da sehr viele Katzen auf dem Grundstück sind, kann man die Eingangstür nie zum Lüften offen lassen, da die Katzen sonst in die Wohnung kommen. Im hinteren Schlafzimmer ist auch Schimmelgeruch wahrnehmbar. Die Terrasse ist relativ klein und Tische und Stühle wurden gerne von den Katzen besetzt. Abends gibt es viele Mücken und ein Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse ist eigentlich nicht möglich. Da es auch keine Mückengaze an den Fenstern gibt, ist das nächste Problem vorprogrammiert. Die Nächte waren wegen fehlender Klimaanlage und der Mücken eine echte Qual. Was auch unangenehm auffällt ist das sofortige Abkassieren der Vermieterin nach Ankunft. So hat man kaum Gelegenheit, die Wohnung zu erfassen. Hätten wir nicht bereits den kompletten Preis bezahlt, wären wir sicher früher abgereist. Positiv zu erwähnen ist das W-LAN und das Platzangebot. Die Enkelin der Eigentümerin war sehr nett und hat sich auf Englisch mit uns verständigt.

Prigradica- bardzo malutkie,spokojne ,ale ładne miasteczko.Piękne widoki. Dom ładnie położony na wzgórzu,dojście schodami lub dość stromą ulicą. W bardzo bliskiej odległości ładne plaże. Mili gospodarze,przywitali nas zimnymi napojami. W trakcie pobytu dzieci zostały poczęstowane owocami,słodyczami i pizzą . Plusy apartamentu: -duży i przestronny -znajduje się w najniższej części domu,co sprawia , że jest tam chłodno -wygodne łóżka -ładny taras , tylko do naszej dyspozycji, częściowo zacieniony -część kuchenna dobrze wyposażona,choć brakowało nam np worków na śmieci , płynu do naczyń,suszarki do naczyń Minusy : -brak widoku na morze-rośliny urosły i zasłoniły widok-szkoda,bo na tym nam zależało -okropna łazienka-brudne lustro,brodzik,ubikacja. Albo wyposażenie tak stare,że nie da się go doczyścić . Deska klozetowa nieprzytwierdzona do muszli,mąż musiał to naprawiać -całość wyposażona w stare meble , np szafa na ubrania bez półek , żarówka wisząca na kablu bez żadnej osłonki. Apartament znośny,ale na pewno nie za te pieniądze .Pomimo kilku niedogodności ogólnie mamy pozytywne wrażenia . Nasz pobyt był udany

Bonjour, Nous avons passés 2 semaines dans ce logement, voici nom avis en toute objectivité Les "-" Les propriétaires ne parlent que Croate Appartement aménagé avec le strict minimum et un peu hors d'âge. Pas de lave linge (Ni au village), nécessite de demander à chaque fois à la propriétaire de prendre en charge notre linge (C'est un peu gênant) Besoin d'avoir son véhicule (Malgré que Sonya la propriétaire, soit très disponible pour nous conduire à la première ville disposant des transports d'autobus, à 4km) Difficile de disposer de la terrasse qui est très petite ( OK pour 3 personnes) Les + Village très calme, familiale et avec beaucoup de cachet L'eau est magnifique et les enfants adorent sauter du bord du port Une supérette (plutôt une 'ette ) ouverte "tout le temps"

We had an excellent vacation in Prigradica. The plage was nice and clear, the house, the surrounding were quiet. The apatrman was enough good as the price , it was big and comfortable. The kitchen equippment are few, but we solved it. The owners are very kind and friendly, they helped us to buy fresh fish on the market. The garden is fantastic, we got fresh lemmon from their garden - it tasted super. There is a dicert ferry between Korcula and Dvernik few times a day . It takes 2 hours.
