Для нашей большой семьи просторные апартаменты, Две спальни, ванная, столовая, гостинная, веранда где можно посидеть вечером приграть или поудинатт. На мой взгляд необхолимо обновить фотографии на сайте, так как не все соответствует тому что на них показано, но это не критично. Хорошо бы обновить кое-какие предметы куханной утвари, например штопр😀. (был сломан). Еще один момент это мусорники под окном, 🙂‍↕️, к сожалению они иногда о себеинапоминали. В целом апартаменты большиие, расположение удобное, до моря 5 минут пешком, с детской коляской удобно передвигаться. Кафе, ресторан, пекарня и мини маркет в шаговой доступности. Хозяйка не беспокоила, совсем😀. Машинки стиральной нет в номере, ноиона стоит на улице и ей свободно можно пользоваться. В целом все отлично, если вы приехали отдыхать на море

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Das Haus ist sehr schön; das Appartement hat zwei schöne Terrassen und ist sehr geräumig. Es war leider Einiges defekt wie z.b. teilweise die Außen Fensterläden und aus der Klimaanlage kam Wasser als es regnete. Die Einrichtung war zum Teil sehr altmodisch und schmuddelig. So war die Badewanne z.b. vergilbt und unansehnlich, die Sofa waren unter den Bezügen kaputt, es standen verstaubte Kunstpflanzen rum und die Hochebene im Wohnzimmer war zu gestellt mit alten verstaubten Büchern in kroatischer Sprache , Puppen und anderem privaten verstaubtem Zeug. Die Küchenausstattung war mangelhaft- uns fehlte beispielsweise ein Toaster und eine Teekanne. Die Vermieterin, die direkt unter dem FerienAppartement im gleichen Haus wohnt, hat sich große Mühe gegeben. Sie machte jedoch von Anfang an einen verwirrten Eindruck. Sie wirkte desorganisiert und zeigte Verwahrlosungstendenzen. Der Fernseher lief fast durchgängig sehr laut bei ihr, es stiegen unangenehme Gerüche hoch und sie sang einmal sehr laut in den frühen Morgenstunden. Unsere Kinder haben sich gefürchtet. Sie braucht aus unserer Sicht Hilfe. Dennoch hat sie sich Mühe gegeben und war freundlich. Wir haben überlegt, die Wohnung zu Wechseln bzw. eine finanzielle Rückerstattung von Adriatic Tours zu fordern, da die Atmosphäre nicht erholungsförderlich war. Wir haben es nicht gemacht wegen der Kürze der Zeit. Bitte prüfen Sie die Situation und ggf. Hilfe für die Frau. Danke!

Pozdravljeni. Dopust na otoku Krk - Baška je bil fantastičen. Lepo urejen apartma, čist, vzdrževan. Lastniki zelo prijazni. Res bi vsem priporočal tale apartma. 100% zadovoljni. Prav tako so zadovoljni tudi naši gostje iz Slovaške, kateri so bili z nami. Lep pozdrav Jasmina, Vlado (Slovenski del družbe) ter Andrej in Andrejka (Slovaški del družbe). Pohvale vredno.

Дом расположен не в самой Башке, а несколько в сто...

Дом расположен не в самой Башке, а несколько в стороне от нее. Место очень хорошее, до моря очень близко, рядом магазин, обмен валюты. Сами апартаменты выше всяких похвал, сделаны со вкусом и дизайнерской идеей, очень просторные. Хозяин - Ловро, немного говорит по-русски, человек замечательный, с юмором, отзывчивый, ему спасибо большое.
