+ bližina plaže, mirna lokacija, parkirno mesto, tri spalnice, tri kopalnice, štiri klime, opremljena kuhinja, pralni stroj, pomivalni stroj, 2 balkona TV,... - apartma ni bil generalno počiščen (pajčevine, prah, ni bilo posesano pod posteljami, kavčem, v kotih,...), lastnik nas ni obvestil o obveznosti plačila pripadajočega parkirnega mesta, visoka cena dnevnega plačila klime (12EUR/dan), tretje nadstropje / strme stopnice (ni primerno za majhne otroke), malo kuhinjske opreme / posode za 8 oseb
