THE APARTMENT IS EXTREMELY HOT BECAUSE EXPOSED TO THE SUN FROM NOON UNTIL EVENING , SMALL WINDOWS , NO MOSQUITO NETS , BATHROOM SMELLING A BAD ODOR. COULD NOT SLEEP THE ENTIRE PERIOD . THE KITCHEN WAS TINY SO UNUSABLE. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM TOTALLY OUT OF NORM.

Iznajmljivačica apartmana nas je dočekala s toplom vodom,naglasivši da se klima plaća,a wi-fi koji je gratis nema.Terase bez hlada,postavljen stol u nekakvom grmlju,na izlazu iz dvorišta gdje ima hlada.Udaljenost do mora 1500m.,trgovine još dalje.Preporuka mi je bila da se kupam u lučici,gdje je voda prljava od ulja....Nezadovoljna sam jako. :i

Egy szerethető hely,kedves tulajjal.Teljesen korrekt ár-érték arány,a terasz tényleg a tengerre néz.(nehéz volt így hazajönni :)2 út kereszteződésében fekszik a szállás így picit olykor hangos de nem egy Champs Elysée,szóval jól éreztük magunkat.Az ágy aki modernhez van szokva annak picit fura lehet mert süppedős.A többi mind pozitív.A legszebb strandok mind nagyon közel vannak Punathoz(Baska,Stara baska,Potovosce)így egy jó központ lehet(Punat strandjai nem olyan szépek)És az este hihetetlen hangulatos óvárossal rendelkező Krk is pár kilóméterre van csak.Bármikor visszamennénk :) :) :)

Absolut NICHT zu empfehlen! Ich wollte das Appa...

Absolut NICHT zu empfehlen! Ich wollte das Appartement A-5428-a mit 41m² buchen und bekam AS-5428-a, diesen KLEINEN Unterschied (A zu AS) bemerkte ich bei der Buchung allerdings nicht. Das nun von mir gebuchte Zimmer hatte nur 16m², das Bett und die Möbel sind URALT, der Kasten knarzt ganz fürchterlich und die einzelnen Türen lassen sich nicht mehr richtig schliessen, die Matratzen des Bettes sind ebenfalls mindestens (!) 10 Jahre alt und entsprechend durchgelegen. Die "Küche" bestand aus einer Spüle mit 2 Kochplatten daneben, darüber ein Schrank über die gleiche Breite... im Eingangsbereich liegend, keine 2m² groß. Die Badezimmertür mussten wir so viel wie möglich geschlossen halten da sich anscheinend unter der Duschwanne kein gekrümmtes Rohr zwecks Geruchsstop befindet und das Bad fürchterlich nach Kanalisation stank. Ein einfacher Gummistoppel würde da sicherlich schon einiges bringen. Leider war auch in den ersten 2 Tagen kein deutscher Sender über die vorhandene Sattelitenschüssel zu empfangen weil die zugehörigen Sattelitten nicht eingestellt waren. Die Hausherrin organisierte allerdings einen Fachmann und ich konnte dann durch seine Tipps 10 Satteliten mit 1947 Programmen finden. Am 6ten Tag war dann allerdings wieder Schluss mit Fernsehen da ein Blitz genau in unser Haus einschlug und Antennen und Internet lahmlegte. Dafür kann allerdings niemand etwas und 2 Tage später wurde der Schaden auch wieder behoben. Um zukünftig solche FEHLBUCHUNGEN und den damit verbundenen Ärger zu vermeiden wäre es sehr hilfreich wenn bei der Buchungsbestätigung, also dem Voucher, DIE BILDER VOM GEBUCHTEN APPARTEMENT DABEI WÄREN !!! Die Agentur war zwar sehr kundenfreundlich und hat auch innerhalb des selben Tages zurückgerufen, trotzdem werde ich wohl zukünftig sicherheitshalber NICHT MEHR über Adriatic.hr buchen.
