Villa de estilo moderno de dos plantas recién reformada. Construida con materiales de primera calidad. Muy cómoda y atractiva para cualquier época del año ya que es fresca en verano y cálida en invierno. La planta alta dispone de tres amplios dormitorios con capacidad de hasta 7 personas y bebe, con tres baños completos; salón -comedor -cocina de 65m2 con las mejores vistas de Playa Blanca. Cocina moderna Siematic completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios de última generación. Planta baja con dos dormitorios dobles y baño completo con ducha e hidromasaje, salón de juegos, billar y mesa pin-pon.
Piscina climatizada recién reformada, Smart T.V. , internet - wifi, amplio espacio de aparcamiento para vehículos.

Excepcionales vistas a Playa Blanca, Fuerteventura Isla de Lobos e intimidad. La Propiedad está justo donde comienza el Volcán de Montaña Roja que es un paraje protegido y donde no se puede construir; ofrece esa zona de la posibilidad de subir caminando a la cumbre del volcán y disfrutar de unas vistas y de una experiencia simplemente mágicas.
Las noches son increíblemente tranquilas para disfrutar en su terraza de las mejores vistas sobre Playa Blanca y de un cielo estrellado que permite ver en noches claras multitud de constelaciones estelares. Qué decir de las noches de Luna llena!!!!
Se puede bajar caminando a la playa o al centro del pueblo de Playa Blanca en unos 20 minutos, aunque la subida se recomienda hacerlo en vehículo a motor.
Playa Blanca con sus restaurantes, sus playas y su entorno en general es un lugar magnifico para disfrutar de la tranquilidad y también de alegres momentos.

hemos estado 10 personas, y muy a gusto, la parte de arriba de la casa, tres habitaciones, salón y cocina son espectaculares, la zona de jardín y piscina esta fenomenal, la parte de abajo, necesita alguna reforma con la que ya cuenta el dueño, según nos comento. La casa esta distante de la playa pero hay un autobús que te acerca, nosotros alquilamos dos coches ya que para ir a cualquier sitio de la isla es muy cómodoEl anuncio de la casa en internet y la realidad coinciden.Repetiríamos

The Villa was extremely comfortable and well equipped with beautiful views over the sea & mountains. The pool was the largest pool for a private villa we’ve ever had in the Canaries. Best if you hire a car as it’s a little way out of Playa Blanca (45 minute walk which we did often) but the peace and quiet and the views are so worth it. Carlos was a brilliant host and always at the end of a message for any questions we had & regularly checked that we were happy and all was well with our stay. He passed on recommendations for places to go and restaurants (eat at El Primario it’s delicious!). We would certainly return here.

Carlos ist ein unfassbar guter Gastgeber. Er war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat uns unsere Fragen sehr schnell beantwortet. Auch die Abstimmung zum Check-In und Out war einwandfrei. Der Ort ist etwas ruhiger aber dafür ist der Ausblick vom Haus sehr schön und im Haus findet man alles, was man für einen ruhigen und angenehmen Urlaub benötigt - Letztendlich haben wir das Haus, wegen dem Pool und der Aussicht, kaum verlassen. Wir würden definitiv nochmal wiederkommen - Vielen Dank, Carlos!

It was just as pictured! The pool was amazing, the view was outstanding, the space inside was just perfect.Stayed here as a family of 4 with our friends so between us there were 7 of us including the 3 children! It was ideal for all of us to be together but have our own space when needed.We were able to walk to beach and get a taxi back which wasn’t expensive. Restaurants a plenty down by the beach.Carlos was just the best host, no issue went unresolved - not that we had any big issues I must say!He checked in regularly whilst allowing us to enjoy our break!

At first glance, the villa is stunning, with incredible views. Sadly, the experience went downhill fast. We were 6 adults and 4 children (3 with additional needs). At booking, Carlos promised a late check-out and told us not to worry. Weeks before arrival, he denied ever saying this—despite written proof—and accused us of making it up. We ended up paying for a hotel day pass to fill the gap, adding unnecessary stress.We arrived late evening, hunted for hidden keys, set off an alarm we weren’t warned about, then discovered cockroaches and an army of ants. The pool was overfilled because the hose had been left running; Carlos told me “don’t waste water,” so we used it to flush the broken toilet (we had to wait 4 days to get it fixed).For a 2-week booking, we expected linen changes—only to be told it would cost extra, something never mentioned before. We washed our own bedding. The pool guy removed debris promptly, but a permanent dirt ring from nearby mountain dust ruined our swimwear. The sofa was filthy with what looked like dog paw prints, the fridge still had old food, and one Friday we were asked to vacate so an estate agent could view the property.We didn’t complain once during the stay. On leaving, Carlos sent abusive messages blaming us for “wear and tear” and calling us bad people. Stunning location, shame about the host and upkeep.

This is what lottery winners and footballers get to experience! To wake up ( or go to bed) with these views is amazing. Also, this is easily the most spacious and well equipped villa we’ve ever stayed in! The recent refurb was done to a high standard and it just feels luxurious! The kitchen, dining, living area is immense! With double height ceilings and windows, you could host a very large party in here! The 3 bedrooms on this floor are very generous with lovely bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms downstairs are more than adequate but share a bathroom. The games room is massive and there’s a pool table and ping pong table with seating. The outside is pretty good too! A great sized pool with plenty of room to lounge and tan, loads of covered seating with an outdoor kitchen and dining area. Oh yeah! And those views! From the Los Ajaches mountains, right across most of Playa Blanca to the sea, and the easily hiked Montaña Roja, right next door! There’s also off road parking through a large sliding gate. The only downside we can find, is the distance from the waterfront. It’s about 30 minutes walk to the old town and harbour and maybe another 30 minutes to the Marina area. The only shop in walking distance is a small mini market so you really will need a car. Minor inconveniences for this wonderful villa!

Great Villa

Great Villa for a family stay. Had a couple of hiccups on arrival but Carlos resolved them straight away. The villa is very spacious and has everything you. Supermarkets and beach a short drive away. You could walk but its up hill so better with a car.Carlos was fantastic with his communication and was only a message away if we needed anything.Only negative was the kitchen wasn't the cleanest and we would have benefited from an information book.Overall though would say it was a great stay and would return!

Beautiful Villa with fabulous host

This villa is lovely, clean and spacious with lots of spaces for families to relax. Views from living room are spectacular and I would urge the owners to include this in the villa photos.Villa included everything we needed including lots of towels (bathroom towels are super fluffy which is rare in any rental).Games room is great for kids.Carlos was very attentive and made sure we were well looked after.

Amazing Villa

Everything about Villa Los Roques is perfect, peaceful, with amazing views over to the Marina and Papagayo Beaches. The Villa inside and out is huge and has everything needed.Carlos is extremely responsive and text us almost each day to check all was ok. The pool was very cold, even though Carlos arranged for the temperature to be increased when we asked, so maybe that was just us. Something to take into consideration for those with mobility issues is the villa has around 15 to 20 steps to reach the front door. The main bedroom bed is very low, as is the living room sofa. However we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend. Carlos is the best host we’ve ever experienced.

Luxury Villa

This property is a unique gem. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle to make it a relaxing stay, but only a 5 min car journey and you are in the heart of Playa Blanca. The property added so much value to our stay, it is very spacious, both inside and out. The quality of the utilities was much better than expected or that we had experienced before. The size of each bedroom is ideal and the way the villa is laid out makes it ideal for a family of all age groups. And finally, Carlos, always very quick to respond, very friendly and very informative about the villa and wanting to make sure that we had the best time. We would definitely look at using again.

Fantastic property in a Quiet location

The property has had some investment recently and looks fantastic. The property has every offering including large TV, great wifi and internet access and ancillary items such as a beach towels etc. The property is in a very quiet area of playa blanca and provides great views of the resort,The local agent is very attentive and does their best to make sure you have a great stay, and we did. will go back again

Eine tolle Villa mit grandiosem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Urlaub. Die Villa läßt keine Wünsche offen. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit allem Komfort eingerichtet. Hervorzuheben ist die liebevolle Dekoration, sogar mit sehr passenden Originalgemälden. Sie wurde offensichtlich erst vor Kurzem renoviert.Von den in älteren Kommentaren genannten Mängeln war jedenfalls nichts zu sehen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Pool und dem überwältigenden Blick über Playa Blanca und das Meer. Carlos ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der jederzeit erreichbar und stets zuvorkommend war. Die Abwicklung von check-in und check-out war sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Somos una familia canaria que vivimos en la Isla de Tenerife y construimos la casa de Lanzarote, Playa Blanca, con toda la ilusión del mundo para disfrutarla al máximo tanto nosotros como nuestros huéspedes. Nos encanta caminar y nadar, pescar y navegar en las aguas de Lanzarote. Tenemos también varias embarcaciones en la Marina de Rubicón, a pocos minutos de la Villa.
Esperamos siempre poder ser de ayuda a nuestros huéspedes y solucionar de la mejor las posibles dificultades que pueden surgir fuera de casa cuando se va de vacaciones.
En definitiva, hacer la estancia un éxito total.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

La zona de los Altos de Montaña Roja, aunque está algo alejada del centro del pueblo de Playa Blanca y del litoral marítimo, ofrece una privacidad y unas vistas inmejorables. Está justo al lado del Volcán de Montaña Roja, zona natural y virgen y protegida por su fauna y morfología geológica. Es un placer subir a la cima y circundar todo el Volcán que nos va a deleitar con unas vistas únicas y sencillamente mágico.
La zona es residencial y muy segura.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Ciertamente que destaca la privacidad, las vistas únicas y la tranquilidad. Es una propiedad donde se puede estar juntos en familia o en grupo y a la vez permite buscar un espacio para pensar. La piscina y la zona de baño y solarium son fantásticas y muy cómoda.
Toda esta zona ha sido recientemente renovada.
